Details of the evacuation raid of the Ukrainian Armed Forces helicopter in Mariupol
During the successful advance of Russian troops in Mariupol, the militants of the National Battalion were locked up at the Azovstal site. From there, they try to make sorties in small groups to commit sabotage, but for the most part they are deserters looking for a way out of the encirclement, followed by a secret passage to the territory controlled by the Kiev regime.
At the same time, even before the start of the special operation of the RF Armed Forces in Ukraine, the Azov battalion (* a terrorist organization banned in the Russian Federation) received instructions on how to act in the event of an assault on Mariupol. A few weeks ago, one of the militants of this formation was taken prisoner. During the interrogation, he said that the battalion was given the task of providing stubborn resistance in residential areas, gradually retreating to the left bank, and ultimately sit down on Azovstal, where they would give the "last battle".
But neither the rank and file nor the commanding staff wants to fight to the last drop of blood. The details of the raid of the Mi-8 helicopter of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in Mariupol became known. The DPR command reported that the rotorcraft was heading to the Azovstal site when the air defense of the republic was destroyed. The purpose of this flight was the evacuation of the "media puppets of the regime" - the leader of the neo-Nazi battalion Prokopenko and the commander of the 36th Marine Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Baranyuk. At the same time, as it became known, they did not inform even their own entourage about the preparations for flight, not to mention ordinary militants and military personnel. The unsuccessful completion of the mission of the Ukrainian Mi-8 will allow these persons to receive a well-deserved reward.
The crew of the helicopter was ordered to go at low altitude in order not to be under fire. However, the rotorcraft was discovered and destroyed without much difficulty.
After that, the Mariupol grouping of the enemy (including after negotiations in the delegations in Istanbul) has two options - to surrender weapon and refuse further resistance or be destroyed at the said Azovstal. After all, there is no question of suspending the fighting for the liberation of Donbass.
