Kazakhstan buys Turkish Drones. According to the press service of the Turkish company Türk Havacılık ve Uzay Sanayii TUSAS, the contract for the supply of Anka drones has been signed.

Anka-S has a maximum take-off weight of 1,6 t (payload - 200 kg). The wingspan is 17,4 m with a total length of less than 8 m. The drone is equipped with a 2.0 hp Thielert Centurion 155 piston engine. with. The declared maximum duration of stay in the air is 24 hours, the flight altitude can reach 9 km.

24 hours of patrolling over the Kazakh steppes. Border control. Tracking is in the interests of even the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Why not. Plus the ability to deliver accurate strikes. Suddenly when it comes in handy. From the south of Afghanistan if anything. Yes. It's cheaper than using the same planes and helicopters in certain cases. ... I understand the Kazakh specialists who made such a decision.
Where is our "Orion" by the way? How are his trials progressing?

      It's not just about bayraktars.
In Kazakhstan, if you look in general on a variety of issues, the vectors of interests and development are redirected not towards Russia, but often against. If you look separately, then nothing special, if you look at the whole, then a not very good picture emerges.

I now have a Russian family living, from Nur-Sultan came under the presidential resettlement program, the natives of Kazakhstan themselves. There was everything, work, and an apartment ... They left everything, moved with the children, the youngest is not a year old. If not a Kazakh, there will be no normal life. What kind of allies are there?

You know, some ignoramus might swallow it, but knowledgeable people, especially from the capital, will shake their heads.
          For reference :
          362 178 T - Average cost per sq. m in Nur-Sultan (Astana) for October 2021 ..
This is more than 60 thousand rubles !! Not Moscow or Tokyo, but also decent money.
So, they left everything in the capital and rushed to the Russian Federation, especially under the resettlement program, which implies that the only choice is that you can move to Transbaikalia, Sakhalin or Magadan??? lol

To be honest, I don't care about your "knowledgeable" people.
The family moved in September and not to the east, but to Tambov! And he, too, is included in the list of cities for migrants (that's an ambush, right? wassat )

Now they will complete the citizenship and decide in which region to live. And yes, in Nur-Sultan, depending on the area, the price tag is different. People there sold (the price allows) and moved to Russia and will buy where they need (something tells me that newly baked residents of the Far East also do not stay long to skin sockeye salmon). And I certainly trust a decent family that I personally know more than an "expert" from the Internet.
            What is not logical?

You wrote that they left everything. This time. It turns out that people calmly moved, selling or collecting things, no one painted crosses in their apartments and they did not crawl the border, covered with a cast-iron bathroom laughing

As a person who moved from the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Russian Federation (under the resettlement program), I can tell you that you are mistaken on a number of points. Firstly, no one forces the participant of the program to go exactly to the region of priority resettlement. Just go to the website of the Russian Consulate in the Republic of Kazakhstan and see information on the program to assist the voluntary resettlement of compatriots. In the list of regions of the program participants, you will see the Tambov region. For example, I applied for citizenship through Novosibirsk. Secondly, regarding the obligation to live for 3 years in the region of settlement, this is a convention that affects only the "lifting", i.e. if you take these payments, you are obliged to live in the region for three years, and if you leave, then you are simply obliged to return them. For example, I just gave up on these pennies and went to live in Yekaterinburg. And no one can forbid me as a citizen of the Russian Federation to move freely around the country, since this is my constitutional right.

No one argues that Tambov is included in the regions where immigrants are accepted. But there is a nuance, a quota and restrictions, the same pensioners, for example, are not accepted, only as part of a family.
In general, in the Central Federal District, they are required with higher or secondary specialized education and long work experience.
If you followed the program, you should have been told this.
It’s just that at first I myself thought about getting Russian citizenship, since I receive a Russian pension, but then I gave up, I felt sorry for the 150 thousand rubles that I would have to spend on all these trips to Almaty and the Russian Federation.
PS Now, by the way, citizenship is done through Chelyabinsk, there "helpers" draw up a temporary residence permit, a positive review from the district police officer and other formalities ...

