For the first time in many years, the Baltic Plant begins a large-scale recruitmentFor the first time in many years, the Baltiysky Zavod, which became part of the United Shipbuilding Corporation, begins a large-scale recruitment of skilled personnel for engineering and working shipbuilding specialties. By 2013, the number of employees of the Baltiysky Zavod Shipbuilding Ltd. should increase by one third.

Today, Baltiysky Zavod - Shipbuilding Ltd. employs almost 2,4 thousand people, including more than 800 main production workers. As the personnel director of Baltiysky Zavod Shipbuilding, LLC, Irina Musienko, said that by the end of 2012, the plant would need 200, and in 2013, the plant would also need 450 shipbuilding workers, as well as 150 engineers and employees. “First of all, we need qualified electric welders, CCM assemblers, crane operators and cutters,” she lists.

Such a large-scale recruitment of employees at the enterprise began for the first time in 13 years: for the last time, Baltzavod massively recruited employees in 1999 for the construction of frigates commissioned by the Indian Navy. And in the past few years, at the factory, which was part of the shipbuilding enterprises of ex-senator Sergey Pugachev, there have been massive layoffs. There were reasons for this: there were no orders, the company's salary was the lowest in the industry, and, moreover, it was regularly delayed.

“Now everything is over,” says Alexander Voznesensky, General Director of Baltiysky Zavod - Shipbuilding Ltd. - With the arrival of USC, wages at the plant were raised by an average of 30% to the industry average, and by the end of this year they will be among the highest in the industry in our region. "

The order book of the enterprise, which was at zero a year ago, grew to 55 billion rubles. The proceeds of Baltiysky Zavod Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. are planned at the level of 2012 billion rubles by the end of 12,7 (last year - 1,3 billion).

Working hands and engineering minds are required by the enterprise for fulfilling large orders of state importance: building an atomic icebreaker with a capacity of 60 megawatts for Atomflot, a diesel-electric icebreaker with a capacity of 25 megawatts for Rosmorport, and building the floating power unit of the world's first floating nuclear power plant for Rosenergoatom. According to experts, the unique competence of the plant guarantees him the receipt of all new orders, and factory workers - confident prospects for wage growth and opportunities for advanced training in the framework of Russian and international USC projects.

United Shipbuilding Corporation OJSC is the largest shipbuilding company in Russia. Created in accordance with the decree of the President of the Russian Federation in 2007, with 100% of shares in federal ownership. The holding includes about 60 enterprises and organizations of the industry (major shipbuilding and ship repair yards, leading design bureaus). Currently, around 80% of the domestic shipbuilding complex has been consolidated on the basis of USC. The Russian market is the main one for the state corporation, which also exports its products to 20 countries of the world.

The Baltic plant, established in 1856, specializes in the construction of warships, large-capacity civilian vessels for the transport of various cargoes and icebreakers (including with nuclear power plants). Baltiysky Zavod carries out construction of cargo-passenger ships of the type Ro Ro and Ro Pax, chemical tankers, bulk carriers, etc.

Good news. Cadres decide everything. There will be frames and iron. And do not spare money on them. Then young people will turn to engineering specialties in universities (and not another place), and many competent middle-aged specialists will want to return from abroad (because not everyone has sugar over the hill), and experienced personnel (those who still remain) with they will work with pleasure until they can and pass on their experience to young people. Nothing happens at the same time. Only an explosion and collapse. But it is necessary to build, although quickly, but not in a hurry.

The news is good, but where can I get these pictures? Over the past few years, the country has been intensively training lawyers and economists! And such professions that are in demand at the plant now are not in fashion!

