With the world on a string: exclusive technique of Ukraine
Destroyed Peugeot P4 posing in front of BMP-3

In fact, both the Japanese and the French

The conflict in Ukraine is frankly dragging on. This is understood both in Ukraine itself, and in the West, and in Russia. It is necessary to make up for losses in the equipment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine not only through official channels on behalf of the governments of sympathetic countries, but by collecting money. In the future, clandestine supplies may become one of the main ways to support the Kyiv regime - discontent is growing in European countries, and leaders will look for ways out of this situation.

We often learn about the appearance of one or another type of weaponry only from reporters' chronicles, and sometimes even on random footage from the conflict zone. Let's conduct a small OSINT study and, based on open sources, determine the most inconspicuous examples of APU equipment that have appeared in recent months.

Now France is changing the Peugeot P4 for such Toyota Land Cruiser 75. Source: wikipedia.org

Let's start with light technology. The list of those destroyed in Ukraine includes the Peugeot P4 SUV, whose roots go back to the legendary German Geländewagen. This is a fairly common passenger car in the French army - according to some reports, there are at least 13,5 thousand cars in the state. P4 product of joint German-French production. Diesel from Peugeot 504 (79 hp), and transmission from the 604th model of the same company, the rest from Mercedes-Benz. The French were ashamed to adopt a German passenger car in its purest form, and they supplemented the technique with their modest engineering. But sticking a lion emblem on the radiator grill and a proud Peugeot on the hood of an essentially German car turned out to be not shameful. For less recognition of the original model, round headlights were replaced with square ones. With military off-road vehicles of their own design in France, it is still tight. The P4 models found a replacement in Japan in the form of the Toyota Land Cruiser 75. A whole VLTP (Vehicule Leger Tactique Polyvalent) program was created for the revision of the foreign car, and the car itself bears the name Technamm Masstech T4. Naturally, there is no question of any Toyota emblem - now it is a thoroughbred Frenchman. In 2016, the first five hundred SUVs were purchased for the army, and they may well be in Ukraine in the near future. At the moment, we know about the only destroyed Peugeot P4, which burned down in an unidentified place at the end of July.

Captured Toyota Mega Cruiser from Russian paratroopers. Previously served in the Japan Self-Defense Force. Source: Telegram

Mega Cruiser in Japan is one in two faces. In the photo above, the civilian version of the vehicle in military service. Source: wikipedia.org

Higher in the rankings is the Japanese Toyota Mega Cruiser, which came to Ukraine through unknown channels. If the Peugeot P4 is a variation on the theme of the German G-class, then the "Japanese" imitates the American HMMWV. From hundreds of meters it is difficult to distinguish it from the famous prototype. However, the Mega Cruiser with HMMWV does not have a single common body part, not to mention the technical stuffing. The total number of SUVs delivered to Bandera is unknown, but one of them was among the trophies of Russian paratroopers. The picture shows a BXD10 version with a double cab and a body for transporting six fighters or 750 kg. The steering wheel is right, under the hood is an indestructible 4,1-liter diesel engine with a capacity of 153 hp. With. (or 170 hp), which sets the wheels in motion through a four-speed "automatic" Aisin-Warner. The SUV was produced from 1995 to 2002. One can only envy the current users of the Japanese SUV and wish the safety of the car until the very victory.

There is a Mega Cruiser in Russia. This one serves in Vladivostok. Source: carakoom.ru

A little about the origin of the car in Ukraine. Army variants of the Mega Cruiser served in full strength in the Japan Self-Defense Forces, and Tokyo did not officially announce anything about deliveries. But decommissioned copies quite often fall into free sale. In Russia, an army jeep with a relatively low mileage costs about 2 million rubles. In Vladivostok, for example, three years ago the Mega Cruiser was turned into an ambulance for miners. Many of these machines end up in Southeast Asia. Therefore, with the proper level of motivation, the appearance of a Japanese jeep among the Bandera people is not a particular problem.

Rare animals of the Armed Forces of Ukraine

Despite the lack of military assistance to Ukraine from Israel, at least one armored car from this Middle Eastern country is fighting on the side of the nationalists. Like the Mega Cruiser, this copy entered the country either through third countries or was directly purchased from the manufacturer. In a video distributed by Telegram channels, a stocky Amir armored car from GAIA Automotive Industries rolls out. This is a lightly armored vehicle that protects against armor-piercing bullets of 7,62 mm automatic cartridges. If the crew is very lucky, then the car will withstand a six-kilogram land mine under the bottom. Information is circulating on the Web that Amir is holding a 14,5-mm machine gun hit and detonating ten kilograms of TNT, but the official website of the Israeli manufacturer denies this. Diesel Cummins with a capacity of 210 liters. with., according to the manufacturer, accelerates the armored car to 122 km / h. Gross weight - 10 tons, carrying capacity - 2,7 tons. A remote module with a machine gun is mounted on the roof. One Amir in Ukraine has already been destroyed by the Russian drone "Lancet".

