Why is the West beating us? From an engineer's point of view

First about the economy

Excerpts from the article “Economy in shackles” by N. Arefiev dated 01.06.2022/XNUMX/XNUMX:

“At the beginning of the First World War, Tsar Nicholas II was informed that the enterprises were sabotaging the supply of weapons. It turned out that 42% of enterprises belong to foreign investors from unfriendly countries. They carried out nationalization, brought the foreign presence to 12%, and weapons began to enter the army.
We have: 65% of large property owned by foreigners; 92% of trade belongs to foreign trading networks; the main systemic banks, the largest companies, almost half of which are foreign. Russia was bought and fell under the total control of the West.
In fact, we in Russia own little. And no one will allow us to reform someone else's. In this situation, we need to create our own economy.”

I admit that Arefiev exaggerates, even if by half, but even then it's scary. What kind of import substitution is there! What kind of economic development is there!

It is generally interesting with representatives of the socio-economic bloc.

Yes, even take applications for pensions, which show the attitude towards people. Someone can say that pensioners help their children and grandchildren, which means they live well. What's your business? What have you done for the country? Medicine optimized?

Someone else can say that after the pension reform, pensioners will be able to travel around the world. Well, yes. Vaughn Chubais and Dvorkovich left to travel around, only for an increased pension, because checkmate to you, opponents of pension reform!

And the statement of two not the last persons in the economy that it is necessary to file with Western courts to return the three hundred billion dollars stolen by the West, who are they intended for? Moreover, these two participated in the direction of these billions to the West. They called it the "airbag".

Well, purely intellectuals

In 2016, the States took over our offices in America. And what was our reaction? And it is such that the representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs made a conciliatory statement like "Let's live together." That's when the time of no return came. I think that at that time the West decided that Russia would forgive a lot for the normalization of relations. And how many times after that did we hear menacing words from the Foreign Ministry about this or that action of the West: "This is counterproductive."

And it got to the point that even the Eastern European trifle is not afraid to do us disgusting things. Why don't we follow the example of the States, which immediately put even allies in their place? Why did they forgive dirty tricks from neighbors, all sorts of Tribalts and Bulgarians for decades?

For example, a certain country has caused us hundreds of millions of damage, and we want to shake these hundreds from it. And that's it. And according to the science of management, it was necessary not only to tear off the costs of the unbuilt gas pipeline from it, but also to guess the expulsion of guest workers for the elections and something else to do, and not to stretch these measures in time.

The control (corrective) action, in response to the deviation of the process from the normal, should be bоlarger than the deviation. Precisely bоbig. Otherwise, in foreign policy, you get an intelligentsia that is unnecessary for the country, corrupting the “partner”.

And yet, pay attention to the frequent statements of our officials: "In response to ... we ...". And oddly enough, no one cares. And this is what infuriates me. If I'm not mistaken, political scientist Sergei Mikheev asked the question: "Why do they fool you all the time?" And the answer is on the surface! That's why they circle it because "in response to ..."

They, the West, are not smarter at all, they just got used to the fact that we all want to make peace with them and therefore sit on the defensive in politics, in the economy, in the information war, in culture, completely giving the initiative to the enemy. Naturally, guessing the actions of someone sitting on the defensive is not difficult, and it is not a problem to come up with effective actions against him, so it turns out that we are being fooled like foolish children.

In conclusion

A good manager will think over in advance (organize analysis by subordinates) negative scenarios in space and, the most difficult, in time, and plan (select from those offered) the best option with little or no failures or with minimal failures and ways to eliminate them. This is the aerobatics of management, and it is called "preventive actions."

But the development of measures for the negative results that have already happened is an adjustment. And if the adjustment happens in many cases, such as "In response to ...", then this leader works as a "fireman", rushing around on emerging troubles, and does not prevent fires.

Of course, if we begin to act as expected, i.e., on our own initiative, then there will be many dissatisfied people in the West and among the untouchables. They have lost the habit of the country's independence in everything, and for them it will be, to put it mildly, unusual. So what? The Russian state - for their country of Russia, or what? And let the rest get used to sitting upright.

