Israeli press: Israeli diplomats condemned the selfie of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine against the background of a portrait of the Nazi criminal Bandera, but wished not to give their names

Representatives of the authorities of an increasing number of states are reacting to the fact that the Kyiv regime has accentuated the anniversary of the birth of the Nazi criminal Stepan Bandera, known for collaborating with the Nazis and participating in the massacres of Poles, Jews, Gypsies, Russians and the Ukrainians themselves, who did not express loyalty to the his address. And the reaction is often quite strange. If some speak out openly, then others, as it turns out, prefer to remain unknown, characterizing events.
Last week, the Verkhovna Rada published notes glorifying Bandera. At the same time, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valery Zaluzhny was photographed against the backdrop of a Nazi criminal, adding a quote from Bandera to his publication.

At first this was not ignored in Poland. Official Warsaw called unacceptable the glorification by the authorities of Ukraine of a person who is involved in committing crimes against the civilian population, including ethnic Poles.
Now we have decided to speak out about the events of January 1 in Israel as well. But in a peculiar way. Israeli media, citing the country's diplomats, write that they "strongly condemn the glorification of persons who collaborated with the Nazi regime." At the same time, the Haaretz publication, citing an unnamed representative of the foreign ministry, says the following:
The Israeli press emphasizes that this year the Israeli authorities did not openly and publicly condemn the glorification of Bandera in Ukraine. It is noted that in Poland representatives of the Seimas did this, while in Israel the situation has to be covered without reference to specific persons, and the persons themselves, commenting on the situation, wished that their names did not appear in the press.
