Space technologies. Mind Morphing - Roswell Disclosure

I think that the editors will add their own note on the disclaimer at the end of the article, but I'll start with that.

Responsibility

All of the following is sourced solely from documents obtained in accordance with the US Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) or other means of accessing public information of the US government. Moreover, initially they all had high secrecy and / or limited access labels. Therefore, there is no reason to suspect the US government of faking them.

There are more than 2000 such documents, only related to the Roswell incident, only in conditionally open access. A few more that have appeared quite recently, in connection with the previous ones, we will discuss.

This topic is inexhaustible, therefore we will restrict ourselves only to the problems associated with the detection, research and properties of the found "extraterrestrial materials" with special properties that are still unattainable by terrestrial science and metallurgy.

And it will be an interesting investigation!

A warning

The author has never watched REN TV in his life, and not for reasons of principle, but simply not before. Therefore, he cannot discuss any parallels or fantasies of readers inspired by Prokopenko and the company, as well as their beliefs and prejudices, and does not promise to comment.

In addition, the article discusses not the general problem of UFO / UAP issues (which was partially discussed in the articles of the UFO Disclosure cycle), but a specific storyrelated to the study of materials from aircraft of extraterrestrial origin that crashed in Roswell (USA) in July 1947.

Therefore, the "UFO term" in relation to Roswell artifacts will be mentioned only in a certain context, because we are talking about the fact established by the official US authorities, confirmed by thousands of secret documents in due time and testimonies of many participants in these events. Several dozen of these documents the author cited in previous articles, with a description of their content and copies of selected pages.

In the world scientific turnover (not to be confused with Russian), the fact of the artificial extraterrestrial origin of materials that inspired the researchers attempts to create SPF (materials with shape memory), is recognized almost unconditionally (as always, Scopus to help).

The author does not seek to convince anyone of anything, but, as always, only informs.

Rating: believe / do not believe, of course, at the discretion of the readers.

But I want to make a small distraction, which can be useful for understanding the essence and algorithms of intelligence and information work in the United States.

Terminology of the American intelligence community

The main stages of work on the analysis of intelligence information appear in the following form.

1. General acquaintance with the problem.
2. Definition of the concepts used.
3. Collecting facts.
4. Interpretation of facts.

5. Constructing a hypothesis.
6. Findings.

Please note that the author does not build hypotheses and does not offer conclusions, but investigates the problem using the same methods as the US National Intelligence Service does. And as an interpretation, he cites only the conclusion of the officials responsible for these reports.

The recommendations of the US National Intelligence Council suggest an assessment of the reliability of events using stringent probability criteria combined with an assessment of the level of credibility of sources (“high, medium, low”), based on the volume and quality of the supporting information.

The terminology for assessing the likelihood of the US National Intelligence Council:

almost certainly - 93%.
probably / likely - 75%.
even chance - 50%.
unlikely - less than 10%.
excluded (remote) - 0%.

So, the information about Roswell in the internal documents of the National Intelligence Service has the highest degree of reliability - almost certainly - 93%.

It is possible / impossible, conceivable / inconceivable, we believe, it is possible to assume ...
Believe / do not believe from the same area ...

"The use of such terms in value statements will almost certainly lead to confusion, so they should be avoided in documents at all costs."
This quote.

I believe that older comrades weaned some readers from such a "chamomile" even in the first years of service.

Incidentally, highly likely (75%) combined with a confidence score (“high”) is not an invention of Theresa May, but a validity criterion from the MI6 communications guide. Corresponds to American probably / likely - 75%. (And this always requires strong evidence from multiple sources.)

DIA recognition

This, in fact, is the reason for today's discussions.

The US Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) ended decades of speculation by confirming that UFO material “was indeed recovered in Roswell and some of this material was handed over to a defense contractor for analysis and storage in “specialized facilities».

This is an important recognition, although not news.

But the DIA has attached to its response to the inquiry and reports from laboratories for the recovery of UFO metamaterials and part of the correspondence on this topic.

This happened in several batches this year. In the original - it's all conditionally available for a month already.

And read a part of this main detective story of mankind about metamaterials below. Including names of participants, addresses, attendances, technology transfer results, cover operations ...

But let's return to the space materials considered in the first part of the article, and even more specifically to nitinol.

The official version of nitinol

Traditionally, it is believed that a nickel-titanium memory alloy (known as nitinol) was "discovered by accident" in the early 1960s at the US Naval Artillery Laboratory in Maryland by co-authors Drs. Wang and Buehler. But the true story of nitinol is deliberately hidden - and riddled with holes and inaccuracies.

The name "nitinol" is an abbreviation: Ni ckel Ti tanium Naval Ordance Laboratory, which reflects the authorship of the laboratory where it was made in 1962.

One of the problems that immediately catches the eye in the "official" history of nitinol is the exact year proposed for its discovery. Just google the word "nitinol" with any of the following years: 1958, 1959, 1960, 1961, 1962, or 1963.

The search results will show links to sites that list each of these years as the "discovery year" for nitinol. Even the "official" co-authors of the discovery of nitinol, Buehler and Wang, proposed different dates of invention, albeit from that particular range when they worked at the Naval Laboratory.

Legend

In fact, the first attempts to investigate this remarkable nickel-titanium alloy were made many years ago, in the late 1940s after the Roswell crash. And this work was done by someone else.

And we know who.

This work was commissioned by Wright-Patterson, the very base where the material of the crashed apparatus was stored.

In most retellings, the explanation of how nitinol was “accidentally” discovered boils down to the fact that “someone was bored and decided to bring a match to the material to see how heating would work” (in the Russian version of the discovery of such a technology, I would believed it, but it is doubtful that anyone loitering around in an American military laboratory and violating fire safety rules.)

But in another story, a researcher first put a nickel-titanium alloy in a hardness press and a dent formed on it. Then he decided to heat the block to see the effect of the heat treatment - and to his surprise, the dent was gone.

William J. Buhler, discoverer of nitinol

Another reason is given in the oral history of co-author Nitinol Buehler. He says that one day, for some reason, he took a strip of alloy to a meeting at the Naval Laboratory. He fiddled with the material, and his partner, David Muzzi, held a pipe lighter (in some versions a match for cigarettes) to the material to see what happened ... And voila, nitinol!

In 1959, William J. Buhler of the United States Naval Laboratory met with a group of colleagues who were trying to determine the most suitable material to use. as a nose cone for Polaris SLBMs.

This material had to withstand the dramatic temperature swings between the very low temperature of space, the tremendous heat as it travels through the atmosphere, and the "relative coolness" at the end of the trajectory.

Buhler's initial task was to test the alloys specified in Max Hansen's Binary Alloy Constitution, the most complete collection of binary alloys at the time. The book contained properties and binary diagrams of the structure of alloys, which allowed Buhler to select sixty composites for further development. Later, this number was reduced to twelve, while the alloy of nickel and titanium showed significantly better impact resistance and ductility.

Buhler decided to actively investigate only the nickel-titanium alloy and found that it has a very interesting property. The alloy rods produced by Buhler and his assistant fell to the floor and produced an almost leaden, muffled sound effect when cooled.

It was originally believed that the rods formed a large number of microcracks during the injection molding process used to form the rods. This theory was disproved when the warmer rods, as Buehler describes it, when they fell, "... rang with the quality of a bell."

This property was confirmed when the cooling rods were reheated by placing them in boiling water and thrown on the floor again to compare the sound.

Buhler discussed this phenomenon with his assistant and concluded:

"... a noticeable change in acoustic attenuation was associated with a major change in atomic structure associated with only a slight change in temperature."

Buhler is in conflict and offers two diametrically opposed explanations. At one time he calls it a "planned discovery," and told another reporter that it was due to "serendipity" or an accidental discovery.

And the research work of the "official" co-author of nitinol, Dr. Wang, gives us confirmation that he was “fed” the necessary alloy information from Battelle's early post-Roswell memory metal report.

Why nitinol was created and researched

Describes at least three completely different reasons why nitinol was investigated in the first place.