Of course, there are requirements for immigrants (education, qualifications, etc.), they are listed there on the consulate website. There are lists of professions in demand for each region. I was not particularly worried about this, since technical specialists with experience and higher education are in demand in almost every industrially developed region. But if you want, you can find a region where the requirements are less strict and try to get approval there, and then get citizenship there. According to the budget of the event, if you take into account all the costs: gasoline, tickets (there was a situation when I had to leave my car in Novosib), paperwork, hotels and apartments, etc., etc., then this whole event took me about 250/300 thousand rubles. I did not take any compensation or lifting costs, for the above reasons, since I am not selling my freedom) In general, this program can be called more of a program to attract specialists in demand in the regions, and certainly not a repatriation program (as some people think). But in any case, this is still the easiest path to citizenship (if you don’t count close kinship).

In your case, something is generally too expensive. I took the maximum, although the guys fit into 60-70 thousand. It's just much easier now, you can fit it in 8 months maximum, there is too much migration of specialists from the Russian Federation...

These are expenses for a family of 3 people. I had no relatives there with whom I could stay, so I had to either rent an apartment or live in a hotel. It took me three times to go there. Nobody does the registration for free either. Etc. etc. Since I submitted documents, only the registration requirement has been simplified, now, as far as I know, it is possible to apply for citizenship with migration registration. Regarding the migration of specialists, there are just a lot of specialists coming here from the countries of the former abroad, most likely they only partially compensate for the outflow (but for sure I don’t know, the statistics should be looked at accordingly). In Kazakhstan, the situation is worse, other qualified specialists do not come to the place of the left specialists, but, as a rule, not very competent oralmans from Mongolia, Iran, etc. come.

The problem is in the MTC Agreement between Kazakhstan and Russia, which says that all supplies of weapons and military equipment for the Kazakh army are carried out at the domestic prices of the manufacturers. And kickbacks for the Kazakh elite are not provided there. There are no such agreements with Turkey, South Africa, Israel, France and even with Belarus. Therefore, with any alternative, the Kazakh military gives preference to any country other than Russia. And the local special services (KNB) strictly monitor that kickbacks from contracts fall into the "right" pockets.

Also, the UAV sells Westel - for example, to Saudia, the United Arab Emirates and suddenly Hungary.

Separately, it is worth highlighting STM - which specializes in swarms of assassin drones, various AI systems, as well as squad-level small loitering ammunition. Like, along with the usual RPG, they carry a special one, which flies for 20 minutes and is capable of reconnaissance and hitting a target.

Well, that can be said about almost everything, there are few breakthroughs. For example, Orion, which loses to Anka in everything, from the load to the lack of SATCOM out of the box, they promise to roll out an upgraded version with a satellite by the year 24, and Anka-S already. Meanwhile, the Turks are getting quite a flow of money from export contracts. In terms of UAVs, they in the total volume (if we take 3-5 years) lose contracting to Israel, but in dynamics they are cut for the 1st place with China (another one without a breakthrough one, which spills the world market).

                  1) Carries out a large-scale reform in the army with a sale. Therefore, I sold my UAVs to the UAE, or rather to Haftara through the UAE. If anything, they sold two unique Il-76MF to Egypt - with additional inspection and PS-90 engines. Which I have used for only 2,5 years.

And AC235 are expensive gunships that have been used for 3 years.

Also, Attack Hawks and Israeli Cobras helicopters are being replaced with LittleBirds assembled from kits in Jordan.

Their concept has changed completely. Therefore, a lot of everything was sold out.

for example - the Jordanian Air Force announced the following aircraft for sale:
12 combat training aircraft BAE Hawk Mk 63
one Lockheed C-130B Hercules military transport aircraft
two military transport aircraft Airbus C295M - less than 5 years of operation
17 combat helicopters Bell AH-1F Cobra
13 Multipurpose Helicopters Bell UH-1H Huey
two Airbus AC235 "ganship" aircraft - unique aircraft specially manufactured for the Jordanian Air Force on the basis of the Airbus CN-235 military transport aircraft and delivered in May 2014.
eight multipurpose helicopters Sikorsky UH-60L Black Hawk

At the same time, Ily immediately took Egypt, WingLongs bought the UAE for Haftar, they also bought out some of the new Hawks in the attachment for the MTR (seen for operations in Yemen / Libya).

