The launch of the Bulava was successful. The next launch of the Bulava intercontinental ballistic missile was recognized as a success. The warheads of the rocket launched from the White Sea, from the board of the Dmitry Donskoy submarine, hit the target at the Kura training ground in Kamchatka at the appointed time.

The launch of the rocket was made from under water, reports RIA "News". “The parameters of the rocket’s trajectory have been worked out in the normal mode, the combat units have been delivered to a given area of the Kura test site in Kamchatka,” said a spokesman for the Defense Ministry.

It was the 14-th launch of the Bulava, but only for the seventh time the launch was recognized as successful. It is planned that in the future the rocket should become the basis of Russia's naval strategic nuclear forces. Vladimir Popovkin, First Deputy Minister of Defense of Russia, said on Tuesday, October 26, that the Bulava will be put into service with the Navy when it reaches almost the 100-percent safety coefficient.

The 13 launch of the Bulava was also successful. It took place on October 7, after a long run. Prior to that, the rocket was launched on 9 December 2009 of the year. Then the launch was unsuccessful and subsequent launches were postponed several times. Of all the launches, three were considered partially successful, and only four - fully successful.

Igor Korotchenko, a member of the public council at the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, after the launch of the 13, said that the distinguishing feature of the Bulava is its ability to overcome both existing and future anti-missile defense systems. It is planned that the rocket will ensure the safety of Russia for 30 − 40 years.
