There are some details of the shooting in the military registration and enlistment office of the city of Ust-Ilimsk, Irkutsk region. Information was confirmed that a 25-year-old local resident opened the fire. He is the prime suspect. His name is called - Ruslan Zinin. According to recent reports, he is unemployed.
Journalists went to Zinin's mother. The woman said that her son "was very worried that the summons from the draft board came to his friend." According to the woman, after that he began to behave uneasily. It is not reported that Zinin himself could have been called on the agenda.
