In ongoing rearmament programs, special attention is paid to the development and re-equipment of the aerospace forces. In the interests of this branch of the armed forces, orders are issued for the production of new aircraft and helicopters, as well as for the repair and modernization of existing equipment. Plans for the current year provide for the supply of dozens of units of equipment of different classes and types. Some of these plans have already been successfully implemented.

Recent successes

In recent days, the topic of supplying new and repaired equipment to the Aerospace Forces has been raised several times at the official level. So, on August 10, the Ministry of Defense held a Unified Day of Acceptance of Military Products. During this event, Deputy Defense Minister Alexei Krivoruchko disclosed the indicators for the supply of equipment and weapons in the first half of the year. Also named were some types of aircraft and helicopters that have recently replenished the combat strength of the Aerospace Forces.

It is reported that in six months, the industry handed over to the armed forces 2 aircraft and 8 new-built helicopters. Also, 3 aircraft and 14 helicopters were returned to service after repairs. We are talking about MiG-35S fighters, Ka-52 and Mi-8MTPR-1 helicopters, etc. Also received two unmanned aviation complex with six aircraft "Forpost-R". Much attention has been paid to the supply of weapons of destruction - more than 32 thousand different ammunition have entered the arsenals.

During the Single Acceptance Day, it was noted that in the first half of the year, the State Defense Order was fulfilled by 34%. Accordingly, the supply of equipment and weapons the armed forces will continue - and the VKS will again receive new and restored samples.

New items for the armed forces

It should be recalled that in previous months, the Ministry of Defense and Industry have regularly announced the supply of new aircraft equipment. The Single Acceptance Day reports brought this information together.

On March 12, the Ministry of Defense reported that the Aerospace Forces received the first MiG-35S fighters (C - "serial"). The number of these vehicles was not specified. As follows from the latter NewsThe industry has transferred only two fighters so far. They are part of a batch of six aircraft previously ordered for military and state tests. The state tests of the MiG-35S are planned to be completed this year, after which the issue of acceptance into service will be resolved.

Helicopters are being built and repaired at a faster pace. The number of new vehicles handed over to the army this year includes 6 Ka-52 shock units. In addition, the production and repair of Mi equipment continues. So, until March inclusive, the industry has handed over approx. 12 helicopters Mi-35M, Mi-28N and Mi-28UB - both newly built and after repair and modernization.

Soon

At the last event, some details of deliveries by the end of the year were revealed. So, it is expected that 4 Su-57 fighters will be put into operation at once. After the tests, the Aerospace Forces will transfer 8 new Ka-52 helicopters. Two more Forpost-R complexes with six UAVs are expected. In addition, the Minister of Defense instructed to conclude a long-term contract for such equipment.

New details of supplies for the near future became known on August 11. On the eve of the Air Force Day, Krasnaya Zvezda published an interview with the commander of the Air Force and Deputy Commander of the Aerospace Forces, Lieutenant General Sergei Dronov. During the conversation, all the main issues of the development of combat aviation were raised, incl. procurement and delivery.

The Air Force commander said that over 60 units are expected to be delivered by the end of the year. aviation equipment of new construction. This number includes an unnamed number of Su-30SM, Su-35S and Su-57 fighters, Su-34 bombers and Il-76MD-90A military transport aircraft. In addition, the delivery of Mi-28NM and Ka-52 helicopters will continue, as well as new Mi-8AMTSh-VN helicopters are expected. Plans for the supply of unmanned systems were not specified.

Also, the videoconferencing will receive approx. 200 repaired and modernized aviation equipment units. The models of this technique and their shares in the plans are not named. Obviously, aircraft and helicopters of combat units, mostly of older modifications, are sent for repairs.

Awaiting Delivery

This year, the implementation of a number of contracts for the supply of various aviation equipment continues or begins. There is information about the total time and the number of ordered machines. At the same time, it is not always known how many planes and helicopters should be delivered to the customer this year.

For obvious reasons, the most attention is attracted by the order for the supply of 76 new generation Su-57 fighters until 2028. Earlier, the media reported that this year the Aerospace Forces will transfer two such aircraft. Later, Deputy Prime Minister Yuri Borisov spoke about plans to supply four fighters. The other day this was confirmed by the Ministry of Defense.