By origin I am from the Orthodox, from the side of grandfathers and grandmothers. Moreover, he was brought up on Russian literature. But I like Jewish jokes for their figurativeness, bitingness, and unexpected twists. True, there is a reasonable suspicion that they were also composed by Russians.

Reminds me of a good Jewish anecdote:

- But why did you not consult with Rabinovich when choosing economists and representatives of foreign policy?
- With what other Rabinovich?
- Oh my God! Same with anyone!

Are you suggesting that our helmsmen flog themselves? To whom is this angry article addressed?
Who are the "we" who "should" someone to fight with someone "at the same time"?

The control (corrective) action, in response to the deviation of the process from the normal, must be greater in magnitude than the deviation.

An engineer wouldn't write that. At least because the impact and deviation are measured in different units (and are usually related through a time derivative of some order), but in general - because such a naive approach "the more the better" was the cause of the disasters of the first automatic systems, while scientists theory management was not invented.

The author started for health, and ended for peace... It's time to understand that replacing one king with another king will not change anything. That it will no longer be possible to shift responsibility to the "smart, kind people's and ardently beloved boss."

And what were the minuses for you? .. If I were writing an article (and even "from the point of view of an engineer"), I would definitely look into a textbook on automation to use such analogies. Even despite the five points in the exam so many years ago.

The author stated everything correctly ... take at least the Kremlin’s policy towards Tokayev ... they pulled this politician out of the toilet of the attempted coup in Kazakhstan ... washed, cleaned and what gratitude from him in return ... spitting in our faces. .. sneeze like I wanted on you.

In Kazakhstan, Russians are oppressed no less than in Ukraine until 2014.
Nationalism is cultivated according to the Ukrainian scenario, for a similar result.

Well, what do you want, we are reaping the fruits of the 90s, 00s, when they spat on the entire post-Soviet space and allowed the United States to enter there with their funds, NGOs that completely subjugated the entire economic and political elite and raised a generation of people who hate Russia. Yes, it is easy to scold Tokaev, but even if he is at least three times pro-Russian, he cannot do anything simply because most of the Kazakh elite is on the side of the West. We lost the fight for the minds, and how can we demand loyalty from the members of the CSTO if we ourselves have confusion and vacillation in Russia?! Maybe it’s better to put things in order first, and the sooner the better!

This should have started a long time ago. But the head of everything is the economy! And here - foreign capital has built a cozy nest since the 90s, and no one is in a hurry to disturb it. Because all the bosses are in share!
This is where you need to "dig a trench" - and to the fence (c). And for this, Putin needs to seriously "turn to the left." But this is unlikely to happen ... There's nothing to be done: this is how the world works. Meanwhile, the demand for justice in society is very high... And there are more and more dissatisfied people. If you do nothing, you can find the year 1905. And this, oh, how I would not want to.

the Kremlin's policy towards Tokayev ... they pulled this politician out of the toilet of an attempted coup d'état

Do you see what's the matter, during the 8 years of the bombing of the DPR, what did the political leadership of the Russian Federation do to prevent these bombings? Nothing has been done, except for concerns, why then should foreign politicians care about Russia if the Russian leadership does not care about the country?
In 14, the Ukrainians did not have a layered defense, troops trained by NATO instructors, a mass of weapons, etc. Then the NWO could be carried out easily and without Iskanders, why this was not done, because they did not give yachts and estates, well, Tokaev is in his right, estates are more dear to him than the interests of foreign countries.

Why is the West beating us? From an engineer's point of view

Conclusion. Russia urgently needs Peter I, in extreme cases, Stalin, who would build everyone and put things in order in the country. Perhaps the situation with sanctions will partially restore order if our Western liberals and oligarchs do not merge Russia earlier.