Yes, even over the hill for a start. In the same Spain, there are many experienced shipbuilders and there are no orders. They will go to work for quite modest "wages", and at the same time they will teach Russian engineers something. It is not necessary to admit foreign personnel to the top secrets. Moreover, in the total volume of work on the development and construction of ships real there are not so many secret systems. If you recall, this is exactly how the industry of the USSR rose after the revolution and civil war. Who just was not invited to work: both Americans, and Germans and other different Swedes and paid them sickly money. And over time, their staff grew. Learning from experienced people was never considered shameful. And avaricious pays twice. Rogozin doesn’t interfere with hiring a couple of three independent foreign experts so that they can objectively evaluate the proposals of domestic industrialists and separate the bullshit from the truth. At least in terms of those issues that, again, to the state. secrets do not apply. And if, God forbid, they find out about secrets, then pay their salaries to their widows (joke).

The news is certainly pleasing. And there are frames. The Soviet generation of masters is still alive. At least there is still time to educate young people.

They will also go not only from Spain and they will also say thanks. There are now big problems with work and I want to eat. And the Spaniards are quite good shipbuilders.
About their own to retrain. Who will retrain them and what? The old specialists are already either retired or at the churchyard, while the new ones are mostly specialists on the Internet. And the old specialists have already lagged behind modern technologies. You don't need much here. I haven't worked in my specialty for a couple of three years and it's already a question of how special you are. After all, everything changes with a "tremendous" speed and it is necessary to track changes every day and not every 5 or 10 years. And those few that are not quite young but still not quite old can be counted on one hand. Whether there are enough fingers for the whole Sudprom is a big question. So we need to forget for a while about Kaluga patriotism, as Stalin used to say, and not hesitate to borrow all the best that is beyond the hill and send young people there to study. Some of them will stay, of course, but mostly they will return. Russian shoots take root poorly on foreign soil. They need their own land. Here, the main thing is not to overdo it, as they did in the late 30s, when first they taught their specialists and then they were imprisoned.

In the province, throw only a cry. The main thing is that the hostel should be provided. Salary from 20000-35000 tons. That's the question.

I completely agree, and I know for sure that a lot of brigades from Ukraine worked at the Leningrad factories, since their plants are in poor condition.

Moscow universities are already groaning after the introduction of the exam! The highest scores for Dagestan, Ingush and other graduates from the Caucasus, while they can barely write in Russian and knowledge in the region of 0. Just there they quickly realized that it is better to pay at school than when entering a university (cheaper leaves) hi

And now I am studying at one of the most prestigious universities in the country! I get the second higher! There is only one principle - pay for your studies and you will have everything in chocolate! As you probably know, our second highest is paid! To my great regret! Well, here again it is necessary to "create" the working class in a new way !!! White collar workers alone won't do anything.

Of course, without workers anywhere. As well as without engineers. Only it is necessary not to look at engineers as a "stratum" and "rotten intellectuals" but to give the workers such qualifications that they think at the level of engineers. Well, to create a modern infrastructure in production. Then a rather modest team of a couple of dozen engineers and a couple of hundred workers will be able to do what previously did "collectives of workers" in which only every fifth or tenth worked, and the rest were animatedly discussing the results of their work in the smoking room and other interesting places.

Yes, but then at least every "fifth or tenth" gave out to the "mountain" the product of his mental labor, which the rest of the team was proud of, and the country as a whole. Now these "locomotives" for various reasons are not in production, or only a few remain. And we have what we have. You can look at the rare drawing that the current engineer gives out and is brought to view without laughing, but rather without tears. The necessary chain has been interrupted, the continuity of generations, the transfer of experience of which no higher educational institution can replace.

To some extent you are right, but the problem is that what one fifth or tenth managed to create and what one could really be proud of was often crushed in whole or in part by the remaining part of the "labor" collective. And it turned out that very well conceived planes, for example, the MIG23, left the assembly shops with such a defect that in military units they often had to be disassembled again, many systems had to be re-adjusted, assembled again and again "run in" and it's good if the run-in did not cost the lives of those who are such a miracle ran in. Moreover, such a marriage was often beneficial to the bunglers themselves. they were sent on business trips, including for the "hillock" and the checks of Vneshtorg, additional earnings or "deficit" were then not at all superfluous. They were also given orders for hard work in "harsh conditions" and "away from home."