• In his “oral history,” Buhler said that he was conducting research on intermetallic alloys for use in ballistic missile nose cones.

• But in a 1968 Time magazine article, he writes that they were trying to find a non-magnetic, non-corrosive material to use as a tool in finding underwater mines.

• Recently, former scientist Lawrence Berkeley revealed that this material was developed in an attempt to create a new submarine hull material.

One version does not reject others, and this only testifies to the great demand for such material in military applications.

Manhattan Project

In addition to dubious claims for the invention of nitinol, domestic science (and the intelligence that secures its interests) has something to be proud of.

For example, the project to create an atomic bomb, which ensured a long-term peaceful, albeit not entirely friendly, existence of the great powers for more than 75 years.

But the main atomic secrets of the USSR were borrowed from the Americans in the Manhattan Project.

And nitinol and much of modern technology Americans tried to borrow from extraterrestrial spacecraft. And they had several of their own Kurchatovs, about which further ...

These are all very interconnected.

As we discussed earlier, the intensification of UFO activity and, as a result, their mass sighting was associated precisely with the American atomic project.

Back in June 1947, that is, a month before the Roswell incident, on the instructions of the US government, Oppenheimer and Einstein prepared a secret report (UFO disclosure, there was also a scanned copy of this document).

How it worked both in the USSR and in the USA

The key to keeping the origin of such technology a secret is to "separate":

• You are giving away only parts of the information and to no one in its entirety. Sometimes you only provide technical information about parts from other users, not the parts themselves.

• You release them to different locations.

• This is not done immediately, but at regular intervals.

• You give information to those with “strict clearance” and only then to those with “need to know”.

But most importantly, you never tell any of them the "backstory" about where it came from.

Over the decades, the truth will be buried even deeper and easier to bury.

Thus, scientists working on shape restoration alloys today cannot understand the hidden history of their work. It is likely that even the "official" inventors of nitinol at the Naval Laboratory were unaware of the Roswell Impulse of their research (although they might well have wondered).

It now appears that much of the work on the wreckage at Roswell has been cleverly and conveniently "wrapped" into a military contract for "traditional" aviation or the naval metalworking projects of the time.

It was these supporting documents that were provided to the DIA earlier this year.

It was the perfect operation.

Selectively “renting out” portions of this work ensured that no one would make any “connections”. The “paper trail” on the study of the material could also be confused with the “normal military work” that they “already did”.

But there were too many documents and witnesses, and therefore "the roof began to leak."

Roof

The study of the recovered UFO wreckage is carried out within the framework of the "research programs of modern weapons and aerospace materials ”.

This use of scientists in the private sector and academia to study technical issues related to alien technology has long been suspected by many researchers. And the response received from the DIA now confirms this.

Scientists who have received grants to work on this study and create these reports do not (and should not) know about the extraterrestrial impulse or the origin of their work. Much of their work is a continuation of work begun decades before their birth.

Extraterrestrial metals

In order for "any debris" or man-made material to be recognized as extraterrestrial in origin, confirmation of the following is required:

• That it was composed of an element unknown to Earth or science.

• That it is composed of known elements, but is present in an extraterrestrial isotopic ratio.

• That the processes required to fuse or form a material are unknown to science.

• That the physical properties exhibited by the material are not found in terrestrial material and are unknown to science.

Falsifications

There were enough falsifications of "space metals". At least ten such cases are known, but there were probably many more. Sometimes it was a special deception, sometimes it was a conscientious delusion of the one who discovered the "space debris".

But they are determined elementarily in any modern laboratory.

Moreover, artificial space materials should not be confused with the materials of meteorites. The latter are even easier to classify.

True story

The US Pentagon is in turmoil this year trying to explain why one of its own agencies, the Military Intelligence Agency (DIA), has publicly confirmed unidentified flying object (UAP) debris tests.

In response to a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) inquiry about the results of an investigation of recovered UFO wreckage, an official response was received and more than 150 pages of technical documentation on possible ways of using strange futuristic materials (links to some documents will be further in the text).

Quote from one of them:
This material, inspired by the analysis of UFO debris, can control the speed of light, remember its original shape when deformed, and can make objects invisible.

Let me remind you of the very beginning of this story.

The head of the US Department of Defense Intelligence, Stephen Tumisky, who released the information on the UFO wreckage, said he was proud of the results of his work, including what he considered thoroughness in fulfilling the FOIA request (apparently, the example of Major Marcel, who publicly declared himself an idiot for the sake of national security, he was not inspired).

In addition to the FOIA request and the DIA response, there is a series of confirmation letters that are publicly available.

DIA confirms the fulfillment of specific items requested related to the analysis of UFO / UAP wreckage.

In these emails, the head of DIA makes it clear that the issues discussed relate to testing of UFO wreckage. And this cannot be interpreted in any other way!

Was the metal of Roswell's memory secretly "seeded" for industry and others who could exploit its potential benefits?

How was the technology transferred while maintaining its origins?

Why did government psychics run strange mind-over-matter tests on shape-restoring metal nitinol?

What is the hidden meaning of transforming metal?

Recently declassified information provides amazing answers to these questions.

Roswell connection

Roswell Army Air Base in 1947 was the only nuclear bomber base in the US arsenal.

Military image makers

The main image makers of information and then disinformation about the Roswell crash:

• Major Jesse Marcel,
• Colonel William Blanchard, base commander,
• Lieutenant Walter Hout,
• General Roger Rami,
• Colonel J. Dubose.

Jesse Marcel

One of the first to initiate the investigation was Major Jesse Marcel, who immediately realized that this was not military property, but something more strange.

In addition to the wreckage, an aircraft and bodies were also found.

Meanwhile, Colonel William Blanchard, the base commander, instructed Lieutenant Walter Hout to issue a hastily compiled press release that described the wreckage as a "flying disc." A local newspaper captioned their own story: "The RAAF seized a flying saucer at a ranch in the Roswell region."

Roswell Air Force Base, Roswell, New Mexico. Morning July 8, 1947 Numerous rumors of a flying disc turned into reality yesterday when the reconnaissance service of the 509th Mixed Air Regiment, 8th Air Force, stationed at Roswell Air Force Base, managed to get hold of the disc, thanks to the cooperation of one of the local farmers and the sheriff's service. Chavis County.

The flying disc touched down last week at a ranch near Roswell.

Without a telephone connection, the farmer kept the disk until he could get in touch with the sheriff, who informed Major Jesse Marcel of the intelligence service of the 509th mixed air regiment. All necessary measures were immediately taken, and the disk was taken out of the ranch. After being examined at Roswell Base, he was taken by Major Marcel to superior headquarters. "

Then, within hours, the publicity door slams shut.

A few hours later, 8th Air Force commander Brigadier General Roger Ramy spoke on the radio with a rebuttal:

“The wreck is currently in my office, and as far as I can tell, there is nothing special here. The gizmo, a star-shaped aluminum foil screen that reflects radar signals, can only fly depending on the speed of the wind. "

Then the military organized a press conference at which they continued to defend the version according to which the wreckage of the balloon was found in Roswell.

Marcel is chosen as a "visual messenger", which rejects everything previously said and written:

"Our mistake, just a weather balloon, there is nothing to see here."

Marcel, they brought an old weather balloon and set the task to admit to reporters that he was mistaken and could not immediately distinguish the weather balloon from a spacecraft of unknown origin.

Which he did under the camera flashes.

But Marseille was not so simple (I already wrote about his combat and reconnaissance path).

Look at this guy's sly face ...

And on the eve of the shooting, he brought home and hid in the barn a piece of a real wreck of a spacecraft, or rather, a piece of the metamaterial of its hull (his wife and son narrate this, with many additional details).

The late Dr. Jesse Marcel Jr., M.D., witnessed the wreckage of a UFO crash in Roswell as a child. It was so interesting that his "daddy went into hiding with some materials and brought them home for his family to see."

