3. About the fact that Russia will simply take it and be great. May it not be great with such commentators. Now, if there are many people who work well, so that parents and children would not be ashamed of them, then it will be. If there are many who, like someone from VO, in 2014 was engaged in the supply of equipment, materials for the fighting Donbass, and risking their lives, then it will be.

Let's go about the base and superstructure

He tried to prove something to her, but did not believe. And he speaks calmly and with bitterness. I went from the other side.
He began to tell that Ukraine has been living worse and worse for all 30 years after secession, and that these are data on the economy and the human development index of the UN, the World Bank, the CIA and other structures that do not like Russia at all. And the woman says that I don’t know anything, that everything was fine in Ukraine until this February. Here is also an example of a believer. And she spoke with conviction. Told this to his wife. Mine said that it was necessary to ask the woman why then they are working en masse from Ukraine in our country and in the West, if everything is fine. But I don't think she would accept it.
More than once I met people for whom it is impossible to go beyond certain limits in reasoning. And partly because of the underdevelopment of thinking, partly because of the inner blindness, which in many ways is rightly called zombies. At home, I analyzed this conversation and got bored. This woman is a pensioner, her pronunciation is purely Middle Ural, most likely, she has nothing to do with the intelligentsia. This is how Western propaganda works effectively.
So, about the basis and superstructure. The basis is the basis of the state, the country. There are three basic areas of activity. Protection of people, countries, states (police, police, army). Health care, from mom, from the nurse in the hospital. Education and upbringing, including ideology and culture, from the mother, from the nanny in the kindergarten. Everything rests on the basis. Even agriculture is no longer the basis, but part of the first layer of the superstructure.
The state and the country are obliged to love, respect everything that is related to the basis. To create conditions for the best to work there, so that they do not need, so that not a single dirty trick could even think of offending a teacher. For those concerned about finding something to complain about in a note - my relatives are related only to the production sector. I also believe that our VO is largely engaged in education and upbringing, that is, it is related to the basis.
I am surprised that we have few like the above woman. Ukrainian, read - Western, propaganda is not shy about showing what is beneficial to it from different angles and for different intellectual levels. Why don't we show documentaries about lies from there on TV? Why do we need serials about managers, bad police, bandits, singers? State channels spend a lot of money on this, our. Does the country need it? How did it happen that we got films made on state-owned, our money that defiles its own past, even epic heroes?
Who has been and is engaged in culture in our country? We are bad at information warfare, even at home. How did it happen that people who were promoted to us as “stars” by the leaders of TV and the Ministry of Culture turned out to be defending the West? Who are these guides for the country? And what, when these pseudo-stars return from supposedly Israeli vacations and treatments, top managers from culture and the state media will again provide them with priority?
It seems to me that it is high time to clean the Augean stables.

These are commissions for the annual review of all areas of activity of an enterprise, institution, company in the ministry and a structural unit in the enterprise. practiced in the Soviet Union. And in some places in the 90s at enterprises. The company's commission included representatives of production departments, economists and accounting departments, planning department, support services, labor protection, and public organizations. Twice reported to the commission. Impressions are indescribable. The chairman of the commission, the chief engineer, who warned that the blurring of problems by members of the commission would affect their bonuses and so on.
Sometimes the director came with unpleasant questions. Based on the results, an order was issued for each workshop / division. By the way, it would be nice to get the Yeltsin Center through such a commission. Why this center and who are they educating there? And then we were somehow told that we, the people, do not understand that only with the passage of time we will be able to understand and appreciate the EBN. Maybe we have already grown wiser and matured to understand and appreciate?
If I were in the balance commission for the Ministry of Culture, I would ask another question about youth. My grandson told me that letters addressed to young people are circulating on the Internet, which lists what the youth will be excluded from. Including communication on the Internet, fashion. I tried to explain to him the difference between fashion, which is largely for monkeys, and style, which everyone picks up from the known. Like he understood. But it's different.
Why are we not engaged in such agitation in our favor? Maybe we pay a lot to our managers from culture and ideology? I have known for a long time that it is impossible to pay little for the work done, people begin to work poorly. But you can’t pay a lot for, again, the work done - many do not feel shame and begin to become impudent.
In conclusion
Those visitors to VO who believe that the management system is a secret with seven seals and is opened only according to a separate list signed by the heavenly omnipotent. You don't have that! This is no secret, but, for example, it demands unacceptable things from the economic bloc. Unacceptable for representatives of this bloc.

Here, the ability to work with subordinates, decency, the ability to work with subcontractors, the ability to select personnel according to business qualities are more widely manifested.
1.4. And that's it. Every industry has this. The chief of the shop will not put a major without the appropriate education and experience. And we have not even thousands of efficient people in production, but tens of thousands. Further move at least to the ministers / prime ministers. If a person is prone to alcoholism, to suspicion, to nobility, then this will already manifest itself in the leadership of the brigade, and there is no need to move him to foremen, heads of the trust and beyond, if he is thrice sympathetic to the first secretary of the regional committee of the CPSU.
And about something else. For example, education is a seminary. But the seminarian was constantly engaged in self-education, always worked with people and was responsible for the results, and it turned out that he was not an ideal, but the best in the country according to paragraphs. 1.1, 1.2, 1.3.
2. At any place of work there should be a job description, which, among other things, describes duties, rights to perform duties, responsibility for failure to perform duties.
It is logical that with the growth of duties and rights, responsibility should also grow. When I left the seminary, my responsibility grew, but what were the growth rates of the country! But after him, from the level of the head of the shop, responsibility stopped. Seen enough. For non-development of design capacities, the heads of workshops were removed. But the deputy director for the weekly stop of the workshop, about which he was warned, received only a reprimand. The apotheosis of the wrong approach can be the words that the main thing is not punishment, the main thing is the inevitability of it.
3. The country has huge and numerous problems. In this case, all possible measures must be taken simultaneously. All. Never trust the West. In no case do not try one thing, then another, then a third and wait for it to help. That's why I wrote about the balance commission. I consider it necessary to bring all major leaders of industries through such commissions and so that they clearly tell the whole country about their successes, their failures, what they offer in any department, including their own. In many respects, the merit of these commissions is that, according to the results, all of us at the enterprise, starting from the cleaners, harnessed themselves and dragged it from the abyss. To carry out such a thing, and then the country's leadership will have the sincere and most serious support of at least 95% of the population, which will provide everything that the country needs. But the bar must be kept high, as the former seminarian held.