Recently, Y. Kedmi - in the program at Solovyov said that NATO (or Poland ... I don’t remember exactly ...) knows that Putin will not be as tough as Stalin and they (the West) will definitely take advantage of this ... In the words of Kedmi there is a grain of truth. Yes, we are all against Putin acting the same way as Stalin, BUT ...... But, I am more than sure that IMMEDIATELY AFTER SVO - Putin will simply be forced to STRENGTHEN ORDER, LEGALITY much more, JUSTICE and most importantly - the military-industrial complex of the Russian Federation according to wartime ... There is no alternative to this, since - EXACTLY PEACEFUL LIFE AFTER THE WAR IS THE SAME CONTINUATION OF THE WAR, BUT IN OTHER WAYS, and then only - diplomacy .... When in peacetime in In ANY COUNTRY, embezzlers of public funds, werewolves in uniform and ties, as well as THEIR sponsored in tattoos from organized crime groups, will flourish in a double color, then the country CANNOT EFFICIENTLY resist both external and internal challenges. The richest countries of the east understood this a long time ago and that is why they flourish ... For example : business for a Japanese, Korean and Chinese is a continuation of the war and WITHOUT IRON DISCIPLINE and ORDER - such a "war" cannot be won ....

Don't sign for everyone, please. This is the first. Further: since the West is afraid that there will be a second Stalin in the Russian Federation, then you need to become one, at least for a while. And, by the way, after the Second World War in the USSR, the cards were the first to be canceled, and then, while I.V. Stalin was alive, they regularly tried to reduce food prices. Let not by much, by 10 kopecks, but the people saw it and believed that now life would get better. But will it be like this after SVO? And if a word is spoken from a "high rostrum", then it must be kept, otherwise there will be no trust of the people, there will be no victory. So the West beats Russia on this.

Exactly what, yes, the USSR completely failed in defense, if it weren’t for Lend-Lease, we wouldn’t be able to conduct any broad offensive operations, even Stalin himself said that without US machines we would have lost and monuments should be erected to Roosevelt, that he pushed through the law in the USA about Lend-Lease (I remind you that they adhered to a policy of non-intervention in European affairs).

The Lend-Lease Act gave the President of the United States powers to help any country whose defense was considered vital to his country, without advance payment. The Lend Lease Act [3] (eng. Lend Lease Act) full name - "Act for the Defense of the United States" (Eng. An Act to Promote the Defense of the United States), adopted by the US Congress on March 11, 1941, was the first to be extended to Great Britain! And then to the USSR.

It’s all about whom the States cared about, the fact is that they (according to Stalin) saved us from being defeated by the Germans. That is, Stalin completely failed to prepare the country for war, and the huge sacrifices are completely his as a leader miscalculation.
Well, how Stalin cared about the people, this can be seen from 46-47 years, when famine broke out in the country, which was done under the leadership of a caring leader: military operations in 1945 doubled the price of bread, and at that time Stalin was “building” a new dacha for himself in the Caucasus mountains on Lake Ritsa.

Any down player who plays some kind of computer toy - strategy for a long time, will explain to you what to win by sitting on the defensive and not capturing / destroying the enemy's resource base impossible. USA, for example, perfectly uses our resource base against us - this is what we call the NVO in Ukraine ... Russia does not use anyone's resource base against the United States ... Where are the "people's liberation movements" in Mexico, Texas, Japan? Even vice versa! Everyone remembers the US military base in Ulyanovsk? - What did she do? - And contributed to the supply of the US armed forces in Afghanistan! Those. played along with the enemy. Or how do you like it - on the territory of Russia there are special antenna fields for aligning the Amer's GPS system (so that their cruise missiles do not miss if something happens!), But in the USA there are no such antenna fields for the Russian GLONASS ... And there are hundreds of such examples !
Yes, I do not need to be an engineer to understand - we we play giveaway! And not only with the USA, but also with their "sixes"! The same war in Ukraine without the destruction of Ukrainian bridges, ports, power plants, sewerage facilities, the government and other governing bodies of the enemy, the communication system looks like a game of giveaway. - And how can the West not beat us in such conditions? Creation and arming of ISIS.6) Provoking the Russian Federation in the Donbass and ARMING the Kyiv Nazis... Continue? Today, Russia owns one seventh of the earth's land, as it behaved in relation to other peoples in a HUMAN and CHRISTIAN way ... Therefore, the tactics of "slow strangulation" of partners (external and internal) was chosen. Or those horses that have not been changed for 22 years, because they are crossing, have they lost their way? Maybe they slowly wander along the coast, or even stand, waving their tails?

But in addition, a good analytical article by Valentin Katasonov "Without an Economic Development Strategy, we will not win the war with the collective West."

