In this case, it was decided to conduct their own exercises called "Joint Efforts-2021" just during the active phase of the Russian-Belarusian exercises.

Arestovich explained that the military is planning a response to the Russian invasion, which could occur in many directions, including Donbass, Crimea and even Odessa and Kherson. In the event that Russia nevertheless invades Ukraine, the Armed Forces of Ukraine will have a "hard time", but they will fulfill their task of repelling the aggression.