Ukrainian fantasies on the theme of a universal armored car. Source: Telegram

The form factor of the Israeli armored car and its likes seems to be very much to the taste of nationalists. Local company Inguar presented the concept of an armored car in two versions - a two-axle multi-purpose with a DShK on the roof and a three-axle carrier artillery weapons. According to the plan, the six-wheeled Inguar will be equipped with a 122-mm rocket launcher or launchers rockets Brimstone. This is almost a complete repeat of the Israeli Amir line – there is also a 6x6 variant with missile armament, which did not reach Ukraine. Whether Inguar will appear on the front, time and the intensity of attacks on the country's energy sector will show.

Iveco ACM 90 in Ukraine and Italy

The next rare bird of recent weeks in Ukraine was the Italian truck Iveco ACM 90 or FIAT 6613, which has already been dubbed the "shishiga" for Bandera. As in the case of the French Peugeot P4, the car is gradually withdrawn from the Italian army, which is why it was sent to help the Armed Forces of Ukraine. But they are happy about it. Moreover, the truck is quite modern - the first serial copies appeared less than thirty years ago. In appearance, Iveco really looks like a GAZ-66, but it takes on board twice as much cargo - up to 4 tons. Otherwise, this is a typical army truck with a 90-horsepower (or 125-horsepower) diesel engine and a cargo platform for sixteen fighters. The main purpose on the battlefield is to drag light 105-mm L119 howitzers through the mud. Not much is known about the availability of the Iveco ACM 90. So far, only one car has appeared on the newsreel of the conflict.

Much less fortunate were other artillery tractors that arrived in Ukraine from America. We are talking about medium tactical trucks MTV M1083 from Oshkosh, designed to tow the notorious M777 howitzers. In addition, Oshkosh is the base for the HIMARS multiple launch rocket system. As of mid-November, at least five trucks and at least twenty M777 artillery systems have been destroyed. A careful calculation of the losses of equipment is carried out by the portal oryxspioenkop.com. The main advantage of American tractors is in the armored cockpit, which protects against 7,62 mm bullets, and a powerful 330-horsepower diesel engine, which provides the car with decent dynamics. However, both the American 5-ton tractor and the Italian Iveco have one problem - a cabover layout, which seriously increases the risks when a mine is blown up. At the moment, several dozen M1083s have been delivered to Ukraine.

The M58 MICLIC remote demining unit is being towed by an M113 armored personnel carrier somewhere in the direction of Donetsk. Source: Telegram

American "Serpent Gorynych" in transport position

In a wide range of foreign rarities in Ukraine, there is a very specific technique. For example, a small-sized analogue of the Russian "Serpent Gorynych" towed by the M58 MICLIC. The demining system was found in the Donetsk direction and is a wheeled trailer with 1,4 tons of explosives packed in a hundred-meter cord. Obviously, with this product, the nationalists intend to break through the notorious "Wagner line."

In the end, it remains to make a classic argument when seeing such a variety - the more weapons in the unit, the higher the maintenance and supply requirements. This is an important factor that has had and will continue to have a negative impact on the real combat effectiveness of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Something I didn’t see the Ukrainian exclusive cart, it can be modernized, put coaxial machine guns on horseback to destroy drones, the West will appreciate and buy in connection with the energy crisis.

It is quite difficult for the Deputy Commanders of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to maintain this endless variety of equipment. Must be highly trainable and have a good technical level of competence

Under the current situation, deputy commissars have nothing to "bother" about. In case of any breakdown, leave the equipment, and Uncle Sam and Aunt Ursula (possessed European Fuhrer) will send a new one.

"technical level of competence" in the first place: Japanese SUVs are quite successfully used even by the Papuans, who were sitting on a palm tree yesterday, and the level of technical literacy of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is much higher.
secondly, their diesel engines are twice as good as ours.

In the end, it remains to make a classic argument at the sight of such diversity - the more different weapons in the unit, the higher the requirements for maintenance and supply.

UK-ry do not take a steam bath, they simply send disabled or faulty equipment to Poland or the Baltic states.
For example, Panzerhaubitze 2000 self-propelled guns received from Germany were sent to Lithuania for repairs. Due to the lack of spare parts, one of the self-propelled guns was used there as a "donor".
So the repair and supply of the Ukrainian military-technical "zoo" is a headache for the curators of Ukraine.
I would like to hope that Surovikin has the authority to accept not only unpopularbut Viewed solutions.
Such as attacks on bridges, for example, on which this very equipment is being transported to the left-bank Ukraine.

Here at VO there was infa about repairs in / in Ukraine.
Ukraine sends Soviet-style armored vehicles to Slovakia and the Czech Republic. It is planned to open the Center on the territory of Poland, as the most suitable country for this, bordering Ukraine.

