In Kyiv, they said that Baykar intends to produce in Ukraine the entire line of shock drones

41

Turkish company Baykar intends to build in Ukraine not just a factory for the production of drums drones Bayraktar TB2, but also to produce the entire line of drones developed by the company. Ukrainian media write about this with reference to a statement by Baykar CEO Haluk Bayraktar.

The head of the Turkish company gave an interview to Ukrainian publications, in which he stated that he sees Ukraine as a strategic partner capable of providing the company with a production base and implementing long-term projects. According to him, in addition to the plant, a research center will be built. In the future, the company would like to produce in Ukraine not only the Bayraktar TB2, but also the latest Bayraktar Akinci drone and the Bayraktar Kizilelma unmanned fighter.

Our desire is that one day at the plant in Ukraine we will be able to create Bayraktar TB2, Bayraktar Akinci, as well as the new Bayraktar Kizilelma - an unmanned fighter

Haluk Bayraktar said.

Earlier in Kyiv, they said that the issue of building a plant for the production of Bayraktar TB2 drones was practically resolved, the Turkish company had allegedly already bought the land, it remains to agree on some issues. Zelensky and the company want to produce drones both for the Armed Forces and for export. The Kremlin, commenting on the plans of Kyiv, said that in the event of construction, the plant would be demilitarized along with other military infrastructure of Ukraine.

The very fact of creating such an object, which, of course, will immediately fall under the topic of demilitarization - this must be understood - of course, this will only probably prolong the suffering of Ukrainians, but will not help to avoid what is the goal of a special military operation

- said the press secretary of the President of Russia Dmitry Peskov.

and the address where they bought the land for construction - can you clarify? Preferably already in Glonass coordinates, so that it would be easier for our missilemen?

The address will be given to you. But what will it give you? Think about it, what difference does it make where the drone will be produced? That Turkey will supply car kits to Ukraine, that it will assemble them at home. It's a drone. He himself is able to fly across the border to be labeled "Made in Ukraine" there. And you can bomb at the address indicated to you (at least by postal address, at least by coordinates) as much as your heart desires. It's hard to think of a dumber thing to do.

First, destroy the governing bodies of state power and destroy everything, and then ask for the address of a non-existent plant.
      Why wag your tongue..

My opinion is that this is fake. Who will build a plant on the territory of Ukraine, where the war is going on. After all, it takes time to build a plant, but Ukraine does not have time and it looks like it will never happen again. So, who will invest money in nowhere. fool

But the Turks don’t care, they will build a plant, they will take money for it, and then it’s not their concern, they probably already discussed everything with VV, they won’t touch the plant while the Turks are building it)))

Hypothetically, they can either underground, at least 50 meters, but this will not save either.

The Turks, of course, are not darlings, but they were not noticed in any particular masochism either. Can you imagine the increase in the cost of the plant underground?

      Apparently this is a strategy
build a factory is a strong word
to equip UAV assembly shops from ready-made kits with equipment - this is suitable
a maximum of a month for the supply and debugging of equipment - and assemble the UAV - CAM
and Turkey has nothing to do with it, the UAV does not supply as a finished product
      only ready-made kits for assembly

So what's the point of building it?

The point is not to build, but to talk about building.
What will be the reaction to this production in the Kremlin has already been voiced and the Turks understand this without direct hints. But it is necessary to look at whose money it will be built. Turkish business will not invest in capacities that will then be destroyed by Russia. But Turkey and Russia are now the main trading partners after China. And suddenly Turkey is building, and Russia is destroying...
When talking about construction, there are two goals in Ukraine. Announce victory and quarrel Russian and Turkish business. I don’t think that the idea of localizing construction in Ukraine came from her business, it was at the suggestion of the owners that Banderlog seized on this proposal.

The Turks will do everything to get the necessary technologies and specialists from Ukraine.
While there is such an opportunity.
It will be necessary - they will buy another ten hectares and even erect walls for greater persuasiveness.
But they need the end result at home, in Turkey.

The Turks, in agreement with the Russian Federation, simply sell ready-made kits for assembling UAVs to Ukraine on their own. To avoid further reputational losses for Turkey. From 100% probability of destruction of the UAV production plant. Therefore, only a screwdriver assembly. Until the Aerospace Forces destroy the workshops.

I read the plans of the Turkish company and think - but am I dreaming? Or has the world gone crazy (like the Turks have not yet been noticed in special stupidity)? Or we don’t know something, maybe ours have agreed on the production of Turkish drones for Russia in the territories liberated in the future, while the Ukrainians are still digging the foundation? winked

in fact, if construction is planned in the western regions, and the start dates are tied to the end of hostilities ... then there is a chance to start the plant, because. whether our army will reach the western regions, or will be satisfied with the banks of the Dnieper - an open question.

I wonder who will be the owner of the plant?
    Turks, Ukraine or 50/50?
In cases 1 and 3, the question will arise, what is more important - that Bayraktars are not assembled specifically in Ukraine (they will still be made and sold to Ukraine) or quarrel with Erdogan, striking a Turkish factory, and even the factory of Erdogan's son-in-law?

I wonder if Ukraine has money? Europe and America do not give them hard money, but only products, so-so in debt, and the debt will most likely be taken away either by land, or agricultural products, or minerals.