Skeptics often overlook this simple and important detail. If the wreck was "earthly," as they claim, then why would Marcel, in fact, steal the physical evidence he was commissioned to investigate, handing over some of it to his 12-year-old son Jesse Jr. and wife?

So that they too can see how unusual it is!

The scouts are people too and nothing human is alien to them!

It is strange that Marcel was not only not punished for his "mistake", but even rewarded.

First, he was appointed head of the SAC (Strategic Air Command) foreign technical intelligence unit, which was a strange assignment for a man who supposedly could not identify even the primitive wreckage of the balloon.

Then, at the urging of the Pentagon, he was soon transferred to the Top Secret Special Weapons Project, gaining access to highly classified materials, and served as the chief instructor.

Apparently, the Air Force continued to regard Marseille as an extremely competent and trustworthy intelligence officer after the Roswell incident.

None of this fits into the profile of the man who whistleblowers claim has badly damaged his spy reputation in Roswell.

After demobilization, Marseille told a lot., including several types of debris, including a dull, metal-like, porous tissue-like material with memory properties.

Walter Hout

As RAAF press officer, in July 1947, Walter Hout wrote a famous press release dictated to him by Colonel William Blanchard, the base commander.

Walter was forced to claim that the previously reported "flying disc," which allegedly crashed near Roswell, "as it turned out" was simply a misplaced weather balloon, which was initially thought to be something more.

This release was featured in the Roswell newspapers and spread throughout the world.

But Hout left a testimony to the reality of the crashed aircraft that should have been heard after his death. (audio recording is available).

In December 2002, Walter decided to tell a story about what really happened. In his affidavit (see below), he stated that none of the press reports he was supposed to disseminate were true.

Walt said it was actually a manned small craft that crashed. He saw this and the wreckage, and one of the extraterrestrial beings.

July 8, 1947 (early morning).

According to a statement by Roswell Base Public Information Officer Walter Hout, in the affidavit 2002Rami and Dubose attended the morning staff meeting in Roswell to discuss how to publicly deal with the accident, as many civilians in the area were now aware of it.

Briefings were presented on the wreckage field and the location of the aircraft, body and wreckage.

General Rami said they were going to cover it up.

The main task is to exclude the most important from the media and public consciousness that, in addition to the wreckage, another aircraft and bodies were found.

Hout believes that General Rami was acting on orders from the Pentagon.

Like the notarized affidavit, Walter did not want this 1999 recorded confession to be published until some time after his death, which occurred in 2005 at the age of 83.

Major General Roger Ramy, United States Air Force

"Roswell was the biggest lie I've ever had to tell ... [It was] out of this world."

Brigadier General Arthur E. Exon

“They knew they had something new in their hands. The metal and material were unknown to anyone I spoke to ... The general consensus was that the pieces were from space. "

Brigadier General Arthur E. Exon, United States Air Force (retired), former commander of the United States Air Force Base Wright Patterson

General Robert Broussard Landry

"If I ever told you the truth about what happened in Roswell, you would never see life the same again."
General Robert Broussard Landry, United States Air Force, Personal Assistant to President Harry Truman

Assessment of witness reports

Let's recap what the early participants in these events finally confirmed:

Jesse Marcel. It was an extraterrestrial vehicle and extraterrestrial materials.
William Blanchard, base commander. It was an extraterrestrial vehicle and extraterrestrial materials.
Walter Hout. It was an extraterrestrial vehicle and extraterrestrial materials.
General Roger Ramy. It was an extraterrestrial vehicle and extraterrestrial materials.
Colonel Thomas J. Dubose. It was an extraterrestrial vehicle and extraterrestrial materials.
Brigadier General Arthur E. Exon. It was an extraterrestrial vehicle and extraterrestrial materials.

Colonel Blanchard welcomes General Ramy to Roswell, 1947.

Brig. General Roger M. Ramy, commander of the 8th Air Force fleet, and Colonel Thomas J. Duboz, Chief of Staff of the 8th Air Force, "identify" metal fragments found by a farmer near Roswell, New Mexico as part of a weather balloon.

This is a staged photo., but there are a few more, not officially published, on which their faces are even more cunning than those of Marcel, and expressions that leave no doubt about the preparation of falsification (which both confirmed in the last years of their lives).

That is, the version with a meteorological balloon or a secret Mogul (this is a system for detecting nuclear explosions from potential adversaries) has not been confirmed by anyone.

At the same time, each of these personalities speaks of a large-scale cleanup of the territory, removal of debris and other space debris by trucks and military transport aircraft.

(Isn't it too much for one weather balloon?)

In this trash, they each saw a different kind of material, including films, similar to today's waveguides, and lumps of metal.

All of these materials were very light and impossibly strong.

And what is most interesting, incomprehensible letters and signs on the T-plates, clearly related to the control systems of the devices. Which was confirmed by further investigations.

Rather, a hypothesis was put forward using the ideas of quantum theory, string theory (M-theory), and the theory of "quantum consciousness". And if, according to the first two, there are theoreticians (far from among the world leaders) in the Fatherland, then in the “theory of consciousness” the competence of Russian scientists is zero, at least in the part that concerns the control of the properties of metamaterials through consciousness.

To the author, this hypothesis seems worthy of attention (but, let me remind you that now we are discussing only materials, so we will not develop this topic here, even in a very popular presentation).

Other witnesses

J. Bond Johnson

Fort Worth Star-Telegram staff reporter, he was called to General Remi's office on July 8 ahead of the press conference.

Johnson took four widely publicized photographs: two with Ramy and the wreckage of the weather balloon, and two with Ramy and his assistant Colonel (later General) Thomas J. Dubose.

Duboz has repeatedly testified that he was ordered from Washington to provoke a cover-up, and the wreckage photographed by Johnson was recovered from the replaced weather balloon, with the real wreckage removed (same story as Jesse Marcel).

Frank Joyce

Other documents recovered include documents from reporter Frank Joyce. Joyce was in Roswell in 1947 and worked as a reporter for radio station KGFL. After the Roswell crash, Joyce had a feeling that everything could be hidden or somehow "forgotten" about the crash.

Joyce did something very unusual: He collected UPI teletypes and news services received by the station about the disaster as they passed through the machine. And Joyce kept these original teletypes and showed them to researchers many decades later to provide documentation that something important did happen on that fateful day.

Frederic Benthal

Sgt. Frederic Benthal: An army photographer who flew in from Washington DC said he photographed the bodies of aliens in a tent at the crash site and saw a large amount of debris transported by trucks after the crash.

Edgar Mitchell

Many people have spoken about the reality of Roswell over the years, including senators, congressmen, governors, Apollo astronauts ...

“Make no mistake, Roswell happened. I have seen classified files that show that the government knew about it, but decided not to tell the public. "

Edgar Mitchell, Ph.D., Apollo 14 astronaut:

"I am fully convinced that the object that crashed near Roswell was composed of materials not common on Earth."

Wright-Patterson Air Force Base

Wright-Patterson Air Force Base was the very base where UFO wreckage in Roswell flew after the crash. Gjplytt Wright-Patterson Air Force Base was contracted by the Battelle Memorial Institute to analyze material from a UFO crash in Roswell in 1947.

"The [Roswell] ship was extraterrestrial ... and may have once been at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in a no-go."
Brigadier General Harry Cordes, United States Air Force

Battelle Company

Battelle, founded in 1929, is dedicated to the research, development and commercialization of technological innovation. They specialize in materials science and engineering, life sciences, energy and homeland security. Battelle is contracted to operate many of the US national laboratories.

Battelle Memorial Institute.

This includes some of the most sensitive US sites, such as Oak Ridge Laboratories, Lawrence Livermore and Brookhaven. Battelle is headquartered near Wright Patterson and remains one of the nation's leading defense contractors. Their metallurgical capabilities and technical talent continue to be recognized globally.

A direct link between Roswell's wreckage and Battelle's research is revealed in a material known as nitinol.

Confirmation

Nitinol research actually began in Battell just after the Roswell crash, not in the early 1960s. And it was Wright-Patterson (the base where the disaster materials were delivered) who ordered this secret work.

