The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine denied the Armed Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to take urgent measures to prevent the dismissal of pilots
Not so long ago, "Voennoye Obozreniye" published a material in which it was told that the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (in other words, the Air Force of Ukraine) is facing a decrease in the number of professional pilots. Due to low funding, an increase in the volume of reporting without performing real flights and a number of other problems, military pilots prefer to switch to civilian life or to the structures of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and arrange their lives without reference to the goals and objectives of the armed forces of Ukraine.
At the same time, the Ukrainian press published a letter from the command of the Armed Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which spoke of the need to take immediate measures to prevent further outflow of flight personnel from the Armed Forces of the Armed Forces. The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, where the letter was sent, said that they would study the situation and give an appropriate answer. And now the answer is given. It is presented in a special release.
First, you need to submit a short list of proposals from the command of the Ukrainian Air Force. This is a "significant" increase in the monetary allowance of the flight crew, amendments to regulations regarding the volume of official documents, amendments to the Ukrainian Criminal Code in connection with plane crashes.
The response of the Ministry of Defense says that "the implementation of some points is impractical."
To date, a strange situation continues to develop in the Armed Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, when the pay of military pilots for some reason is significantly lower than the pay of pilots in other power structures, including Aviation Ministry of Internal Affairs, Border Guard and National Guard.
The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine said that "it is not yet possible to revise the parameters of monetary allowance and standards for reporting documentation." Thus, it refused to take urgent measures to prevent the dismissal of military pilots.
The Ukrainian press cites a statement from one of the pilots of the Armed Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine:
It is noted that a decrease in the number of pilots in the Armed Forces of the Armed Forces of the Armed Forces automatically leads to an increase in the load on the existing flight crew. It is indicated that for a number of military pilots the service time per day reaches 14 hours, but the bulk of this time is not at all flights and not even working out tasks on simulators. This is paperwork and "a superficial study of English-language NATO concepts."