Last year, the military department signed a contract for the supply of 25 Yak-130 combat trainers. The first vehicles should go to the troops this year, and the last will arrive in 2025. The transfer of this technique has not yet been reported. There is also a three-year contract for the production of 24 new Su-34 bombers. At least two or three of these planes can be delivered by the end of the year. The construction of Su-30SM2 fighters is also continuing, but the current contract for 21 aircraft is related to the rearmament of the Navy's aviation, not the Aerospace Forces.

In recent years, there have been significant difficulties in the serial construction of Il-76MD-90A military transport aircraft. The deliveries of such equipment are behind the previously determined schedule, which even led to a renegotiation of the contract on updated terms last year. Nevertheless, the situation is gradually improving, and new transport workers are expected to be commissioned this year. So, since 2020, three aircraft have passed flight tests at once, and their transfer to the customer was only a matter of time. The following aircraft of the series are also under construction.

Needs and supplies

This year, the Aerospace Forces should receive more than 60 aircraft of different classes of new construction, and hundreds of aircraft will go through repair and modernization. These plans are partially fulfilled and new deliveries are expected in the coming months. At the same time, the results of the first half of the year transparently hint that now the rate of delivery of finished products will seriously increase.

In terms of the total volume of orders and deliveries, the current 2021 is not a record year and noticeably loses to some periods of the recent past. However, such plans fully comply with the current requirements of the videoconferencing system. Within the framework of the previous State Armaments Program, the share of modern technology was brought to 70% over several years, and now it is necessary to maintain and / or improve this indicator.

It should be noted that even in the absence of quantitative records, the current year 2021 is of great importance for the general rearmament processes. Thus, deliveries of the latest MiG-35S and Su-57 aircraft are gaining momentum, the helicopter fleet is being renewed, new UAV models are being sent to the troops, etc. In addition, a reserve is being created for future stages of re-equipment, and new projects of aviation equipment are being prepared.

Thus, the process of re-equipping the aerospace forces continues successfully and yields the required results. Coverage of all major areas has been ensured, and work continues on new ones. It should be expected that the plans for the current year will be fulfilled in full, on time or with a slight delay. And all this will lead to the required growth in the quantitative and qualitative indicators of the Russian military aviation.

Only yesterday we were able to "rejoice" in the successes and achievements of the implementation of the State Defense Order and the delights of a single day of acceptance:

Once a year is not effective. State acceptance takes place once a quarter (4 times a year), which has proven its effectiveness in practice.

Goes - once a quarter. And this is justified ... But if we, "sitting on the couch" want to compare the dynamics, then it is better to look at the ANNUAL indicators!
It - first! But there is also second: namely, this ratio quantities и quality! Of course, you can rivet endlessly already well-developed models, but you can also go on to the production of the same models, but essentially improved! This takes both time and resources. From the experience of Syria (and he - expensive worth it!), it became necessary to modify (sometimes seriously modify) many types of aircraft and helicopters. And this takes both time and resources! So it turns out that without some temporary decline in volumes [/ i] production, to obtain more [i] high quality is indispensable .... And I am convinced that right now we have entered such a period!
PS And now you can "throw slippers"! hi

And why does the author show routine repairs? Does this change something for the better in the VKS park? And there are only 2 new fighters, very few and nothing to boast about. And where are the new Il-76s, were they supposed to have been handed over this year?

It is reported that in six months the industry handed over to the armed forces 2 aircraft

Two planes ... but I thought we had the USSR and the USA long ago and irrevocably furnished! Back in 2015!

The release of military aircraft in Russia caught up with the Soviet Union 1980-s and overtook the United States

Accordingly, they say that the renewal of the fleet (in total, not only aircraft) in our country is steeper than in the USSR, forgetting that in that country this fleet was much larger.

Not an article, but idiotic propaganda. 2 new aircraft in six months, write here, don't write, and everything is clear. Again everything was plundered.

