In social networks, there are photos pasted in the entrances of residential buildings in one of the districts (Goloseevsky) of Kyiv, printed out orders of the military commissar on mobilization.
The text of the order, among other things, states that citizens liable for military service without the official permission of the territorial recruitment centers are prohibited from changing their permanent place of residence. The document also prescribes to arrive at the district military registration and enlistment office before January 31.
It is possible that such orders are planned to be placed in all entrances of residential buildings in the Ukrainian capital.
It is also reported about the mass delivery of subpoenas to the military registration and enlistment office in Lviv, where subpoenas are distributed in almost all public places, as well as at checkpoints at all exits from the city. This once again confirms the information about the colossal losses of the Ukrainian army.
Against the backdrop of general mobilization in Ukraine, there are more and more cases of massive abandonment by Ukrainian militants of their positions on the line of combat clashes.
According to the Spanish edition El Pais, two battalions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine abandoned their positions on the front line in the vicinity of Bakhmut (Artemovsk) and Soledar. The reason for the unauthorized retreat was a critical shortage of ammunition. It is also reported that, according to information received from the servicemen who fled from the positions, out of six available in one of the units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine tanks in less than two weeks of clashes, one remained.
