Children of the regiment. The army replaced the school for eight teenagers of the Kursk region

Almost 10 for years. The 27-I separate team of radiation, chemical and biological protection (RCBZ) of the Kursk garrison trains not only soldiers, but schoolchildren. On the territory of the unit 8 permanently lives of underage guys who were drafted into the army by a not military enlistment office. Like ordinary teenagers, they go to school, like ordinary soldiers - they are engaged in drill and dream of dismissal.

A platoon of students at military unit No. 11262 of the city of Kursk was created in April 2003. Everything is “according to the law”: on February 14, 2000, RF Government Decree No. 124 was issued, approving the “Regulation on the enrollment of minor citizens of the Russian Federation as inmates in military units and providing them with the necessary types of allowances." And on May 19, 2001, Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation Sergey Ivanov issued order No. 235, according to which the status of a foster child in the army and navy was finally legalized. According to these documents, at the military unit, 8 pupils from 14 to 18 years old could be supported. Kursk became the third city to shelter the "sons of the regiment." By the way, now he is almost the only one. The children study in a regular school, live in units, and even receive cash allowances as conscript soldiers.

Study at the 1 place

After school, the guys return to the military unit, but they do not live in the barracks. Their house occupies a whole wing of the building - 8 rooms: for sleeping, exercising, sports, recreation, and everyday needs. Conditions, of course, differ markedly from boarding.

The day regimen will most likely terrify an ordinary student. Stand up "sons of the regiment" in 6.30. Then charging, washing, dressing bed. Breakfast, school, lunch. After lunch, half an hour of rest. And then the drill, sports events or classes on RCBZ.

Like all schoolchildren, boys prepare lessons in the evenings.

- If the big homework and loading is big, I depart from all military. This is not the main thing for me, the main thing is the learning process, - the platoon commander Oleg Pereverzev notes.

Like real soldiers, the boys themselves wash and iron their clothes, sew collars. From 7 to 9, evenings, guys become ordinary children - this is the free time of young soldiers. They can use it as they wish. There is a TV, a stereo system, board games, a lot of simulators, there is also a computer classroom, where it is not forbidden to play a little. Only there is no internet: it is prohibited in the military unit. You can not just go for a walk around the city. The 21.30 guys go to bed. And so every day.

Get used to the regime, of course, difficult. But orphans and children without parental care chose such a life themselves. After all, the main criterion for the selection of young soldiers was just the desire.

- We take those who want to be a soldier, change something in their life for the better, discover something new in themselves. The second weighty argument is health. After all, we still focus the guys on a military specialty, so we are taking the medical board very seriously. I also look at the personal qualities of the guys, ”says Oleg Viktorovich.

You have to start from scratch

School performance here is not a selection criterion. Most of the Troeks come to the unit, but not because they are “weak” students — they simply never did a lot of work. Oleg Viktorovich knows from experience that in a boarding school a child can never open a book during 8 years of study. Therefore, sometimes it is necessary to train future officers practically from scratch. So the platoon leader once had to learn the multiplication table with an eighth grader.

- It seems like a smart guy like that, but he can't decide. I could not understand what it was. We started to extract the roots - they are not extracted, there is also no way to do something else. Then I asked him how much a family would be eight. He did not answer correctly. Then I understood everything. We began to learn the multiplication table: it was a bit hard, but it was learned. I “stimulated” him so much that he later sat by himself and all the courses “passed.” So the most interesting thing is that this man has now graduated from the military academy, ”says Pereverzev.

And many graduates can boast of such success. Nobody remained on the side of life, the platoon commander knows this: Oleg Viktorovich keeps in touch with his pupils who have become relatives.

- They are all arranged. Nobody drank himself, no one went to jail. Many graduated from military higher educational institutions of our chemical profile in the city of Kostroma (6 people), other military universities. This year, four of our students graduated from military schools: two of them received a red diploma. We arrived and are serving with us here in the brigade. Some graduates work as foremen and craftsmen at construction sites. Get good money, get families. So in this regard, I believe that we are productively working, ”admits the platoon commander.

To rise above

This year, the part has released two guys. There were already applicants for vacant seats. One of them - Kirill Babanin - has spent nearly a month in a platoon, and along with the whole big family went to the sea. Cyril was brought up by his grandmother and grandfather, and he came to the military unit to become a military man. With the entry into the team the guy had no problems.

- I knew almost all the guys, we were with them together in the camp, - says Cyril.
It's not hard for a guy to get used to the regime.

