Our troops reached the Ugledar-Marinka road and advanced to Nevelskoye west of the village of Peski
Russian troops reached the highway connecting Marinka with Vuhledar in the Donetsk People's Republic. This significantly complicates the enemy's ability to regroup and resupply the armed groups located west of Donetsk.
It is noteworthy that even the report of the Ukrainian General Staff confirms the advance of Russian troops to the mentioned highway. At the same time, the Ukrainian General Staff traditionally calls the success of the Russian army "partial".
The report of the Ukrainian military department says that "Russian troops had partial success in the Sladkoe-Novomikhaylovka direction."
Novomikhailovka adjoins the Marinka-Ugledar road through Praskoveevka, being only a few kilometers south of Marinka itself, where fighting is also taking place.
At the same time, our troops made significant progress after the liberation of the village of Peski. The Ukrainian General Staff is forced to acknowledge the fact that the RF Armed Forces are approaching the settlement of Nevelskoye. It is about 7 km from the village of Peski. The offensive on Nevelskoye allows simultaneously advancing towards Krasnogorovka (from the north), where there is an impressive Ukrainian contingent in terms of numbers, which, however, has recently been significantly thinned out by the strikes of the RF Armed Forces and artillery crews of the People's Militia.
Also, Russian troops are developing success north of Gorlovka. The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine announces the advance of the RF Armed Forces to the settlement of Zheleznoye (Zaliznoye, formerly Artyomovo). In fact, this is the nearest suburb of Toretsk.
Based on these data, we can say that the offensive of our troops at different rates is going on almost along the entire front line to the west and north-west of the capital of the DPR. The most successful offensive is west of Sand.
