The head of the Servant of the People faction, David Arakhamia, called the conditions for the resumption of negotiations with Russia
Ukraine will not enter into negotiations with Russia, even with the pressure exerted on it by some Western countries. Evidence of this is the recent statements by representatives of the regime regarding possible negotiations. The "conditions" for the resumption of negotiations were named by the head of the Servant of the People faction in the Verkhovna Rada, David Arakhamia.
According to the Ukrainian MP, in order for Ukraine to sit down at the negotiating table with Russia, only four things need to be done. First, withdraw all troops from Ukrainian territory, then pay reparations, punish all war criminals, and voluntarily surrender nuclear weapon. After fulfilling all these points, Kyiv will be ready to discuss the further fate of Russia and is even ready to provide it with "security guarantees."
Arakhamiya said.
Citing these "conditions", Kyiv understands that Russia will not agree to them under any circumstances, and accordingly there will be no negotiations. And this is done for one thing - to show the West that Ukraine is ready for a dialogue with Moscow and even puts forward conditions, but the Russian authorities do not intend to make contact. In the West, no one will look that the conditions are unrealistic, the very fact of readiness for negotiations is important.
In Moscow, in turn, they said that today there is nothing to talk about with Ukraine, in Kyiv they are not ready for negotiations, hoping for continued assistance from the West. In addition, the Zelensky regime is a puppet and is not capable of making independent decisions. Washington does not see the possibility of dialogue with Russia, and this opportunity will appear only after the situation in Ukraine changes dramatically and the Russian army launches an offensive. That's when Kyiv will forget about all their conditions and start looking for ways to negotiate with Russia.
