Satellites Luch-5B and Yamal-300K put into orbitThe Russian satellite repeater Luch-5B, launched on Saturday night together with another Russian communications satellite Yamal-300K from the Baikonur cosmodrome using the Proton-M launch vehicle, was put into a calculated orbit.

"The separation of the spacecraft" Beam-5B "from the upper stage" Breeze-M "passed normally, at the estimated time," reports Roskosmos.

In 13: 33 Moscow time, the antennas of the Ray-5B should open up, and in the interval between 15: 00 Moscow time and 19: 00 Moscow time, the orientation of the Ray-5Б should occur to the Earth for further work in the repeater mode.

Communication satellite "Yamal-300K" also successfully launched into orbit.

Recall, the Proton-M launch vehicle was launched from the Baikonur cosmodrome with Russian satellites Luch-5B and Yamal-300K. The launch was made on November 3 in 1: 04 Moscow time.

Nine minutes after the launch, the Briz-M upper stage with Luch-5B and Yamal-300K spacecraft separated from the launch vehicle, the representative of Roskosmos said. The upper stage will continue to launch satellites into the target orbit. It is expected that they will be displayed there today after 10 in the morning.

Yamal-300K belongs to the satellite operator Gazprom Space Systems. It will provide all types of communications in the C-and Ku-bands in Russia and the CIS.

"Beam-5B" - the second in a series of four satellite repeaters. It is designed to work with low-flying spacecraft. “Ray” will receive information from them and transmit it to Russian ground stations in real time.

In light of recent failures in space, this info is perceived as a summary from the theater of war. Thank God all is well.

The Luch-5B satellite weighing 950 kilograms will operate with low-flying satellites with orbits up to two thousand kilometers above the Earth's surface, such as manned space complexes, spacecraft, as well as launch vehicles and upper stages. The satellites of the Luch series will receive information from them (both telemetry and target information) in the flight areas that are out of sight from the territory of Russia, and relay it in real time to Russian earth stations. At the same time, it will be possible to transmit control commands to these spacecraft. In addition, Luch-5B will be able to orient its antennas with high precision to low-flying objects of rocket and space technology, capture and accompany them along the flight path. For this purpose, the satellite has two four-meter antennas with narrow radiation patterns (one Ku-band, the other S-band), each of which can independently track its object. The spacecraft also has six S- and Ku-band transponders.

A laser-radio communication channel and special repeaters of the Russian system of differential correction and monitoring (SDCM) have also been installed on "Luche-5B". Differential corrections to measurements, which are carried out by satellites of the GLONASS system, will be transmitted from special earth reference stations through these repeaters, which will increase the accuracy of measuring the GLONASS signal to centimeters in Russia.

Well, as always - it’s loudly said. But, apparently, disassembling after a series of accidents with protons was beneficial.

I'm talking about the fact that everything is done without kicks either slowly and with a creak, or with a bribe, or not done at all. One hundred percent guarantee that someone on these emergency launches stuffed his pocket. Well, how much can you grab something? Is it really not clear that if everything that we create is new and useful, ultimately raises the standard of living? And not just one person, but thousands and hundreds of thousands! What kind of people .. I’m hapny, I’ll build a palace, start 5 cars, 10 yachts and sit on a gold toilet, and then at least the grass does not grow (I’m not looking at the grabbers from MO, I don’t understand them, even kill them.).

It would be nice to have served my entire term, I know firsthand it is designed for 5-6 years of operation, and falls off orbit in half a year

Well, that's with space-positive. And then the same. Everything where it is necessary, in orbit, and the accelerating block, where it is necessary to disperse.
    Good luck.