This confirmation is contained in a short footnote found in a study by one of the "official" inventors of nitinol at the US Naval Laboratory. In this military report on nitinol, the author makes a reference to a 1949 Battelle study that clearly relates to the purification of titanium and nickel.

"When properly processed, the result is a metal with the memory effect of nitinol."

It is possible that the "official" coauthors of nitinol were unaware that the memory metal impulse was found in a study of Roswell debris - or perhaps not.

Under this Wright-Patterson military contract, Battel was to analyze and test new metallurgical processes on nickel and titanium, which, when specially processed and combined, create nitinol, a "transforming metal" similar to the one reported at Roswell.

Historical analysis of the scientific literature reveals that no other alloys were ever studied by the US military as a potential "metal with memory" until this period in the late 1940s - and Battell's Wright-Patterson research contract.

Names and appearances

The Battelle Memorial Metal Report is entitled "Second Progress Report for Contract AF33 (038) - 3736" and was compiled for Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in 1949.

Its authors are K.M. Craighead, F. Fone, and L.W. Eastwood. This appears to be part of a series of such contracts awarded in the early 1950s. Interestingly, the scientists who compiled the report were very closely associated with the previously mentioned Dr. Howard Cross, Battell's chief titanium metallurgist (and later Battelle's UFO researcher as part of the Bluebook project).

Scientists have continued to write reports on exotic metallurgy related to areas such as "metal and superplasticity", "metal transformation" and "metal microstructure".

Howard K. Cross

A recent investigation reveals that a scientist at the renowned Battell Memorial Institute, Dr. Howard K. Cross, may have directed the research on the Roswell-like "memory metal" under contract from Wright-Patterson Air Force Base shortly after the 1947 disaster.

Recently uncovered details confirm that Cross led a double life - both as a metallurgist and as a UFO researcher in the secret government.

Dr. Cross was Battelle's titanium expert. In the late 1940s, Dr. Cross was feeding technical information about titanium (which is needed to create a metal with memory) to the US Naval Laboratory. This is the same laboratory where a few years later, as it was said, the memory metal nitinol was "officially" discovered.

Perhaps the most revealing point about Dr. Cross is that it has been confirmed that he worked closely with and co-authored with Battelle scientist L.W. Eastwood.

Copies of the documents that Dr. Cross and L.W. Eastwood wrote together are on file and are available for viewing.

It is LV Eastwood who is one of the authors (along with Craighead and Fawn) of the "missing" reports to Battella Wright-Patterson in the late 1940s about a nickel-titanium metal with memory (nitinol).

Information about Dr. Cross is very sparse, but in one discovered study of metals, Cross is referred to as "the director of research." With that in mind - and everything we now know about him, it is possible that Dr. Cross was the manager of the metal scientists. (that is, he played the role of academician Kurchatov in the Soviet atomic project).

A short reference found in a government report a decade ago shows that a technical summary report titled Titanium Alloys was compiled by Battelle metallurgist Dr. Howard Clinton Cross. This document was submitted by him to the Office of Naval Research in December 1948. The Office of Naval Research is the very place where, more than ten years later, the "metal of memory" - nitinol (an alloy of nickel and titanium) will be "discovered"!

According to reports he has written, over the years he has conducted research in various fields of materials science and engineering, including titanium. But, oddly enough, he also helped lead UFO research for the Battelle-sponsored Blue Book project in the early 1950s.

Other information detailed below shows that after the Roswell incident, Cross worked quietly - but very closely - with the heads of various departments of the US government on various aspects of the UFO phenomenon.
That is, he performed the function of Kurchatov in the atomic project of the USSR.

Why would a materials engineer studying exotic alloys in 1948 later help Battell conduct government-funded research on flying saucers?

This is likely because Dr. Cross studied Roswell's morphing metal.
He possessed technical knowledge of the ship's design and obtained a security clearance, which made him a valuable asset to the US military and intelligence in investigating and analyzing particularly complex UFO cases.

On January 9, 1953, Cross wrote a memo (stamped Secret in red ink) to Colonel Miles E. Goll at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. Goll was the head of Intelligence Analysis at the Air Force Command at the time.

In the note, Cross makes it clear that he had the right to speak in an official capacity on behalf of Battelle about their UFO work for the government.

In the note, Cross insisted that Wright-Patterson postpone the work of the CIA's UFO research group, the Robertson group. Cross wanted Battel first to complete a statistical study of UFOs commissioned by the Air Force, later known as Project Blue Book Report # 14. The CIA itself even consulted with Cross and agreed with him on the need for a delay.

UFO reenactment

Decades after it was written in 1953, a memorandum marked "Secret" was discovered under unusual circumstances. It is sometimes referred to as the "Pentacle" aide-memoire and was written by Howard Cross from Battell. Dr. Cross forwarded this letter to "Colonel Miles Goll" of Aircraft Command.

In this document, Dr. Cross outlined the scheme by which the US Air Force "faked" the appearance of "artificial" UFOs. Cross wanted to see how target populations reported their "sightings" - and how these UFOs would affect them.

Colonel Miles Goll

Colonel Miles Goll is the man for whom Cross wrote the aforementioned Pentacle on UFOs. Miles Goll is the key to unraveling the Roswell mystery. Goll, very revealingly, was the head of the analytical department of the highly classified T-2 unit in Wright's Air Force Command.

Goll's group was tasked with providing technical reconnaissance and analysis of fallen enemy aircraft or other recovered technology with defensive attachments. In addition, they had to prevent strategic, tactical or technological "surprise".

They were required to provide any information collected to the engineering section for use in attempts to reverse engineer or replicate such technology.

Air Force General George Schulgen

Air Force General George Shulgen (who led Pentagon intelligence during the Roswell incident) on October 30, 1947, about four months after the crash, wrote a previously marked "secret" draft memorandum on the flying saucer issue.

The verified version of this cheat sheet has a section called Building Items.

Schulgen instructs his officers to know about flying objects and the materials from which they are made. He emphasizes the "unusual manufacturing methods for achieving extremely light weight" and the fact that the material has a "composite construction ... using various combinations of metals."

Schulgen describes just some of the characteristics of nitinol. Like the Roswell debris material, it is an "extremely light" intermetallic alloy. As a new "composite structure", it is created by a "fancy fabrication" method that "uses a combination of metals" - perhaps titanium and nickel.

John Center

Battelle scientist Elroy John Senter stated that he analyzed metal from a crashed UFO while working at the Institute. Senter was a senior research chemist who worked at Battell for nearly two decades, from 1939 to 1957. This was confirmed by the location and content of the scientific papers he wrote during his time at Battell.

General Arthur Exon

In an interview conducted in the 1990s, former Brigadier General of Wright-Patterson Air Force Base Arthur Exon confirmed the existence of Roswell material reports.

Exon, commander of Wright-Patterson Base in the 1960s, said that he knew some details about the composition of the wreckage after the accident and about the various tests that were carried out on it.

“It was pure titanium and some other metal that they knew about ... Of course, making nitinol requires a special“ processing ”of titanium and“ another metal ”that they“ knew ”about (nickel).

Dr. Wang himself

In fact, the research work of the "official" co-author of Nitinol, Dr. Wang, gives us confirmation that he was “fed” the necessary alloy information from an early Battelle post-Roswell memory report.

In footnote # 6, in his 1 Transition to the Nickel-Titanium System, Part 1972, Naval Artillery Laboratory, White Oak, Maryland, Wang cites information from this Report.

Polling

Linus Polling is an American chemist, crystallographer, laureate of two Nobel Prizes: in Chemistry (1954) and the Peace Prize (1962), as well as the International Lenin Prize "For Strengthening Peace Among Nations" (1970).

Pauling's name is known to the general public for his personal advocacy of high doses of ascorbic acid (vitamin C). But not only this.

in the middle of the XNUMXth century, Pauling was one of the very few specialists in X-ray crystallography in the world. He also developed groundbreaking research in "quantum chemistry," a field of theoretical chemistry that sits on the border between chemistry and physics. This is especially useful in identifying unknown material and in characterizing the phases of matter. It is clear from the archives of Pauling's work at the University of Oregon that Pauling was previously associated with Battell.

