Three repaired aircraft and a helicopter were solemnly handed over to the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Ukrainian pilots received Su-27P1M, An-26, L-39 and Mi-8MT.

This was reported by the "ArmyInform" news agency, which belongs to the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.

The ceremony was held at the Ozernoye military airfield in the Zhytomyr region and was timed to coincide with the Day of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. Documents for aircraft were handed over personally by the Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine and concurrently by acting Head of the Center Air Command, Major General Yuri Stavsky.

The Su-27, repaired and modernized in Zaporozhye, was handed over to the 831st tactical brigade. aviation... The combat training L-39, which was being repaired in Chuguev, was sent to the 203rd training air brigade. An old An-26 transport aircraft was repaired and brought into compliance with "NATO standards" in Kiev at the "Plant 410 GA", which specializes in the repair of civil aircraft. After that, together with the Mi-8MT helicopter repaired at the Aviakon State Enterprise, it entered service with the 456th brigade of transport aviation.

What exactly is the compliance of the An-26 with the notorious NATO standards after its repair has not been explained.

Also in Ozernoye, an award ceremony was held for the personnel of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in connection with the 30th anniversary of the founding of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The best servicemen received awards and valuable gifts from the hands of Major General Stavsky and the leadership of the Zhytomyr region.

yes another peremoga. Now the Muscovites are already here - stay with us! (stamping their feet menacingly). Now FSE by NATO standards! lol

PS wangyu: firms in \ on which sell varnish-and-paint flourish and will flourish. and those that produce the channel - too (although I hesitate about the latter - there was a photo on the site where it was captured that the Euro-Sumerians welded rusty channel bars so that the plane would not go away ... so ...)

Enough to scoff: we laughed in the smoking room and ended there. To the fact that solemnly, with pomp, they conveyed the question at once: "can it fly, or is it a SIMULATOR for aircraft technicians?" Let the latter accept my condolences! There is an old saying: IT'S EASIER TO MAKE A NEW THAN TO REPAIR THE OLD!

For these warriors, this is also a lot. With regard to dill, I am of the opinion that a stick in the hands of a monkey is also a weapon.

sticks for firewood are reserved - a cold snap has come. although the Yankes seem to have recently shipped coal to them. the truth is, no one knows who will get the coal - ordinary Ukrainians will probably get the fick. as always.

PS I will allow myself to disagree with you. this is in the hands of a skilled person a stick is also a weapon, but about the Euro-Sumerians ... request

And if you sprinkle the wheels to the stick? It turns out quite a Sumeroshushpanzer.
What a sad holiday turned out. "Neptune" is mute, "Bulat" is mute, "Wilkhi" is mute, they painted the plane, changed the tires for the second, and the paint ran out. That's truncated.

There is, of course, room for sarcasm. But lately it looks more and more like the situation before the Franco-Prussian war. When the French did not consider the Prussians a warrior. "And these are those whom Napoleon defeated at Jena and Auerstedt? Weaklings. And the weapons are backward, but they will surrender in half an hour." Meanwhile, the Prussians, pumped up with ENGLISH money, had been preparing for 20 years and their hour had struck.

I think that if there is a fight with the massive participation of ground forces, then of course, Ukraine will inflict losses on Russia.
It must be admitted that their gunners and saboteurs have learned a lot in 7 years.
But this is only if our General Staff admits such stupidity as a head-on attack without "preliminary caresses", so to speak :)
I doubt very much that there will be WWII-style attacks with tank armadas across all fields. - This is exactly what Ukraine can counter with something else.
But from rolling to zero from the air + massive sabotage in the rear, nothing can save her.
And the Ukrainian Armed Forces are not weaklings at all.
Just like the Iraqi Armed Forces were not weaklings either. But winning a war when the enemy is superior to you organizationally, logistically and technically is an order of magnitude impossible. (unless, of course, behind you there is power and vastness akin to the USSR in 1941, which Kiev clearly does not have)

There Ze signed a decree so that gas produced in Ukraine up to 15 billion cubic meters was sold through the exchange at market prices in order to get another loan of $ 800 million. from the EU. Another nail is hammered into the coffin of the Ukrainian industry. The West does not need Ukraine's industry. So the Soviet legacy will have nothing to modernize, it will be too expensive.

Well, if such an ordinary event is timed to coincide with the holiday and make it solemn, then of course. That's just not clear about NATO standards for the An-26 - is it really all in miles and feet on the instruments now, and the nameplates are in English? Probably still painted according to NATO standards.

What exactly is the compliance of the An-26 with the notorious NATO standards after its repair has not been explained.

Yes, everything is clear. An-26 does not pass through "noises". This is not only for NATO, these are ICAO restrictions on "noise" for all aircraft flying to Europe. And for the An-26, "decibels" are off the charts. He was nicknamed - "circular".
I remember that An-26 somehow got to the Ataturk airport of Istanbul, and when he was taxiing along the platform, all the local servants stared at this miracle, covering their ears with their palms. And we are habitual, "bastard" - know, and be afraid of ours. Therefore, the Ukrainian An-26 was most likely replaced by the propellers, reducing their "screeching noise" to the level of ICAO standards.

I doubt that the propellers (the blades have been changed), for this it is necessary to produce these blades, carry out tests, but they do not have such an opportunity. Yes, and I have not heard of such improvements. Most likely, they plugged in a stationary GPS, and of course a collision warning system.

    Ukrainian pilots received Su-27P1M ...

The modernization of the Soviet Su-27P air defense fighter to the 1M level has been going on since 2013. It was possible to modernize and transfer as many as 2 (two) sides to the troops.
The radio electronic equipment, the navigation system were partially modernized, work on the ground was added to the armament with NURS S-8, S-13, unguided aerial bombs of 100-500 kg caliber, and also KMGU-2 containers for small-sized and incendiary ammunition appeared.
Combat potential has been increased by 20% compared to the basic Soviet-made model of the 80s of the last century. fellow

The Su-27P1M [5] is a modernized version of the Su-27P single-seat fighter-interceptor, which gets the ability to use unguided air-to-surface weapons against ground targets. After the completion of the modernization program, the aircraft can carry aerial bombs weighing 100-500 kg, 80-mm unguided missiles S-8 (in B8M containers for 20 pcs.) And 122-mm unguided missiles S-13 (in B-13L containers for 5 pcs. ), as well as containers KMGU-2 for small-sized and incendiary ammunition [19].

    I propose to surrender immediately.
After such a colossal modernization work, it becomes clear that it is not the USA or the Russian Federation or China that are the leading aircraft powers, but the hitherto modest Ukraine is leaping forward with a rapid leap forward!
