In Zaporozhye decided to form three volunteer battalions
In the Zaporozhye region, which continues its movement towards Russia, three volunteer battalions will be formed, not just one. This was reported in the military-civilian administration of the region.
Currently, the formation of the first volunteer battalion named after P. A. Sudoplatov continues. As Yevgeny Gorlachev, deputy battalion commander, said last Saturday, the unit is mainly recruited from residents of the region who were born back in the Soviet Union. Most of them are, but there are enough young people as well. The age limit is 55 years, not only residents of the region are recorded, it is possible, as well as from other regions of Ukraine, after verification, of course, and from Russia.

The new unit will be equipped and equipped at the expense of the region, after which it will go to training. No one is going to send a battalion to the front line, most likely he will be engaged in restoring internal order.
In addition to the battalion Sudoplatov, two more similar units will be formed in Zaporozhye - the name of St. Andrew the First-Called and the "Slavic Guard". All three names are chosen by vote of the residents of the region. Decisions on them have already been made. The first battalion of volunteers began to form on September 22, then the turn of the second and third will come. So far, no other details are available.