The brand new Mi-26T2 almost went under the knife - which they also wanted to sell in 2019 already. But they changed their minds. At the same time, 1 was left in the composition (819), and the second was mothballed (820). Will we also write that the Mi-26T2 is bad?

Kazakhstan is armed with Turkish attack drones

The question is against whom or against whom is Kazakhstan going to defend itself or fight?

There was a hornet's nest. Do you think there is a demarcation of borders with Uzbekistan? Unlikely...

I might agree with you if Kazakhstan was not a member of the CSTO and many other regional and not only organizations. Uzbekistan, in my opinion, is once again ready to return to the CSTO, and then it will be all the more strange to consider such a scenario. Although he can come and go, he will become. But then the CSTO should approach the issue of admitting new members more rigorously, without turning a serious organization into a courtyard.

Kazakhstan is a separate state and this is its right.
Russia also sells its weapons to Syria, Iran, Armenia. All three countries are potentially hostile for the Turks and are our allies to some extent.

Russian missiles are stationed in Syria, in Armenia, if anything, they can destroy UAV assembly plants in an hour.

Development of the Anka drone began in 2004 after the US refused to sell the Reaper and Predator drone drone to Turkey.

    lol lol lol
But the Russian Federation will not refuse anything.

Americans do not want to give up their business.
Since the Turks are like copying machines.
But China sells weapons to the Turks.
In short, everyone has a business around.
      But young guys are dying.

The Americans voluntarily gave up their business and withdrew from the UAV market. They even refused to sell drone UAVs to Poles. There is very complicated export legislation for these complexes. Therefore, the US share of the world market for MALE / +, strikers and heavy weights is negligible.

China does not sell anything to the Turks through the UAV line. Now these are the most vicious competitors, who are dynamically fighting for the 1st place in sales. However, yes - Israel, China, Turkey and other manufacturers who are investing in MALE - thank the United States so much for freeing the markets from themselves.

What events took place in Crimea in 2014, what is wrong there, what are the Kazakhs afraid of? Will it be possible to justify? You are a citizen of Ukraine. What do you care about Russian Crimea?

We haven't corresponded with you for a long time. I have already written to you more than once that I live in Russia, in Moscow. I am a patriot of Russia, but we have different ideas about patriotism.

It's not about the UAV, but about any weapon.
The market is like this: what to do, what to put up for sale, what we sell and to whom.
If the Russian Federation produces drones like corn, then it would sell to everyone.

Hello. I think no one. Whoever has the money will buy Israeli drones. A choice for every taste and wallet.
Turkish drones are significantly inferior to Israeli ones. The main problem of the Turks is that they still cannot make a good engine, so they buy Ukrainian engines for Akinchi.

    Kazakhstan buys Turkish drones.

with whom was he going to fight? with Uzbekistan, Tajikistan and maybe Kyrgyzstan? . Or he has Napoleonic plans to fight against China or Russia, well, so a few minutes?
Apparently the money has nowhere to go. From the surplus of money from the state there are various nonsense in the form of replacing the alphabet and finding who they have a relative of Genghis Khan.

Well, with Uzbekistan they have graters.

In general, the approach is strange. That is, when they bought the Su-30 and BMPT, this is the norm.

Well, you have compared a radio-controlled hand-made article for combating under-supply and full-fledged aircraft and armored vehicles, moreover, supplied to them at cost within the framework of the CSTO.

To be honest, I don't care about your "knowledgeable" people.
The family moved in September and not to the east, but to Tambov! And he, too, is included in the list of cities for migrants (that's an ambush, right? wassat )
Something did not coincide in practice with your "knowers" of the entire depth of our depths? tongue
Included, as well as many other cities in the central part of the country. Tens of thousands have already moved, and not to any East.
Although it would be better to populate the Lower Volga region. After all, the places are good, and warm, and fruits and vegetables are natural. The youth fled for a good life. Does not appreciate all the gifts of nature.
