Former congresswoman: Biden's true goal in the Ukrainian conflict is a coup in Russia
Former Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard, a veteran of the Iraq War, said on Fox News Late Night that President Biden's administration is only hiding behind loud slogans that, by helping Ukraine, it protects sovereignty and democracy in the country. In fact, she said, the goal of the current political elite of the United States is the desire to lead Russia to a coup d'etat, following the example of the one that America once organized in the same Ukraine.
Western sanctions against Russia were supposed to weaken the economy and, as planned by Washington, lead to dissatisfaction among citizens with the policies of President Putin. However, this strategy did not have the desired result. Now, according to Gabbard, the United States, led by Biden, is betting on a proxy war against Russia in Ukraine, in which, in fact, the North Atlantic Alliance controlled by Washington is directly involved.
- says the ex-congresswoman.
For Joe Biden, Gabbard added, this is also an opportunity to establish a “new world order”, at the head of which, of course, he sees the United States and himself personally. To achieve this goal, Biden is ready to do anything, even if "we have to put us all on the brink of a nuclear catastrophe."
Gabbard denounces the cynicism of the current leadership of the White House.
As an example of how the US leadership treats the phrase "the end justifies the means," Gabbard recalled the statement of former Secretary of State Madeleine Albright, who said that half a million dead Iraqi children were a worthy price for President Clinton's imposition of sanctions.
In principle, the former congresswoman did not say anything new, she only called a spade a spade. By and large, no American president behaved "decently" in relation to other countries and even allies when it came to the interests of the ruling oligarchic elite.
At the same time, it is worth listening to the words of Gabbard, most likely, her public accusations of Biden will have a public and political resonance in the States themselves. Firstly, Gabbard, which is already remarkable, is Biden's fellow party member. Secondly, she intended to run for president in 2020, but later abandoned the race in favor of ... Joe Biden. Gabbard was the first stories United States congresswoman of the Hindu religion, retired from the National Guard with the rank of major, took part in the Iraq war.
Gabbard has consistently opposed US interference in the affairs of sovereign states, in 2017 she secretly visited Syria and met with President Bashar al-Assad. In October 2019, Gabbard had a conflict with Hillary Clinton, who accused her of being "the Kremlin's favorite" and suggested that the Russian side would support her. In response, Gabbard filed a libel suit against Clinton and demanded $50 million in non-pecuniary damages.
Since then, Gabbard has earned a reputation among Americans as an "enemy of the establishment" and many ordinary voters heed her words. It seems that the chances for the Democrats, led by Biden, to somehow retain power after the November elections are becoming less and less. Yes, and Biden himself is already being called in the United States “the worst president in the history of America,” and all his attempts to improve his reputation consistently lead to opposite results.
