When Lavrov, Shoigu and the chief covid fighter Protsenko handed over their mandates, I don’t understand who, everything, in general, became clear and understandable. Farce - it is farce in Africa. But it is clear that many people want to sit warmly and tasty in the State Duma, with benefits and a salary of half a million, and there are not enough places for everyone. And in order not to bring God, from such a pie who has not bitten off an extra one, you have to dodge.
However, let all this be on the conscience of the aforementioned gentlemen, that is, sink into history... It makes sense for the electorate to analyze their actions in front of the ballot boxes on election days.
However, now we are not talking about the State Duma. There are deputies not only there, and our existence in the localities depends on them no less than on the legislative drafting of the Duma.
This is what is now happening in the capital of the Black Earth Region, nothing but insanity can not be called, and the language does not turn. Here, too, elections were held, as a result of which people sat in the seats of the deputies. Different people, some have already wiped the chairs, because in fact they do not get up, there are also new ones. And these people have to work in their places ... for what? Or for whom?

Events have shown that the Voronezh deputies have their own masters. And these owners are not voters at all. Voters are just a dumb herd that must pay from their own pockets for the whims of the masters of life. And nothing else.
The bottom line is this: imagine just such an interesting situation as a visit to the City Council of the Masters. In our case, it is PJSC “Quadra - Power Generation”, known in half of Russia for its frankly swinish attitude towards consumers, and LLC “RVK-Voronezh” (formerly “Vodokanal”).

And to numerous complaints, a whole staff of "specialists" gave universal answers, according to which the consumers themselves were to blame for the huge payments. Not insulated houses, wrong meters, crooked pipes - in general, in "Quadra" all the d'Artagnans, and around - you understand what.
As a result, some deputies from one very well-known party announced that they had been asked to raise tariffs ... by the voters!

10 deputies did not come to the meeting at all. It is difficult to say what reasons they will cover, but they did not come. Solving the problems of city residents is not for them. There is no need to ask questions to the two deputies-doctors, who are not up to meetings now. The rest is a question ...
2 deputies “abstained”. Such "abstaining" should be deprived of mandates in general. And in general, this is "my business side" - this is not for situations when it is necessary to make decisions.
20 deputies normally and cheerfully approved the increase in tariffs by 9,1%. It is clear what kind of people they are, I leave the epithets aside. United Russia all as one.
4 (four) people voted against. They are already known in the city by name, these are two representatives of the Communist Party and two from the SR.

And further. The content of the deputies of the current convocation is increased by 21 million rubles, or more than 15 percent. If only the incomes of the city residents grew the same, but no. Demonstrated steady growth in the opposite direction. That is, a reduction in income.

This has been written and said hundreds and thousands of times, but the mayor and his assistants do not care deeply about it.

No, undoubtedly, clothes are also needed, despite the pandemic dances. It is surprising why there is not a single shoe store on the allowed list. But this is so, on the verge of a joke. Evil tongues on social media claim that if you, as a business owner, have access to the body of the mayor or (even better) the governor, then you will not have a problem. They will be allowed to work.
When the Voronezh airport announced an advertising campaign "why sit here, go to the sea", at first it seemed like a bad joke of stupid managers. However, given that the travel agencies were not closed immediately, the residents got the idea. And by the beginning of the Loch Down carnival, all tickets for the southern direction were sold out.

Close shops, markets, cafes, cinemas, museums and everything else, ban sports competitions - and allow movement around the country. And a flight abroad. How lovely!

The money was very sorry. But the trouble is, having left on the 23rd, I had to return a little earlier than planned. On the 25th, all three already had a covid.
The fact that in the Crimea, Sochi, Emirates, Turkey and Egypt, those who left will acquire very valuable baggage in terms of viruses - it is possible not to guess. The fact that our authorities encourage this in every possible way is also a fact.

In general, as the dynamics of the spread of coronavirus in Russia shows, all these measures will not bring any result, since they are stupid and absurd. A hairdresser with three chairs is no worse than a narrow corridor in a polyclinic, where fifty people are sitting. And a crowded bus at rush hour is more dangerous than the vendors in the market.
But to understand this, you need to be able to think and analyze. Alas, for some reason these functions are not available to our authorities.
One gets the impression that our leaders, from the lowest to the highest, have set one goal: to minimize the population in the country and to minimize the amount of money in this population. Which is almost the same thing.
As an option, they are showing us today with what pleasure the representatives of the Asian republics go to the country and with what willingness they work for less money, bringing superprofits and super-savings to the business owners.
Is the Dulles Plan 3 in action? Perhaps it seems. Yes, not without the help of slightly stupid representatives of the electorate, who are complicit in the spread of the virus with their travels.
But there is less and less understanding of what is happening day by day. More precisely, there is an understanding that everything should have been different from what is happening here. But in the end, we have the power that we deserve, because we first chose it, and now no one will even try to recall the same ones fundamentally under the “people's representatives” who have lost their understanding of the situation.
