For the first time in many years, the Baltic Plant begins a large-scale recruitment
Today, Baltiysky Zavod - Shipbuilding Ltd. employs almost 2,4 thousand people, including more than 800 main production workers. As the personnel director of Baltiysky Zavod Shipbuilding, LLC, Irina Musienko, said that by the end of 2012, the plant would need 200, and in 2013, the plant would also need 450 shipbuilding workers, as well as 150 engineers and employees. “First of all, we need qualified electric welders, CCM assemblers, crane operators and cutters,” she lists.
Such a large-scale recruitment of employees at the enterprise began for the first time in 13 years: for the last time, Baltzavod massively recruited employees in 1999 for the construction of frigates commissioned by the Indian Navy. And in the past few years, at the factory, which was part of the shipbuilding enterprises of ex-senator Sergey Pugachev, there have been massive layoffs. There were reasons for this: there were no orders, the company's salary was the lowest in the industry, and, moreover, it was regularly delayed.
“Now everything is over,” says Alexander Voznesensky, General Director of Baltiysky Zavod - Shipbuilding Ltd. - With the arrival of USC, wages at the plant were raised by an average of 30% to the industry average, and by the end of this year they will be among the highest in the industry in our region. "
The order book of the enterprise, which was at zero a year ago, grew to 55 billion rubles. The proceeds of Baltiysky Zavod Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. are planned at the level of 2012 billion rubles by the end of 12,7 (last year - 1,3 billion).
Working hands and engineering minds are required by the enterprise for fulfilling large orders of state importance: building an atomic icebreaker with a capacity of 60 megawatts for Atomflot, a diesel-electric icebreaker with a capacity of 25 megawatts for Rosmorport, and building the floating power unit of the world's first floating nuclear power plant for Rosenergoatom. According to experts, the unique competence of the plant guarantees him the receipt of all new orders, and factory workers - confident prospects for wage growth and opportunities for advanced training in the framework of Russian and international USC projects.
