Kyiv proteges "sentenced" another city, which is currently under the control of the Ukrainian army. We are talking about Kramatorsk.

Today, the Ukrainian authorities in this city of the Donetsk People's Republic (and more recently the DPR is part of Russia) announced that the heating in Kramatorsk will not be turned on. Moreover, it will not be included not only in ordinary houses, but also in municipal institutions.

In such a situation, it will be practically impossible for the local population to stay in the city during the autumn-winter period. If any of the residents (for example, in the private sector) have the opportunity to heat their houses with wood or coal, then there is still a ghostly hope of wintering in the city. But, judging by the statements of Kyiv proteges, they will have to spend the winter without electricity. And this means problems with the supply of water, with its purification.

Earlier, Kyiv proteges in Kharkiv Izyum announced that the city would be almost completely left without heating. There, citizens were advised to leave their homes and move either closer to Kharkov or to the Poltava region. It is stated that heating at best will be supplied to social facilities, to municipal buildings.

This once again shows that no one is going to take care of the citizens, who in Kyiv are only declaratively called “their own”, in the territories controlled by Ukrainian militants. The Kyiv regime itself does not give a damn about the conditions under which Ukrainians will have to spend the winter in the front-line territories. Instead of making really important decisions, Zelensky signs a document in which he forbids himself from negotiating with Russia.