Where is the droushka?

This "bundle" from DIA.

The overwhelming admission by the US government that it possesses UFO wreckage was recently made in response to a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request filed over three years ago by this author.

In a response letter, the United States Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) ended decades of speculation by confirming that UFO material had indeed been discovered. Now officially referred to as UAP (Unidentified Aerial Phenomenon) rather than UFOs, some of this material was handed over to a defense contractor for analysis and storage in "specialized facilities."

Incredibly, some of the published information discusses material with shape recovery properties, much like the wreckage of the "memory metal" found in the 1947 UFO crash in Roswell.

In its response, the DIA agrees that it has documents in response to a request for UFO wreckage and analysis, the program under which they were operated, AATIP (Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program) and that their defense contractor (Bigelow Aerospace in Las Vegas, NV) stores the material. They also provide some reports related to the possible application of the material studied.

And, judging by the documentation received, the wreckage found has other unusual abilities as well. In addition to "remembering" their original shape when bent or squashed, some of these futuristic materials can make things invisible, "compress" electromagnetic energy, and even slow the speed of light.

Although most of the details of the reports have been edited, it can be concluded that these technologies represent a literal quantum leap beyond the properties of all existing materials known to man.

An initial 2017 FOIA request to DIA asks for physical descriptions, properties and composition of UFO / UAP material owned by the government and its contractor.

The request is unambiguous in meaning, just like a response with attachments.

This refers to UFO material and "physical debris recovered by Department of Defense personnel in the form of debris, debris, torn off materials, crashed vehicles or unidentified flying objects."

These studies represent the first attempts to create the latest and modern titanium alloys. Some of these alloys were later associated with the development of the "memory metal".
This is a 1949 Battelle study was never publicly available until early this year.

It was pointed out that some of the technology reports could be found prior to their release by the FOIA in other chapters "on several obscure sciences and paranormal objects in the recent past, citing the reports as being related to advanced research in military and aerospace materials."

The fact remains: these same reports were sent in direct response to an FOIA request for an investigation of UFO wreckage. He binds them firmly. This contributes to the fact that the research of alien metals is carried out under the cover and in the interests of research "war metals".

Although much of the details of the 1949 Battelle research reports have been edited, it can be inferred that these technologies represent a literal quantum leap beyond the properties of all existing materials known to man.

The pages of these documents repeatedly referred to "cutting edge technology reports" regarding nitinol, described as a shape recovery alloy, and that nitinol had properties similar to those of the "memory metal" found near Roswell, New Mexico on the crash site of a UFO in 1947.

The full title of the study is "Second Progress Report covering the period from September 1 to October 31, 1949 under contract No. 33 (038) - 3736 on R&D on titanium alloys." Authors: Simmons, C. W .; Greenwich, Connecticut, Craighead, SM and others. " The Battelle report was completed for the Wright-Patterson Aircraft Command.

It is now known that the document was previously restricted for viewing by authorized US Department of Defense personnel, despite more than 60 years later!

According to the Air Force, the report was finally found in the archives of the US Department of Defense Technical Information Center (DTIC). The report was received through the FOIA, but parts of it were missing. About 30% of the 119 pages are not included. Many are not numbered. The Air Force offers an explanation that this is due to the age of the document, illegibility or inability to reproduce certain parts of the report.

Particularly indicative is the section of the center in the report (on page 97). General Exon said Roswell's material had gone through chemical analysis.

A section of this report details chemical analysis for the detection and quantification of metallic impurities. It is titled "Analytical Methods for Titanium Based Alloy". Titanium must be of ultra high purity for use in shape memory metals.

On page 96 In the subsection of the report titanium Melting Research, we learn that Battelle scientist L. W. Eastwood is studying ways to optimize titanium melting as efficiently as possible. To make nitinol memory metal, an efficiently meltable titanium is required. It appears that Battel had an advanced arc furnace that Wright did not have.

On page 65 we find the section “Evaluation of Experimental Titanium-Based Alloys” written by CM Craighead, F. Fawn and LW Eastwood. On the next page we find the NiTi phase diagram. This is the first military-sponsored study to create a "recipe" for mixing the two metals that make up the memory metal of nitinol.

The report recounts an intense and sudden effort to conduct the first ever research into refined titanium alloyed with other metals. As previously mentioned, General Exon talks about "titanium" and "a different metal" and that "the treatment was different." when describing the composition of Roswell's wreckage.

General Schulgen's note (written a week before this Battelle Metallic report) refers to UFOs whose "structural elements" are specially made composites using a variety of metals and are extremely lightweight.

Other titanium alloys investigated in the report ...

Pages 82–85 documents demonstrate interest in the properties of titanium-zirconium or TiZr. In a 1965 study by Wright-Patterson for New York University, this 1949 Battelle report is cited in a footnote. The topic of a NYU talk entitled "On the Titanium-Zirconium System" is about the shape memory potential of TiZr!

On page 95 This document provides a technical diagram showing the first-ever research in areas such as "elongation" and "minimum bend radius" of various modern titanium alloys. This indicates that they carefully studied the elasticity, ductility and tensile strength of newly created high-purity titanium alloys, including nickel-titanium, required for the production of nitinol.

The results

Based on the sections of research found that reference this Battelle report, we know that this "progress report" offers the first "phase diagram" ever created to attempt to successfully fuse titanium and nickel. It would be required to make metal with memory. We can also conclude that he investigated the purification of titanium to high purity levels. It is high purity titanium that is required to create the shape recovery effect.

Nitinol and Roswell metal

Although nitinol is not identical to Roswell debris, it represents the best attempt at recreating the found memory metal. The impetus for this metallurgical "shape recovery" research was the wreckage discovered at Roswell in the summer of 1947.

In fact, there are other (albeit very rare) references to such a memory metal in the historical UFO literature.

Several credible witnesses reported that the pieces from the debris at Roswell had "shape memory" characteristics. In a crumpled state, this "transforming" metal immediately and smoothly returned to its original form. Shape-restoring metals (“memory metals”) are emerging today as a technology that finds use in everything from spectacle frames to spacecraft.

In other words, they described a material with such unusual properties many years before such material became known to the general public (or even was invented).

The fact that many credible eyewitnesses have spoken of a wonderful metal that would “remember itself” is wonderful in itself.

So how could the 80-year-old Roswell witnesses know about nitinol? Even if it was told in 1980? What, in general, could instill in the minds of such elderly and rural residents such a concept as "metal morphing"?

What would have made them think of this if it hadn't really happened?

What could have inspired such a new idea as "moving metal" to so many different people, now separated by time, years and distance, if they had not seen it?

It just doesn't make any sense.

Mind, matter and morphing

Nitinol is such a unique combination that it has been tested by the US government to see if the human mind can change it. This is stated in the summary technical report, which was compiled by the US Naval Laboratory ten years ago.

In the early 1970s, the US government tested nitinol to see if it could "transform" using only mind energy. Could psychokinesis affect this reshaping material? Could an intelligent metal like nitinol be able to respond to the energy generated by an intelligent mind?

Physicist Eldon Byrd has worked for decades at the US Naval Laboratory and other government agencies. In his article "Effects on Nitinol from Metal Alloys" (1973, Naval Surface Weapons Center, White Oak Laboratory, Silver Spring, Maryland), Byrd describes tests that were performed that year using "psychics" to try change the hardness of the material, deform it in a certain way, or change its magnetic properties.

The tests were partly successful. A permanent "knot" has formed in the material, preventing its famous "rebound". Within this nodular area, unusual microscopic changes in the structure of the material were observed. The introduction of energy is required to create morphing in the metal. Typically this "energy input" is heat.

But it turned out that the "energy" of the mind can also create transformation.

Uri Geller

Unlike, for example, the world famous illusionist David Copperfield, Geller claims that he is by no means a magician and in fact possesses superhuman abilities. Meanwhile, skeptics around the world have been campaigning for a long time to expose the tricks of Uri Geller and, most interestingly, find convincing explanations for his paranormal abilities.

