The slogan “Say no to military aid to Ukraine” appeared on the leaflets of the US Republican Party
The US Republican Party is distributing very interesting leaflets before the congressional elections. They are entitled "Say no to military aid to Ukraine." The leaflet goes on to say that the Republican Party, having come to power in the United States, will only care about its borders. This is a hint at reducing interference in the affairs of other states, including Ukraine.
The Republicans go on to say that Ukraine will have to account for every US dollar that Washington has spent on it. Thus, the party demonstrates a skeptical attitude towards Ukraine's support, which is now carried out by the Democratic majority of Congress, which supports the course of US President Joe Biden.
Apparently, the Republican Party decided to play on the growing dissatisfaction of Americans with large-scale financial and military assistance to Ukraine. Many US citizens have already understood what's what, and link the deterioration of their financial situation, the rise in prices for gasoline and food, with the support of the corrupt regime in Ukraine.
Thus, the fears of the Kyiv regime regarding further support from the United States in the event that the Republican Party comes to power have certain grounds. But it is unlikely that the Republicans will completely curtail aid to Ukraine, but they may well reduce it, while forcing European "partners" to pay more.
There is no need to build illusions about the attitude of the Republicans towards Russia: for them, our country is exactly the same enemy as for the Democrats. Therefore, support for the Kyiv regime in Washington will not stop. And they may well forget about their election promises, including slogans on leaflets, as soon as they get a majority in Congress.