Here is just a small snippet from it:
The conduct of any war involves strategy and tactics. I am not an expert in military matters, so I do not know if Russia has a military strategy at the moment. But I definitely don’t see a strategy for waging an economic war.

They may object to me: they say, there is such a strategy, it is reflected in the document “National Security Strategy of the Russian Federation”, approved by Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of July 2, 2021 (No. 400). Last year, I responded to this document with my publication “Who Prepared Putin's Security Strategy? 43 pages of chatter and verbiage. The Kremlin "robots" set the president up again." I will quote myself: “Surprisingly, the authors of the document managed to do without such concepts as “economic war”, “external economic threats”, “economic destabilization”, “economic sabotage”, “economic intelligence”. In the entire document of 43 pages, the word “sanctions” is found only once ... The document does not mention such a measure of counteracting external threats to Russia as economic mobilization ... "

No need to be afraid, you need to understand the situation. And when you figure it out, you will find out that the vast majority of "foreign" capital is our own capitalists who simply use offshore companies to evade taxation. The second part is oil money, on which the Yeltsin family grew rich - import firms were made through which gas and oil were resold to the West. And then this money was started for the acquisition of enterprises of the Russian Federation as foreign ones.

Haven't you thought that Tokayev (and Kazakhstan) is now practically the only window or, if you like, an emergency exit? Well, now let's drag Kazakhstan under the blanket of sanctions, let Tokayev recognize the LDNR. Through whom then will we carry smuggling and organize "parallel imports"?
Kazakhstan now needs to distance itself as much as possible from Russia (on purpose) in order to remain a "handshake" there behind the sanctions fence. And this is necessary not only for Russia, but also for our opponents - at least some channels for communication and interaction must remain.
And the SVO goes on as usual. Or do you think that we can't manage without Kazakh support? Well, the Kazakhs will support when gray imports go through them, which we need much more than beautiful words of support and solidarity. Trade (mutually beneficial) is much better than empty talk.

A good manager will think over in advance (organize analysis by subordinates) negative scenarios in space and, the most difficult, in time, and plan (select from those offered) the best option with little or no failures or with minimal failures and ways to eliminate them.

based on what was written above, now it’s not the West that is beating us, but we, and what good leaders in the West it turns out is simply stupidly absent. For they began to plan the war of Ukraine against Russia since the collapse of the USSR.

Deripaskam from Abramovich and - I'm not sure that this will be better for Russia. It will not work to return to socialist property - our oligarchs poured blood in the 90s for the wrong reason. So - state capitalism, along the Chinese path? Yes, the option is good - but until we get rid of all these Nabiullins and Siluanovs in the government - figs to us, not the new economy. Theoretically, Putin has all the power and opportunity for this - but in all these 20 years he has not completed a single thing - there are no high-tech industries (and with no high-problems), import substitution has not occurred, the rearmament of the army also turned out to be mostly on paper (in Ukraine, there is now a war with the weapons of the USSR). Yes, under Putin they raised taxes notably, increased the retirement age and ruined education and science - these are so-so achievements. So there is no "light at the end of the tunnel" yet. As for me, both Western and Russian elites are parts of one global capitalist organism, one system. And they play shows in front of people and hide the true goals of the processes for distributing finances and control. If everything in the “civilized world” is done solely for the sake of profit and is measured by money, then in the conditions of globalization state borders become conditional, and state leaders become caretakers of cash flows. And the Russian leader has never hidden that he “fits” Russia into the “world economy”, which needs Russian resources, and not competitors... It’s not hard to admit, but Russia is currently occupied or sold by its “elites” and that’s all “ reforms" are carried out in the interests of "business" and not citizens. For a long time I hoped that Putin was playing some kind of cunning game in the interests of the people of Russia, but time passes, and instead of increasing the standard of living, education and healthcare, attracting specialists and launching long-term projects, the level of Russophobia in neighboring countries and the amount of money in the accounts of those who does business in Russia. I would like Russia’s internal politics to become such that the former republics themselves want to join! It was not the ruling elite who decided that “at the moment it is profitable...”, but the citizens of these states dreamed of becoming part of Russia! In the meantime, a Western capitalist differs from a Russian one in that one has money and a developed capital system, while the other has resources and territories.
