LNR Ambassador to Russia: Allied forces captured Seversk from three sides
The liberation of the territory of the Donetsk People's Republic from Ukrainian paramilitaries continues. The allied forces of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation and the NM LDNR continue to successfully open the enemy’s defenses, destroying fortifications that have been built over the past 8 years.
Rodion Miroshnik, LPR Ambassador to the Russian Federation, spoke about the current successes on the Donetsk front.
According to the diplomat, the allied forces have entrenched themselves in the city of Soledar and currently control most of the industrial zone. There are active street fights.
In addition, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation and the NM of the LPR managed to cover the city of Seversk from three sides, which significantly complicated the transfer of forces and the supply of ammunition to the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
An active offensive is also being carried out in the Artemovsk direction. According to Miroshnik, the nationalists holding the settlement suffer huge losses every day, both in manpower and in equipment.
In general, according to the diplomat, the desperate attempts by the Ukrainian armed formations to hold the Seversk-Soledar-Artemovsk line is nothing but the "political stupidity" of the Kyiv regime. At the same time, the vanity of the Ukrainian authorities daily costs dozens or even hundreds of lives of soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Recall that earlier it was reported about the exit of the allied forces to the Maryinka-Ugledar highway. The occupation of this position significantly complicates the logistics for the grouping of Ukrainian troops located to the west of Donetsk.