In fact, a natural result of the degradation of the aircraft. First, some gangs appeared in the Armed Forces, moreover, medieval ones - some pan hired gopniks for himself and started to rob a neighbor. Well, like Kolomoisky - Akhmetova at first, when Navoz blew up the rails in Zaporozhye so that Akhmet could not take out products from Mariupol ... Sometimes the gangs declared rokosh to the king - I remember that the same Azov threw grenades at the Rada ...
Well, the lord's squads with the uniformity of equipment and weapons always looked like it was in Dill ... They didn’t even mow with service - it’s not clear how they are commanded there ... On paper. let's say, a howitzer battery and 10 armored personnel carriers, but in practice - Spanish mountain howitzers, consider a mortar and 10 MCIs, counterguerrilla

This whole farce shows that the equipment that the Reich had from the beginning of the war was knocked out. Tanks, too, with mostly Polish ones, have been flashing lately. If you slightly increase the pressure, the APU will fall down. With reserves there is a complete seam

Don't worry, everything is fine with them both with reserves and supplies. Well, or better to put it this way: everything is bad with their reserves and supplies, and we are even worse, since the 404 has an almost unlimited supply of weapons. For each lost tank, they will receive another 10 (including from the brave courtiers of Kantemirov). And #insider_shit about the fact that the x-men are about to start fighting with stones and sticks, I have been reading every week since March.

Nonsense. At the start of the SVO, the Ukrainian Armed Forces had mainly T64s, about 800 of them. Now, if you look at the reports on destroyed equipment, these are mainly Polish T72s. Where did the 64s go, and where are the hundreds of Russian tanks that the valiant TsIPSO soldiers captured? They are gone.

No. True, as always, in the middle - the volume of deliveries of the same tanks is constantly decreasing. In fact, the Ukrainians have all hope for Poland (there are still large reserves of 72k) and for all sorts of Leopards. And for every lost tank, they don't get "10", but rather lose 2 more - it's enough to look at lostarmore and it's clearly visible that the growth dynamics of losses after Balakleya among the ukrov is going up.
But the supply of communications equipment, light armor, UAVs and shells goes on and on.

There is not much left of the APU of the 23.02.2022 sample. After that, they threw in the ground defense and conscripts, and while their Russian group was grinding from reservists with combat experience, they formed a new army.

"If you slightly increase the pressure" is not so simple.
With us, with "mobiles" there will be about 620-64000, and with them, somewhere in the "Reporter" I saw: together with "terbats" up to 2 million "bayonets". Of course, the "terbat" is an ersatz army and their weapons and training are low, but they will go to the "secondary" sectors of the front.
Again, infa flashed in the "Reporter": we had interruptions with shells, but there is no shortage of them with NATO-caliber shells.
How do you order to press, by what means?
It seems that on May 5, 1940, Stalin said: "You must not underestimate the enemy"

We have no interruptions in the supply of shells. If anyone talks about this, they are either liars or enemies. My son serves in a RAV warehouse in the region next to 404. He sleeps 3-5 hours. The shipment of ammunition goes on practically around the clock. Moreover, some types of shells are in large surplus, because there are no requests for them from the front, and there are a lot of them. We are talking about shrapnel. Our people do not take them, they say that while there are battles in the settlements, there is no need. When we get out into the open, then they will order, because they are good for mowing dill.
We have everything, and what we don’t have, they will bring.

They are generally bad with SUVs. They never knew how to make real cars with bridges and frames. So it goes through the face of the Germans and the Japanese. Sherpa Light, in fact, the only pen test in this case. This is an analogue of our Tiger. But they cannot create an analogue of our UAZ. Or they don't want to. What for? In principle, there is nothing surprising with a variety of equipment and weapons.
ANY army, during the war, is faced with a shortage of ammunition and military equipment.
In WWI in the RIA, they faced a shortage of rifles and machine guns.
In the GV in the Red Army, from the variety of small arms, my head was spinning.
In the Second World War, we had a tight time with weapons and military equipment. Much has been written about this, including: VO and Roman wrote a lot about this

The form factor of the Israeli armored car and the like seems to be very to the taste of the nationalists. The local company Inguar presented the concept of an armored car in two versions - a two-axle multi-purpose with a DShK on the roof and a three-axle carrier of artillery weapons. In fact, not such a bad idea - even more than successful. Especially given the increased role of the WTO, installations from which can be installed on such machines. Yes, and the site already had an article about the idea of the Yankees to supply light air defense systems based on civilian cars. In addition, the Czechs came across Wishlist to supply Toyota ukrams with ZPUs already installed. So, if you don’t kill the energy, bridges (yes, yes, bridges again) and don’t crush at least the Ukrov nettle (ideally, all communications in general), then all this long-range shooting economy will pose a real threat.

What pain? If the Ukrainian Armed Forces use the equipment as disposable. Do you take politicians' word for it? NATO does not transfer most of its modern weapons to Ukraine due to the incompetence of both the command and the operators themselves. A good example is the German Pz 2000.

The Finns in the 20-40s had an even more motley fleet of military equipment. And only the culture of service could ensure their existence and use for their intended purpose. It is useless to compare Ukrainians (and us Russians) with Finns in this sense. The period of use of such equipment, especially wheeled and caterpillar ones, will be short