Propaganda for what? The author presented the facts, did not embellish anything. And you, Pierrot, I advise you to drink a sedative and whine less. Don't infect us with your lifelong depression. Personally, I don't care how many planes we get this year. In addition to the incoming MiG-35 and Su-57, I am only interested in modernized machines. And in my opinion they will begin to enter only next year. And we have no problems with turntables, except for funding and engines for the Ka-62 and light vehicles. But the issue has already been resolved. Next year will show everything.

And we have no problems with turntables, except for funding and engines for the Ka-62 and light vehicles.

No, there are problems, although they are not particularly public. Before the conflict in Ukraine, at least 200 helicopters were produced in the Russian Federation per year. Typically medium. And now that there are no problems?
They are there - the engines for the Mi-8 \ 17 \ 171 \ 24 \ 35 \ 28, Ka-52 ... To cover the needs for the production of medium and combat helicopters, as well as to replace engines with existing ones, 400-500 engines are needed per year. And they are produced three times less.
So with these engines, not all is well. But at least they are.
The number of new aircraft this year will arrive ... 60. And planes, and helicopters, and it looks like even UAVs. While at the peak of the program - in 2015/16. handed over over two hundred a year. No UAV.
And to the modernized devices, they added to the statistics ... repaired ... And immediately 200 pieces were drawn. Not so dull anymore.
But still the issues with AWACS aircraft have not been resolved ... where is that vaunted (at one time) A-100? Let not in the series, but the one for which one of the first Il-76MD90A was transferred? For several years there has been no rumor or spirit about him.
This is a critical aircraft for defense capability.
        It is CRITICALLY important.
        Tankers?
In our country, all tactical aircraft are made with a refueling bar in the air, and there are not enough tankers even for long-range aviation.
Yes, we rent airplanes as a rule "under the Christmas tree", but so that in half a year there are only TWO ...?
        This is undoubtedly a success.
And the Il-76MD90A this year is unlikely to hand over more than one ... which is already in the painting. They just won't have time ... And they are not in a hurry there - workers are on strike, rallies - their salaries have been cut.
        Means what ?
So they are workers and are to blame.
        And management is effective.
Forests are burning - on a drum.
Food prices skyrocket - a global trend (with a grin).
Why have the purchases of combat aircraft for the Aerospace Forces and the Navy been reduced?
        Enough already?
Are 70% of the desired ones achieved?
        How much is it?
With such a territory, needs and threats.
        Are all directions covered enough?
        Especially marine?
And in statistics, you can portray everything beautifully ... Statistics is the Queen of Sciences.
        Paper and keyboard endure.

No, I need them for the war.
We still have a lot of regiments in Su-27 and MiG-29 flying, why not re-equip them with more modern ones?
Why not bring the existing two-squadron regiments into a NORMAL divine form - as part of 3 squadrons?
            As befits a shelf?
Why not carry out the re-establishment of naval aviation regiments more energetically?
Keeping production facilities idle and gaping holes in the maritime defenses?
Do you know that in recent years there have been reductions in personnel in the military aircraft industry?
People just turned out to have NOTHING TO DO!
While we have an acute shortage of aviation in all categories.
Compare the number of combat aircraft of the Russian Federation and China ... You will be very surprised.
But the length of borders and directions dangerous for an attack in our country is much larger than that of the PRC.

At the peak of the current rearmament program, over 100 aircraft were purchased per year and a little more - helicopters. In total - more than 200 pcs. in year .
Purchase of 60 pcs is expected this year. ... including unmanned aerial vehicles.
                What is it like ?
Factory workers are already being laid off!
There is simply NO work for them.
And in the Aerospace Forces - there are no planes.
                And pilots.
                And aircraft technicians.
And the airfield network under Serdyukov was lost, but under Shoigu it was not restored in proper form.
The industry has the ability to supply about a hundred aircraft for the Aerospace Forces per year.
Even if it will be 70 planes ... but since now ...

With the Su-34 there was uniform bestiality - the company sought to fulfill the order as soon as possible, counting on a new order. Realizing that at least the entire fleet of Su-24M needs to be changed. Hoping also that the Su-34 will be chosen as the new MRA strike aircraft (there were talks, there were consultations).
And the bourgeoisie, through the lips of the guarantor, said that there is nothing to roll out the lip - it's not about defense, but "for the parade." So that there was a "small, compact and fashionable army" - not too scary for enemies and partners with a purely symbolic function.