Uri Geller began bending spoons on Russian television. It was Friday, August 22, 2008.

But thirty years before that, he trained on Nitinol.

So the question is: what kind of spoon was he bent? Nitinol, easy!

How?

• Unbend the pre-bent spoon and place in the freezer.
• Take it out and from the warmth of your hands it will take its previous bent shape.
• And all the trick!

Whatever you feel when reporting Uri Geller's psychic, one thing is historical truth: In the early 1970s, Geller was tested by the US government for his psychic abilities.

Geller confirmed that he was forced to try to "bend" the memory metal nitinol (in the form of a wire placed in a vacuum) "by the projection of psychic energy."

This experiment was attended by Dr. Frederick Wang ("co-author" of nitinol) and NASA scientists.

In particular, Geller said that staff from NASA Goddard's lab were present.
It turns out that Goddard runs a little-known laboratory in Greenbelt, Maryland called the Division of Materials Science. This Goddard laboratory is associated with work in space experiments in microgravity and has developed advanced materials such as nanotubes and high performance composites.

These tests Mind-Over-Memory Metal conducted by none other than Dr. Fred Wang, the "official" co-author of nitinol (as mentioned earlier, this is the one Dr. Wang cites in a footnote the (now missing) 1949 Battelle report on nickel and titanium in one of his own studies on nitinol).

The person who performed the psychic tests on the material is the same scientist who had access to the Battelle's “missing” records of metal with memory from the late 1940s, inspired by the debris of the Roswell crash!

Understanding, comprehending, implementation

Winemaking

Even if someone can design something, it does not mean that he can do something.

Although the potential applications of nitinol were realized immediately, it was not until a decade later that practical efforts were made to commercialize the alloy.

This delay was in large part due to the extraordinary complexity of melting, processing and machining the alloy.

Even these efforts faced financial challenges that were not easily overcome until the 1980s, when these practical difficulties finally began to be addressed.

Memry, for example, does this. She is far from the only one, but I will explain it using her example, since she initially worked together with the developers of nitinol.

Memry has an unprecedented history and scale in the nitinol industry since 1966 as the first commercial supplier of nitinol to the Naval Weapons Laboratory. (hence the origin of "NOL" in NiTiNOL).

This mature process continues today, producing several hundred tons of clean, stable material every year. Binary alloy compositions as well as ternary, quaternary and other alloys are melted using a process adapted to the specific needs of users in melt sizes from kilograms to several tons.

Thinking

Over the years, theories have been constantly put forward about how the spacecraft works, at least the one that is related to the events described above in and around Roswell.

They develop a group of related ideas that are not useless for humanity, designed to explain how other devices that control the metric of space can work.

At least one such theory, backed up by years of research, has not yet been presented in documents recognized by the US government.

But several independent scientists working in the field of reverse engineering of these secret programs, which, in fact, formed the basis of this theory, began to talk not only about their belonging to these projects, but also to describe the technical details.

And their evidence and the theory that unites them is compelling.

Theory provides a way to explain observations. These explanations are based on assumptions. And these theories and assumptions are based on the human understanding of the universe, elements and physics, not on the understanding of "aliens".

Such creatures do things in a fundamentally different way than we do. They can create systems in the weightlessness of space, and they certainly do calculations with completely different forms of measurement than our own. They have access to the necessary things to create their vehicles, which we do not have.

And if the alien ship includes some kind of mind-machine interface, if "thought" plays any role in such interstellar movement, then with our deterministic consciousness we will not be able to unravel the secrets of how it works, not to mention, to produce these systems.

Our modern ability to produce something similar, created in another world, is not applicable. If manufacturing processes are a hundred thousand years ahead of us, it will take us the same amount of time (perhaps a little less, with prototypes) to master them.

People promoting the fantasy of flying alien ships created with reverse engineering do not understand the real concept of manufacturing.

Process engineering is the discipline of successfully translating ideas, technology and technical drawings into workable machines.

It deals with "craftability"... It is very difficult to translate engineered concepts into real engineered products. This is an insurmountable problem for things created by processes developed by extraterrestrial technologists.

If consciousness interacts with the designed system, our consciousness cannot make the ship move. Our brains and our thought processes must be very different from the brains of aliens.

Our bodies and our consciousness and logic would be completely incompatible with systems designed for creatures that were thousands or millions of years ahead of us.

The very idea of being able to completely reconstruct now what will happen, perhaps in hundreds of thousands of years, is untenable.

We cannot yet fly like aliens, but we can be inspired by their technologies, at least in the field of materials with special properties.

Почему нет?

Perhaps in other areas as well?

Let me explain using the example of the aforementioned Manhattan Project.

Soviet intelligence seems to have stolen (intelligence officers say - obtained) all the atomic secrets of the United States. But four years passed before the first test of our nuclear weapons. Let's say that the Soviet Union was lagging behind American technology at that time, but not for a thousand years?

In the history of alien intelligence, the gap could be millions.

And "smart" materials, and even more so smart systems, and even more spacecraft faster than the speed of light, about which we wrote in the last article, cannot be smarter than their creators.

The integration of consciousness and "matter" of aircraft touched upon in the article requires understanding, perhaps, modification of consciousness, probably at the subatomic level. Therefore, it will not be soon.

But with human logic and not only with feminine logic, something must also be done.

There will be no conclusions, as I warned.

But the continuation, if the Americans allow another leak, may follow ...

PS

The information and opinions presented in the articles of the Space Technologies cycle do not necessarily reflect the views of the VO editorial board.

The editors cannot be responsible for the content of hundreds of previously top secret US documents related to UFO / UAP, the testimony of the US military and specialists working in the field of reverse engineering, whether recognized by the US government or not.

Especially when some US federal structures directly write about this in official documents provided in accordance with the American Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), and, moreover, publish convincing supporting materials.

The author has never watched REN TV in his life, and not for reasons of principle, but simply not before. Therefore, he cannot discuss any parallels or fantasies of readers inspired by Prokopenko and the company, as well as their beliefs and prejudices, and does not promise to comment.

Author , Sergey Ivanov , why do we still need a reference to REN TV and Prokopenko's cycles if you yourself opened their branch here? ? ?

"He broke all the brains into pieces, braided all the convolutions ......."
Author, pretend to be serious about the material? Make the effort to state it consistently. Confusion, pieces from one, conclusions from another, constant repetitions of the same thing.
From such a chaotic and confusing presentation, there is only one conclusion - a lie! Complete and in everything.
A normal researcher does not allow himself to do this.

After nitinol, I moved on to the comments. Morphing of consciousness (in this context - non-drug transformation of public consciousness) is carried out within the framework of a specific goal. In what target frame can the plot of the American assimilation of extraterrestrial intelligence that surpasses human intelligence be suitable? I found one: this is a globalization framework that requires worldwide acceptance of the concept of American exceptionalism. The Jewish idea of the tribal (ethnic) chosenness of God has a limited circle of adherents ("there is neither a Greek, nor a Jew"). The Protestant idea of wealth and success as signs of God's chosenness (which Americans have used for a long time) does not work in many countries; it is here supplemented by the idea of a link between the United States and higher extraterrestrial intelligence, as if giving rise to claims to world domination ("leadership").

Let's not say nonsense ... but behind all the references to the comments of the responsible persons and the history of the creation of nitinol, one noticeable fact is lost ... why did the UFO crash? When famous people are engaged in scientific development, this is normal, but I do not believe that the same people were not involved in establishing the causes of the disaster ... and they just stubbornly keep silent about it. hi
In turn, questions arise as to whether there were at that time the means of fixing what was happening in the near-earth space. Who monitored and how. What means of fixation were used ... logical questions that no one asked ...

