Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine: If Putin had a 100% desire to meet with Zelensky, this meeting would have already taken place

On this issue, on the air of Ukrainian television, the head of the presidential office, Andriy Yermak, was asked to speak. And Yermak actually made it clear that little depends on President Zelensky in this regard.

We will remind that earlier the President of Ukraine proposed to hold a meeting with the President of the Russian Federation in the Vatican. Moreover, the statement was made explicitly before something similar was agreed with the Vatican. And therefore the Vatican Cardinal Council had to issue a statement that, in principle, they had nothing against such a meeting.
At the same time, Vladimir Putin has repeatedly said that it is possible and necessary to meet if there is a subject for discussion. The main subject is the bilateral agenda. As the president noted, there is no point in discussing domestic issues with a Ukrainian colleague (meaning the status of Crimea), and the Donbass issue has been discussed many times, and in order to resolve it, Ukraine needs to comply with the previously signed Minsk agreements.
The head of Zelensky's office announced on Ukrainian TV that Ukraine did not violate the Minsk agreements.
Ermak:
We are a responsible country. We abide by the agreements. Therefore, it is important that negotiations between the two presidents take place.
I wonder at which point Kiev is respecting the agreement. He stopped shooting and pulled the troops and equipment away from the contact line? Or, perhaps, has ceased to implement the trade and economic blockade of the uncontrolled territories of Donbass?
Yermak added that something does not suit Russia in this matter, therefore there is no meeting. And what should suit Russia? Continuous punitive measures on the part of Kiev, provocations at the demarcation line, continuing attempts to strained Ukrainization of the Russian population?