And the fact that the shortages in flight universities ... if this is so, then just a flaw in the military registration and enlistment offices and the leadership of the Aerospace Forces and the Ministry of Defense as a whole. There were always enough applicants, and how to initiate the interest of potential applicants is a trivial and long-established question. So it's all to blame for absolute indifference. No, most of the park will have to be written off within 10 years.

And THIS is also very wrong.

And it is necessary to CHANGE 200 - 250 combat (!) Aircraft.
And besides this, as I have already indicated, at least 10 more regiments to revive.
And this is another 240 - 360 aircraft.
Plus, naval aviation will require another 200-300 combat aircraft only (Su-30SM2, Su-34M).
                    So that's enough work.
But responsible and irresponsible persons do not want to work.
                    And they don't work.
                    And they won't work.
And no one will be punished.

laughing always touches. when topvar's experts put a bunch, then write a huge comment instead of just answering the question posed ... After all, it's one thing to yell “we need a hundred planes a year!” I see no reason to argue ... because it's one thing to write on the case, and another thing is to write populist nonsense, which is what you do ...

There is also a catchphrase about the fact that you need to endure a little! And how many centuries the Russian people endure and pull the whole load on themselves and now the next leader screams, happiness is near, but you have to be patient a little, and then bam and beets at 150 rubles per kg. What kind of planes are there? Everyone is looking for a culprit in the fact that carrots are also 150 each.

Elections are coming soon. It is necessary to report on success. But in general, it turns out funny. For the current decade, orders for the defense industry have been cut. The money was invested in an unknown place (sort of like in digitalization, but there is still silence about success). And now we have set the task of Shoigu to use their reduced resources to raise the party's rating (this despite the fact that salaries have been cut at some military-industrial complex enterprises since last year).
And at the same time, it seems that now journalists are not often allowed to visit Manturov, tk. Last year he was carrying on some kind of nonsense about the defense industry.

Moreover, traditionally, annual plans are closed by December. ;)) They prefer to break the quarterly ones (which is not punishable) in order to ensure the good condition of all those built by the end of the year.

By the way, what about the Ka-62?

All this is good, but the ba wanted to know about the supply of the Military Acceptance of critical components.
I, like an old woodpecker, about aircraft engines. If it is planned to transfer 4 Su-57s by the end of the year, then 4 (at least 3) additional engines should be included in the kit, taking into account the twin-engine layout. It doesn't matter if it's 117th or 30th.
Hopefully, Saturn has solved its problems.

Mi-28N (NM) is a dead end. It would be better to buy ka-52. What is the advantage of the bear over the cam one?
The same applies to the MiG-35s. If you are buying light fighters, then you need a single-engine aircraft. In the USSR, the ratio of light to heavy was about 2/3 to 1/3 in favor of light. If there are no plans to saturate the VKS in such a proportion with light machines, then what is the point of purchasing 35?
I also understand that it is offtopic, but the topic of building hangars for aircraft is interesting. In the Rode, as Shoigu said that the program will be implemented, but for 4 months there has been no news.
We are waiting for su-57. 4 pieces this is already interesting

In terms of flight performance, the ka-52 / 52M surpasses the mi-28 in almost everything. The ka-52 has an ejection seat, the ka-52 includes much more interesting weapons than the mi-28, I'm talking about the same "whirlwind". It is clear that all sorts of products are being developed now, but I'm talking about facts.
I am talking about this very superficially, I am sure that real specialists will give much more detailed and clear facts. But most importantly, having 2 attack helicopters is not correct. I understand why the Mi-28 is dragged into the army, like the same MiG-35. But this is wasteful and basically a dead end. This does not mean that they will not be in the troops, it is simply absurd.

remind how many times this chair has already been used in reality? A whirlwind that everyone is praying for, but which no one uses in view of its very low price .. And Attack is used and Attack-D, in principle, is not inferior in performance characteristics. With the same success you can curtail purchases of the ka-52 because this is a dead-end option compared to the mi-28N, which surpasses it in terms of filling.

