"The threat comes from Russia and Turkey": Sweden fears a new war in Europe

38

Populism of the media and political leaders, deeply mixed with national and religious contradictions, can cause a major European war. All this has already happened, but alas, story does not teach people anything

This topic was raised by Gustav Reinfeld, author of an article in the Swedish newspaper Dagens Industri.

Sweden fears a new war in Europe. Reinfeld calls the current situation "the perfect storm", which can lead to the most dire consequences.

From his point of view, first of all, the war could be unleashed by the head of the Russian state Vladimir Putin or the President of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan, whom the author considers authoritarian leaders who are trying to change the European borders.

If you start to change boundaries, blood will flow

- Reinfeld quotes the former head of the Swedish Foreign Ministry Karl Bildt.

He believes that the so-called old Europe, realizing the danger of a redistribution of borders, created the European Union, which actually abolished the borders between states. According to the author, this allowed the EU countries to protect themselves from the danger of a new war.

Therefore, Reinfeld believes, the threat to Europe comes from Russia and Turkey, which are not part of this interstate association. And although Sweden is on the periphery, in the event of a major conflict, there is a risk for it too. This statement came against the backdrop of numerous exclamations from Stockholm that Russia is allegedly the main threat to the Swedish kingdom. To fuel the idea of the threat, Sweden is either looking for a mysterious Russian submarine in its territorial waters, spending tens of millions of dollars in taxpayer funds, or declaring the need to restore the country's previously closed naval bases on the islands.

Norway is also not a member of the EU. In the Middle Ages, their relationship was far from ideal.
Turkey is a NATO member Apparently this is not an argument for Reinfeld.
      Or just doesn't know ...

The threat to Europe comes from Europe itself, but there is no need to destroy it, in 100 years it will die out like mammoths, and African tribes and people from the Middle East will settle on its territory.

And maybe it won't die out, maybe the southerners will. As if no one canceled the reconquista. Interesting attack in the direction of Turkey. Was the cannon fodder of the West in NATO, the largest army after the United States, certainly not the strongest and most equipped, but nonetheless. During the WWII, Obama wanted to unleash the Russian-Turkish war, block the Syrian express route and take Jabal nafti without a fight. Two, if not three Casus belli, but did not fuse and the Kemalist caste died, making Turkey independent with a strong Leader. Quiet horror for the West of the triple alliance of Russia, Iran and Turkey. And the Swede is right, Turkey is in NATO, but not NATO, and the conflict with Greece is brewing, again because of the shelves. When trying to throw us out of Gyumri with a NATO castling, Baku reacted sharply, and Erdogan created a threat that Pashinyan himself whined, begging for guarantees from the CSTO. Only thanks to Erdogan we kept the Syrian shelf, which thanks to us is alive laughing It's just fantastic with this Jabal naphtha, yes, a terribly tidbit of oil, like in Kuwait, or half of the reserves of CA, but practically in Europe and no Suez ... but thanks to an attempt to take it away from us, return Crimea, protect Donbass, take Karabakh , and even to postpone Turkey from NATO, making in fact an ally that the Swede sang about the Russian-Turkish ... threat. Wonderful are your works, O Lord!

The course of history is interesting. The EU-4 Reich was created on the ruins of the Soviet bloc and during the bloody partition of Yugoslavia. And after all, it was thanks to Yugoslavia that Yeltsin regained his sight between the glasses, made him angry at the West, showed Putin to the people and we have what we have. The sacrifice of Yugoslavia here in the formation of New Russia is difficult to assess. If Russia were gone, it wouldn’t exist anymore ...

Russia never starts wars, never attacks first. She ends them with the arming of her banner over the capital of the aggressor state.

penguins will fly into the seeding hemisphere and populate it all.
at first they will be protected from extermination - all the living creatures and the Swedes will give quotas to live on the rocks. then they will eat all the herring and hunger will force the Swedes to abandon the protection of birds. killed like whales.
but it will be too late - only Buryat-Mongolian horses will survive. The kirdyk will come to Sweden.

It seems that the Swedes have a bad deal with the economy, if they offer / have a war in a rotten gamerope: they (the Swedes) have one goal - using neutrality, to cash in on someone else's grief (loot does not smell and does not blush), and they have quite experience in this matter abundant ...

Didn't Europe and its main partner kick us out of world politics? When Putin proposed to create Europe, from Lisbon to Vladivostok, no one listened to him. And recently we were simply appointed a scarecrow of the whole planet. Of course there are questions about Crimea and Donbass, but why then there are no questions about Yugoslavia and Kosovo? It's not customary to discuss your shoals in the EU .................

Has he forgotten why and how the NATO bloc was created?
Currently, NATO includes 30 countries. In 1949, the Alliance was formed by 12 founding states: Belgium, Denmark, Iceland, Italy, Canada, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, the United Kingdom, the United States and France. Other Member States are: Greece and Turkey (1952), Germany (1955), Spain (1982), Hungary, Poland and the Czech Republic (1999), Bulgaria, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and Estonia (2004) , Albania and Croatia (2009), Montenegro (2017) and North Macedonia (2020).

NATO member - Turkey and non-aligned Russia will start dividing Europe?

It is stitched in the primitive gayropean brain that if he is an "authoritarian leader", then he is simply obliged to unleash a war? But, as recent history shows, most wars were unleashed by democratic non-authoritarian non-leaders.

Apparently, in Sweden, Dagens industri is the coolest newspaper, if in such a small country it gained more than half of the circulation of the Russian "Soviet Sport". This is taking into account the fact that there are only 10 million unfortunate people in Sweden.
