Perm syndrome
May the people of Perm forgive me and people like me, if suddenly it is their city and region that will give a name to the terrible thing that is happening to us today. After all, it all began not even in Kerch, not in Kazan, or already several years ago in one of the schools in my native Otradnoye. And not even in Budennovsk or Beslan.
Don't wake the beast. It is hardly possible to remember where and by whom it was said for the first time. Many believed, and still believe, that it was possible to release the beast from the masses through wars and revolutions. And in the current imitation of violence on the screens of movies, TV and telephones, there is nothing to worry about.
Alas, there is! For many years after that memorable and Great War, a peaceful and patient generation was actually raised in the USSR. Yes, and hardworking. Over him, that is, over us, now they often laugh - they say, people from communism. Unfinished, however.
Yes, we are like that, but there were many ghouls among us, like Mosgaz and Chikatilo, although not a single psychiatrist would have dared to arm them, even if not to the teeth, but simply for a bribe. And it’s a pity that we so easily allow the generation that is coming to replace us to become different.
Because it may happen that the ghoul will be accepted as the norm, although for the time being - as something terrible, but no longer accidental, not an exception. This, unfortunately, is already turning into a syndrome, if not already.
After all, before our very eyes, either it is about to be broken, or something has already broken where the transition takes place. From "I want" to "I can." Every moral degenerate like in Kazan is a product.
The product of many years of impunity, because a strict teacher, not just a slap on the head or a rude word, even for an innocent joke can be deprived of his profession. The geek is the result of years of lack of real demand for anything.
Starting with unfulfilled lessons and the classroom cleaning cursed by all current young parents. And ending with subbotniks, collecting waste paper and scrap metal, and also - absolute belief that we live in the happiest and fairest country.
To break is not to build, although in the same capital there is now so much being built that it looks more like breaking. But the main thing is a mental breakdown, because of which we take root in what our generation disdainfully called "the beastly grin of imperialism."
The terrible syndrome must be answered, and will have to. But not as on covid, be it wrong. Bolder and tougher. And it's not about a ban on weapon... More precisely - not only about him. This will not achieve much, although the consequences will sometimes not be so dire - I would like to hope.
Vigilance, even more numerous crowds of guards, and along with them - controllers. Pressure on teachers, who now, in fact, do not even have to be teachers. Their duty is to give knowledge, but not to educate.
So: a nursery and a kindergarten, and then go for a walk, freeman?
The parents only have in mind how to feed or how to be no less successful in comparison with those who are nearby, or not quite. They, parents, are not at all up to pedagogy.
The mass consciousness and, oddly enough, in a sufficiently advanced environment, is broken down so that in one fell swoop you can hardly bring it back to the philosophy of the “bright past”.
Stop, change your mind?
Maybe it's time. But we need to build further, get ahead of someone, and catch up with someone ...
You would not have flown past something much more important, as you have already flown.
Not just remembered the scumbags from the past. But they are just scumbags - a rare exceptional phenomenon. Because they were not the product of a massive cult of violence. And not only violence, but success - more and more often such as that Paris that "is worth the mass."
The hero must not hesitate. A hero from the third millennium should just win. And it doesn't matter who and how. He's a hero. Most of us have children, many have grandchildren, some even have great-grandchildren. It is clear that it is scary, first of all, for them.
But it's also scary for what they will become. It seems that they don't really want to be like us. Yes, according to current realities, they can no longer.
And sometimes it even makes me glad that many, I hope - the overwhelming majority, of those who could pick up a shotgun, like a Perm student, now, most likely, would prefer a gadget to it.
They still prefer virtual violence to real. For now ...