it is not an argument. the very fact that there is this +. The whirlwind is not expensive at all.
The Ka52 has a much higher speed, rate of climb, the radar crossbow is, in principle, better than nothing on the mi28. only on NM there was an overtubular one, but I also do not take a ka52m. In the end, there is a Katran with a powerful beetle radar and the ability to work on ships.
for mi28 2a42 it is mowing due to its location. The ka52 has limitations on the angles of the gun, but since it is located in the center of mass, it is much more accurate. on YouTube there is a video of how mi28 cannot get into the house. it's just kapets. that is full of nuances. read. and most importantly, it is expensive. have 2 helicopters.

laughing one moment ... the mi-28NM has already tested in Syria, and the Kamovites promise only to give birth to the Ka-52 radar ... in fact, they could not realize the potential of the radar from the word at all ... it is expensive not to have a helicopter, and also to have a bad one helicopter because of the lazy developers that Kamovites have shown themselves in recent years.

I don't think about offtop hangars. Forum users close to the topic have repeatedly raised this issue.

only to the left. but well-aimed. the mi28 cannon hardly gets into the house. I am already silent about the other advantages of kamov. and as noted above, the main thing is that it is expensive to have 2 attack helicopters. Ideally, it is necessary to have 1 for the purpose of unification, and since in the aggregate TTX ka52 wins, hence my conclusion about the dead end.

laughing yeah, just ka-52 showed that if we have 1 helicopter, then we will not have a modern helicopter .. or what happened? ka-52 licked and began to praise how cool it is and in general it is necessary to burn the Milevsky factories so that they do not take up space. ..And then HOP and Mi-28NM with Nadvtulochnaya radar, HOP and he already knows how to use Vortex-1, HOP and Product 305, HOP and R-74M we know how to use ... And only after that in Kamov they started to move and promised Ka-52M show, which will also be able to .. And then the Milevskys said that they would adapt the Mi-28NM for the use and wearing of reconnaissance and kamikaze drones .. And what about the Kamovites? announced that they would update the helicopter taking into account new developments. taking into account the timing, they have already turned out to be in the role of catch-up ...

um ... I have a neighbor who is an alcoholic in my house and why should I judge everyone by him? it all depends on the organization, in Sukhoi they constantly saw something, by the way, by the way, the Migovites began to strive so as not to fly out of the market ... helicopter crews, the situation is different - if the Milians of the Mi-28, in fact, stretched through the Mi-28A then to the Mi-28N, gained experience and issued Mi-28NM to the mountains, in which they took into account not only mistakes, but also issued several new solutions, then the Kamovites stood on place all these years, but they licked the very scheme of the ka-52, but in fact, until the mi-28NM was deflated and shown to the military, they did not particularly move with the ka-52M, not to mention the fact that now they are in fact adopting the experience Milevtsy in terms of armaments .. Who prevented them from getting in touch with KTRV and agree on the development of modern air-to-surface missiles? Yes, they had Hermes .. but in fact, he is now in the stage "we are trying to give birth to him", and they are trying to give birth for the ground on the basis of Kamaz, but after tests in Syria about the air version, the silence is in places similar to the grave ... imo rocket came out too expensive with a small warhead for the stated purposes

It is not the very important rate of delivery and how many per year, but the state of the production enterprise. If they are in the production of SUPERIOR TECHNOLOGIES AND THIS AIRCRAFT HAS A LITTLE SALARY ONE OF A SIMPLE WORKER TO DESIGN SPECIALISTS AND THEIR ARE INSUFFICIENT AT THIS TIME, THEN IT'S SERIOUS !!!
    AND SYSTEM ERROR !!!
In the military industry, the ode of the world is the WAGE OF DESIGNERS AND WORKERS WAS THE TOP WAGE AND FOR A GOOD REASON !!!
But if the system is like in the United States, then bankers have better wages than in the production of progressive technologies themselves.

It is reported that in six months, the industry handed over to the armed forces 2 aircraft and 8 new-built helicopters. Also returned to service after repairs 3 aircraft and 14 helicopters

The pace of building new aircraft was again like zero, when the fingers of one hand were enough to count the new aircraft.