- It was almost at home too. I went to workout, I got up early. It was hard to get used to just go to bed early.

Another pupil - 16-year-old Dima Palkin - came to Kursk from the Volgograd region, too, in order to become a military man. In the military unit he lives for two years. Here he was "identified" by his grandmother. She saw on TV a program in which this platoon of pupils was shown.

- I used to think about the military specialty, but not seriously. It just seemed like there would be no such opportunity, - Dima admits.

The opportunity came, the guy arrived. Now the boy comes to grandma and grandpa only during the summer holidays.

But Sasha Borovik has no one to go on vacation for. His mother is deprived of parental rights, while other relatives live in Saratov. In the military unit he is already two years old. I spent the same amount of time at the boarding school. Getting used to the new life was hard. But Sasha believes that this is natural:
- Take even now an ordinary guy from the street and put it here. He, too, will be hard at first, like us.

18-year-old Denis Razdobarov senior among the guys. In the part he lives for three years. Got here also from the orphanage.

- The director said to me: you will go there, the cadets are recruited there. I did not want at first, then agreed. And here I am. At first it was difficult, I used to the boarding school. And here the stop changes, surrounding people. But then I thought, what should I do there? After all, you can try to climb higher - says his history guy.

The three years that Denis spent in the unit, markedly influenced his life. Now he is going to become a paratrooper, he is diligently engaged, preparing for exams, he spends a lot of time in the gym.

Commander, friend and father of many children

Undoubtedly, the senior sergeant Oleg Pereverzev heads the platoon of students. He often spends an hour with the 24 guys. He also attends parent meetings for all the guys, checks and helps to do homework.

Oleg came to the army after military service. The soldier gave his duty to the motherland, but the authorities liked the way he did it. Pereverzev was offered to remain in the contract service.

- I have weighed all the pros and cons, I decided to try, look. I served the first three years - I liked it. Signed a contract for 5, then another for 5 years. And so I serve. He graduated from KSU specialty educational psychologist. For me, the army is my home, I have taught me a lot, the platoon commander admits. - And the guys for me are both my own children and, at the same time, friends. Those who grew up are friends, those who are here are more like children, because every time I get older, they are still the same age.

With pupils even on vacation

The commander with experience and psychological education knows sense in education. Pupils receive appropriate punishment for their misdeeds. True, it gets more often to beginners who are not fully aware that they are in the army.

The main incentive for the guys to do everything right, as with the soldiers, is the dismissal and the opportunity to get extraordinary leave. With positive evaluations without discipline in the school and in public places, the guys get laid off on weekends. Guys independently go to the city in the "citizen". Freely with someone they want to go for a walk, they can visit someone. All this is 11.00 to 18.00.

- If someone was noticed with a cigarette or was late in the dismissal, everything - 2 - 3 "exits" will be deprived. For the future to know that it is better to come to 15 minutes earlier than later to stay at home when others are walking, ”says the platoon commander.
For good behavior and study guys on holidays can visit relatives.

- And it happens that he behaved well, and nowhere to go. Here is another problem, and we have repeatedly encountered it. It was such that I myself went on vacation, sent the children to the camps. And the boy alone was 18 years old. He did not give a ticket. What should I do here: should I sit with him a whole vacation in parts? I took it with me. We spent the entire vacation together: went fishing, went to my mother in the village, we cleaned potatoes with him. We had fun with him, ”says Oleg Viktorovich.

The platoon commander fights with "ordinary" provinces with the help of sport.
- If I hear that someone has freaked out, I’ll force 20 to wring out. But I think it is good. Now he has wrung out, his blood has come to his head, and she began to work better, ”Oleg Viktorovich jokes.

Although physical activity, according to Pereverzev, is not the main method of education:
- Stimulate can be different. You can just walk the guy on the head to stroke, he is already pleased, laughs and will be happy to do what is necessary. For me it is better not to punish. Punishment, as a rule, get new ones. They still do not know how and what. Those guys who have been here for more than a year, walk and smile. Understand themselves were such.

"Girls just" die "for them"

Each month, the guys get a "salary": the money allowance for the 1 tariff category, that is, as conscripts, plus a monthly payment for "orphanhood." Total 2000 rubles. They spend the money on their own.

“But I usually know who and where I spent it.” I try to explain to them that it is necessary to save a little bit so that there is a certain reserve. Here, for example, was teacher's day. They were thrown off to the teachers for gifts. Same on 8 March. A Valentine's Day is a special occasion! On this day, they come from school with hearts and toys. And how are you preparing! I let them into the city, looking for gifts. Fans of the soldiers enough. The girls just "die" for them. When they come from the camp: there are parts outside the gates, - Oleg Viktorovich is proud of his sons.