Why discuss all this? This is clearly a clinical case, which should be discussed by clinicians from a purely medical point of view. Can't you see - the author is not versed in technology and science, is not familiar with the basics of patent law, uses ridiculous terminology that he is fixated on nitinol, which has not found any widespread use? And his exercises in terms of metaphysics are completely absurd. Here, many assent to him - and all these people are ardent fighters against vaccination, they are also guardians of warp engines, shouts that the Americans were not on the moon, supporters of world conspiracy theories and other nonsense.

In vain you criticize the article. The author has described in detail the caps made of aluminum foil, and one can offer reasonable hypotheses about the technology of their manufacture. A very useful thing: when the plate falls at the speed of light, it splashes, and those who were sitting in the plates wearing their hats are intact, and have not even snatched in all the years of research. I would not be surprised if they woke up and personally consulted the author when writing the article.

What a remarkable thing the film was on TV! Not even in cinemas. More precisely, in cinemas, he also walked, but I saw him on TV. On the first channel in 1983 !! I also remembered a couple of US-made sci-fi films that somehow got into the Soviet film distribution: Starman. Dir. John Carpenter. 1984 The Earthlings sent a message into space like "Brothers in Mind, let's get to know each other!" And when the brothers in mind flew in, the earthlings knocked them down with an air defense system. As a result, the "brother in mind" started an affair with the dugout while waiting for him to be evacuated. At this time, the FBI was hunting him. Chases, adventures, love and all that. In the end, everyone is alive and happy, which is not typical for Carpenter.) Enemy mine. Dir. Wolfgang Petersen. 1984 The film's slogan quite accurately characterizes the storyline: "They were taught to be enemies. They had to become friends. They dared to become brothers." The incomparable Denis Quaid in the title role.

Thanks for the poems, Dmitry! Romantic. Beasts - they are like people, all sorts of things meet - good, bad, smart, stupid. About "kind" dolphins, rescuing swimmers is known because dolphins saved them, but about those whom they drowned - there is no one to tell. However, dolphins are no more intelligent than dogs and cats. And that they have a big brain - so most of it is occupied by a sonar, which is vital for them - sometimes the transparency of the water is not God knows what, but you always want to eat. In the Ganges delta, there are generally blind dolphins, and they live well. The fact is that we, like other creatures, see with our brain - signals from receptors (ours are visual) come there, and the brain already presents everything in a form that is convenient for comprehension. Here we have an inverted image on the retina, but we see objects not inverted - the work of the brain. So in dolphins, even with their weak eyesight, multicolored pictures are created in the dolphin's head from the processing of ultrasonic signals.

I advise you to read the book "The World of Social Insects" by Vladlen Evgenievich Kipyatkov. And their civilizations are much older than ours!

And their civilizations are much older than ours!

First, a strict definition of civilization must be introduced and then applied to structured systems of various organisms. You will not call the operating system of a computer civilization, but there is also a hierarchy of commands there.

..... it is necessary to introduce a strict definition of civilization. .......

I didn't think about the definition of civilization, but maybe:
"" Civilization is a collective of intelligent subjects with a common life, upbringing, mutual assistance, and united by a common idea "" This is my version
And the definition of reason, or intellect, was given by Professor Stanislav Drobyshevsky:
"" Reason, or intelligence is the ability of a subject to solve non-standard problems in a non-standard way ""

It seems logical, although, I think, there is a generally accepted definition of civilization at the moment. It's like GOST, only in a different area of knowledge. May change, but infrequently. As there in the early Strugatskys about love - "A specific property of highly organized matter" (Midday XXII century).

        - _Irkmaan_! - hissed, as if spit out,.
        - Oh, you scum of the dragon! - I took a boxing stance, challenging me to hand-to-hand combat. - Come on, little dragon, come and take it yourself [a historical phrase, which, according to legend, defending the Thermopylae passage from the Persians, the Spartan king Leonidas uttered in response to the enemy's demand to surrender weapons: "Come and take it yourself"].

The discovery of the shape memory effect dates back to 1932, when the Swedish researcher Arne Olander first noticed this property in gold-cadmium alloys. The same effect was found in copper-zinc alloys in the early 1950s. Soviet metallurgists G.V. Kurdyumov and L.G. Khandros predicted in 1948, and in 1949 discovered an alloy based on aluminum bronze, endowed with the ability, after significant plastic deformations, to restore its original shape when heated to a certain temperature. In 1980, this invention was recognized as a discovery and became known as the Kurdyumov effect (The phenomenon of thermoelastic equilibrium during phase transformations of the martensitic type - the Kurdyumov effect. Discovery No. 239 of March 8, 1948 in terms of theoretical prediction of the phenomenon and March 17, 1949 in terms of experimental detection). In 1962, William Buehler, together with Frederick Wang, discovered a strong shape memory effect in a nickel-titanium-based alloy during research in a naval laboratory. Although the potential use of nitinol was immediately recognized, the real attempts to commercialize the alloy took place ten years later. This delay was due in large part to the extreme difficulty of melting, processing and processing the alloy.

The author, and this is what: The most mysterious and controversial artifact today is considered the "Roswell stone". This small dark brown stone, which is a convex triangle with rounded edges and a mysterious symbol on one of its faces, was found in 2004 in the desert near Roswell, New Mexico, and has been carved into an intricate composition. All the lines were so worked out that it seemed as if all the ledges naturally "grew" out of the stone. Experts began to study the artifact, but they could not figure out what technology allowed such a skillful drawing in hard stone. It turned out that even under a microscope, traces of any tool were not visible. But this is only part of the mysteries that Roswell Rock carries. Next, the researchers found out that it has strange magnetic properties. So, if you hold the magnet over it, it starts rotating clockwise or counterclockwise - depending on the location of the magnet. Moreover, the pivot points are the centers of the main elements of the stone design. These are circles and crescents that resemble images of lunar phases. More surprisingly, someone once discovered a striking similarity of images to those that were found in the UK in 1996 on one of the fields - the so-called circles.

We lost a little - the shots with the bell towers of churches and immediately the shots with the launching rocket looked especially insane. The author believed that the ancestors took the architecture from alien ships. At about the same time, I read a snide article (it seems, in "Knowledge-Power") that when analyzing all these "proofs" it turns out that the Earth was once visited by an interplanetary construction company for the transportation of weights - the Baalbek terrace, the Egyptian pyramids, etc. Other examples of "extraterrestrial intelligence" are somehow imperceptible.

    Zhitkur
Coordinates: N48 57.102 E46 15.822. You can drive across the steppe from almost any direction. The most convenient routes to Zhitkur are from Leninsk through Stepnoy or from Elton through Otgonny. More information ...

Behind the rows of barbed wire, through which current is passed, there are about a dozen large hangars. One of them contains the bodies of aliens. But the most interesting thing in Zhitkur is located underground in the northeastern part of the base, where the railway and automobile tunnels lead. There, in an underground bunker (with its own life support system), with the observance of all conceivable precautions, fragments and entire UFO structures are stored. In a 50-meter room, if you enter it from the side of the western wing gate, there are at least 5 such devices: on the left are two disc-shaped devices of the Sonneri civilization and the "sports model of a flying saucer" of the Tron-Sonneri EC (Sirius A - Sotis system), on the right, almost in the entire length of the room - a cigar-shaped UFO, and far in the corner - an aircraft-like device "Dolphin" from the Sirius system with an engine powered by a transuranic 115 element.

Guide: how to get to Zhitkur and what to see
Like other places located in the middle of the steppe, Zhitkur can be reached from almost any direction. We will tell you about the most convenient methods.

The first way is suitable for those traveling from Volgograd, Volzhsky or Astrakhan. To get to Zhitkur in this way, it is necessary to move along the Volzhsky-Astrakhan highway to the northeast immediately after Leninsk (N48 43.069 E45 13.717). Having arrived on the asphalt to Stepnoye (passing the Dawn), we turn to the steppe to the east (N48 55.174 E45 35.618) and move east. On the way we will meet an abandoned military unit (N48 53.853 E45 53.992). Soon we will leave for an intersection (N48 53.409 E45 59.699), after which the quality of the primer will most likely become much better. Moving along it to the northeast, you will soon reach Zhitkur.

