The martial law declared by the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky ends on August 23, at the same time the issue of further mass conscription of those liable for military service into the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is decided. The decision to extend or stop the mobilization is made by the Verkhovna Rada.

Ukrainian experts shared their predictions about what the deputies will decide with the online publication Apostrophe.

As it turned out, most of them are confident that Kyiv will not stop the mobilization in August.

In particular, this point of view is shared by a member of the National Security Committee of the Rada, Roman Kostenko.
