The Ukrainian authorities urged the residents of Izyum to leave the city, as they cannot ensure its vital activity in the autumn-winter period

A few weeks after taking control of the city of Izyum in the Kharkiv region, representatives of the Kyiv regime actually admitted that they were not able to ensure the vital activity of this city in the autumn-winter period. If it was initially stated that “literally just about” all communications would be restored in the city, including the infrastructure of water, gas and electricity, now it turns out that there are no resources for this.

In addition, the Ukrainian authorities were faced with the fact that before the capture of the city and after it came under the control of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, more than 2,5 thousand people left the city and the surrounding villages. This is approximately one in five of those who remained in the city at the time of the advance of Ukrainian troops to it. Moreover, the vast majority of these people left for the Russian Federation. Recall that at the beginning of 2022, about 40 thousand people lived in Izyum.

Against the backdrop of approaching cold weather, proteges of the Kyiv regime in the Kharkiv region called on the residents of Izyum to evacuate the city.

Representatives of the so-called "city administration" of Izyum inform citizens that they cannot provide all residents of the city with heat. It is stated that the heat supply will be fully restored, if it is, at the objects of municipal property.

Therefore, most of the townspeople are recommended to leave Izyum and move either closer to Kharkov or to the Poltava region. Those who cannot leave the city for a number of reasons are ordered to “temporarily move” to institutions of communal municipal property for the winter period.

It would be a good experiment. Especially for Westerners. But judging by how we are destroying their infrastructure, this will not happen. Although there is hope that it will finally reach the decision-makers, EVERYTHING must be demolished. Especially in light of today's tragedy near Kupyansk

But Westerners, it does not threaten. What Kyiv cannot support, Warsaw will quickly take over.

There is such a blogger Sanya in Florida, he made a short suggestion when our troops left Izyum, like now this territory needs to be maintained by Ukraine, and what it will be like for them (Ukrainian authorities) is not known.

if there is no type of peace there, you can simply cover the city with carpet bombing

What a boring idea to sit surrounded in winter without heat and electricity...

Do you think 300 mobilized will go to the front in the spring?
When a power line falls and a thermal power plant is destroyed, no one will have heat and electricity ....

And it's very good that the civilians will leave the city...

What does 300 thousand mobilized people have to do with it? The military has both generators and stoves. Civilians will have problems if a power line falls. However, this should not stop our soldiers. , if you don’t shoot. Everyone played enough of the good ones. The vast majority of those supporting us left for Russia.

They have a strange idea. If they prepare for defense, then for them to take out the population is death. There are residents - ours are trying to be more careful.

And when did Kyiv and Zelya worry about this? Problems of the population? Their main thing is territory, not people. They now have more global problems on their noses, why is there some kind of town. hiMoreover, I’ve already taken pictures of the greenery there, enough attention. It sounds cynical. But it’s true.

"... they cannot provide all the inhabitants of the city with heat" - just like that, they took it and took care of it. And in one city, in others, everything is probably fine. Or maybe there is another reason? Maybe it's just supposed to turn the city into a fortified area?

Kim's calls for evacuation from Nikolaev are from the same series. It has long been clear that the government will not be able to ensure a normal life in all cities in winter. Yes, they don't want to. If anything, they will cover up with evacuation announcements: "You were warned."

The Izyum Rada is lying, the evacuation of the population is carried out for intense fighting in this direction. The Ukrainian authorities did not care about heating apartments when they bombed the Donetsk region of Ukraine. Power plants, on which the operation of heating boilers depends, were often bombed, houses in which people lived were also bombed (there will be no heat in a house without a roof and walls), windows flew out from the blast wave in residential buildings many times (consider no heating without windows in winter). The Ukrainian authorities fired at residential buildings with everything they could, with U cassette points, and large-caliber artillery cannons, and from machine guns many times.

And here, apparently, they decided to save people, so that there would be someone to send to the front line to die in mobilization.