PS You cannot crush genes with your finger, but it seems possible to do it with discipline. The facts speak for themselves: 37 guys will soon become fathers. They will not leave their children social orphans. So, the army is a good school of life. However, it is a pity that only 8 schoolchildren can study in it.

Real men will grow out of these, a very laudable initiative; practice should be spread across the entire army and boarding schools.

No, I know how it is now, but my wife was brought up in a grandfather's house and then in boarding school No. 1. She graduated from the Institute of Marine Engineering. About childhood he remembers only the good. They received more attention than in some families. On vacation, trips to the Crimea, the Carpathians, to Moscow, Leningrad. Boarding schools exchanged children's groups. There was a meeting of graduates of their class. Someone thundered into the zone (from decent families also thunder), but the vast majority have achieved much in life. There is a former deputy. Minister of Defense of Kazakhstan, there are officers in a large rank, teachers, engineers, doctors and many with a name. There are sailors, ship repairmen, port workers, musicians. Meet almost every year. Friends, help each other. They are one big family, although they grew up without parents. After all, you don’t have to send everyone to the zone, Mongoose.

In fact, the country would only benefit from transferring orphanages and boarding schools to the balance of the Ministry of Defense, of course, with the corresponding financial and organizational linkages. The result was perhaps the most efficient forge of army personnel.

But then what to do with the girls?

And I racked my brains about it while reading. You can’t even cook cabbage soup, now third-party companies are preparing food in the army. And women's battalions are for lovers, not everyone will agree. So it’s not clear ...

It seems to me that if they are brought up from the infancy in the military, great fighters will come out. In general, this topic traveled to this site, I would not want to raise it again. Just wondering if as an experiment. To take from the orphanages a certain number of girls in infancy and place them in a military environment, in order to get professional personnel in the future, what will happen?

A friend of mine in a boarding school works, so she says that with 100% financing a bunch of all kinds of help and gifts, it’s impossible to raise children in the majority, they tell the child what do you want in a prison? and he answered: but I have a brother there, it’s possible to go to prison, because the teachers are mostly women, and there must be an iron order with the children, the result of the article is obvious!

Greetings to all. Definitely an article BIG PLUS +++ !!! I am very happy for these guys, a good example for our country and the Moscow Region. More such parts and such educators. Our future youth literally disappears, by the 18-25 years, real alcoholics and drug addicts. And so at least they can both learn and rise, get a job.

Eight is a drop in the sea of homeless and abandoned children. The state should have a program to involve the Moscow Region in raising children, Suvorov and cadet schools, sergean schools, military schools for these children and everything is free. Only then will Russia get citizens, not criminal and homeless.! Yes, good soldiers too !!!

Well, that's what I understand "cadet". And in our city, cadet classes have proliferated, and the "kids" live at home, they go to classes like ordinary schoolchildren, only in uniforms, mothers hem their collars, they wash and iron their uniforms, "children" are only pasted over with medals, badges and chevrons around the city ... It looks especially funny among the airborne cadet classes, only the major political instructor is known from the army, and the pathos seems to be like the Chechen war passed

The idea of accepting children from boarding schools and orphanages into the army is definitely excellent. Sometime in the first half of the 90s, the writer Karem Rush made such an initiative. Then all our so-called "democratic" press fell upon him and persecuted him. In fact, this idea is great. You should also admit street children to the children of the regiment. Get them out of basements, the dirt of underground sewers and all the delights of homeless life, give them upbringing and education - and real people can come out of them. This is a real national project.

    Where are we going?
Children of the regiment were in the war after the war! In a country where hundreds of thousands of children were left without parents, the Army became their home.
In a country where money is no longer known where to invest there are children brought up by the army, a paradox and more!
It is high time for this social development to unscrew a couple of organs to move their brains. In the country, there are children living in the army trying to introduce juvenile justice. You don’t think at all ????????

Last year I was in this part on a business trip, the guys are wonderful. It is allowed to educate each part, but now most of the parts do not have commissioners, and the rest is all over ... Get more money, cry that the service is sick of it, etc. And in this brigade everyone is proud of it! This is a worthy change.

The article is great! really lucky guys. However, far from all parts can permit such experiments. Indeed, much depends on the officers, and on the educators who will be with them.