Another way is successful for those who decide to visit Zhitkur, returning from Elton. In this case, it is necessary to go around the lakes from the south, a grader of quite decent quality goes to Otgonny (N48 59.954 E46 31.777). Further the road deteriorates (at least we did not find a good road), but when driving to the southwest, if necessary, bypassing the salt marshes, you will reach Zhitkur.
        hi
There is a military observation station near Zhitkur (N48 57.399 E46 15.622). In general, do not forget that the vast territories south of Zhitkur are a military training ground and civilians may have problems with movement there (i.e., you will most likely not be able to drive directly from Zhitkur to Kapustin Yar).

There is nothing special to see in Zhitkur: there is a monument to those killed by the White Guards (N48 57.101 E46 15.823), not far from it there is an abandoned cemetery (N48 57.163 E46 16.032).

Perhaps our report on the trip to Bulukhta and Elton through Zhitkur will be useful to you.

The logic in this story is vague (I'm talking about Roswell in general). On the field, the KK crashes - in an amazing way, it suffers this crash so that on the one hand it is not in a frank crumple (according to the eyewitnesses of the body, the whole body, the preserved shape, etc.), but at the same time the body manages to split, and scatters over the fields 100500 pieces of thin foil-type material. It can be played very nicely in film production - but in reality it is difficult to imagine. Either the object is soft-boiled, or there is a minimum of debris from it. By the way, claims that this "foil" had some kind of unique strength and properties are also doubtful, because if it had all these properties, there would be practically no debris in a relatively weak collision, those that would have been extremely small size - and at the immediate point of contact of the ship with the ground. But instead, we see a hefty bundle of foil that looks more like weather balloon material. It is thin, in places torn (as in the photo in this article), while it is quite wrinkled, which does not at all line up in an assumption about some of its extraterrestrial properties.

You don't believe in foil, but the soles of the slippers fell off when they threw them away. When a UFO crash occurs, the nlocks always discard their slippers. It is very likely that this particular aircraft, in my opinion, was made on a collective farm in China, from what came to hand. The Chinese home-builders have been supplying the entire Universe with flying machines for a long time, to order, what is needed and how much it will cost. At the same time, bad people reuse parts of those who have already crashed. There are no complaints about them. The dead never have a claim. At the same time, they do nothing for the Chinese army. Here is the true story of the last century. One Nazi who worked in a concentration camp had a tile in his shower. He rushed to the specialists, and they were already taken to the shower. He just had time to run up and put his foot in and did not let the door close. Shouts inside - are there any tilers here? One of the Moldovans comes out and says - I'm a foreman, what's the matter. You see, Mr. Brigadier, the tiles in the shower and bathroom have come off and need to be rearranged. The foreman is three gold marks per square meter. Maybe we'll agree on two. Brigadier - I said three. German, maybe for two and a half. The foreman - how stupid you are, he quickly took his leg.

Governments do not deny the existence of extraterrestrial life, as UFO sectarians badly wish. There is simply no reliable evidence of either its presence or its absence. Is it possible that the US found the broken "plate" and hid it? Yes, it is possible. But there is no evidence. All kinds of papers are just papers. Alloy? Hehe ...
There are dozens of alloys of completely terrestrial origin that cannot be repeated. Since our research methods cannot answer the questions that arise as the process of obtaining the alloy progresses. Even the exact composition is not always possible to calculate, not to mention how exactly the alloy is obtained.
To obtain an alloy, it is necessary to work out all stages of the process precisely. That is, the alloy must first be invented in the smallest detail! The same, even more so, applies to all kinds of electronics. It is born in the head of a scientist, and only therefore can it be embodied in metals and alloys ...

In short, people, I watched somewhere half a year ago one of the few remaining serious programs - "International Review". There they began to discuss the fact that again lovers of "plates" got out.
I mean, now are hard times, an epidemic, an economic crisis, people with a weak psyche are trying to find an explanation for the most complicated world around them so that they do not go crazy even more. Naturally, for people with a weak psyche, it is easier to find an explanation for a super-complex world order not by studying the super-complex laws of physics, mathematics and other not simple sciences, but to slip into one of the conspiracy theories.
And here you can slip into very "bad", "misanthropic" conspiracy theories like fascism, helpfully provided by various crooks trying to use these people.
And from the "plates" there is essentially no harm. Well, in the worst cases, a person is afraid of "aliens", he will not run with a knife from this, as in the case of other "bad" conspiracy theories.
Here state and tries help these unfortunate people, ordering propaganda in the form of articles, TV reports and other materials about "plates". States have done this before in times of crisis. This is where a series of articles under an anonymous author (an ordinary journalist) appeared on this resource. I have nothing against.
I would not like to interfere with the process, but something he does not go on this site. The people here with a strong psyche have gathered, the state order is stalled.
I would like to write to you, Victor, that you, from the position of an encyclopedist, which I respect, do not "redeem", that deliberate disinformation is sometimes extremely useful for everyone. Sometimes it is much better to lie, both from the point of view of the highest morality and humanity, than to tell the bitter truth. This is especially true in situations of illness and death.

(I would still believe in the Russian version of the discovery of such a technology, but it is doubtful that someone loitering around in an American military laboratory and violating fire safety rules.)
The author is not familiar with the history of science, nor with American history, nor with scientific / engineering approaches to research, either in the United States or in Russia or any other country. Does it make sense to read what the author "believed"? Doubtful.

"The discovery of the shape memory effect dates back to 1932, when the Swedish researcher Arne Olander was the first to notice this property in gold-cadmium alloys. Soviet metallurgists G. V. Kurdyumov and L. G. Khandros predicted in 1948, and in 1949 discovered an alloy on based on aluminum bronze, endowed with the ability after plastic deformation to restore its original shape when heated to a certain temperature. In 1980, this invention was recognized as a discovery and became known as the Kurdyumov effect: the phenomenon of thermoelastic equilibrium during phase transformations of the martensitic type (discovery No. 239 dated March 8, 1948 . in terms of theoretical prediction of the phenomenon and March 17, 1949 in terms of its experimental detection). In 1962, William Buhler, together with Frederick Wang, discovered the shape memory effect in an alloy based on nickel and titanium during research in a naval laboratory. "

Excellent article! good Down with the Ren-TV monopoly! good
If a UFO took place, then questions arise that are more interesting than the properties of intemetalides:
    1. How did they get here?
    2. For what purpose?
    3. How to ensure safety?
But, based on the materials presented, at least by the States, they are ruled by complete morons!
And the aliens are no better - fell? Crew and technology? Bullshit! Let's fly on! wassat

UFO stories are like this one:
Once Dunno was walking around the city and wandered into a field. There was not a soul around. At this time the May beetle was flying. He blindly ran into Dunno and hit him on the back of the head. Dunno rolled head over heels to the ground. The beetle flew away at the same moment and disappeared into the distance. Dunno jumped up, began to look around and see who hit him. But there was no one around.
"Who hit me?" Thought Dunno. "Maybe something fell from above?"
He lifted his head and looked up, but there was nothing at the top either. Only the sun shone brightly over Dunno's head.
"So, something fell on me from the sun," decided Dunno. "Probably, a piece of the sun came off and hit me on the head."

The first three points are bullshit. Heavy elements are unstable, the existence of an "island of stability" has not been confirmed, so that the unknown element (earthlings have already reached element 118) will decay before it arrives on Earth. What is this "extraterrestrial isotope ratio" on Earth? Stable isotopes exist on Earth, unstable ones will decay in space. Melting in zero gravity allows you to realize the most perverse fantasies of a metallurgist (you yourself can control the mixing of metals), so the first part of the third criterion is also not so hot.

This is all interesting, but there is one but "This material, inspired by the analysis of UFO debris, can control the speed of light, remember its original shape when deformed, and can make objects invisible."- With such" prospects ", this direction becomes an accumulator of the efforts of the entire state, it becomes a MEGA project, the best scientists rush to study UFO technologies, a lot of money is allocated. what the hell is going on ... in such a situation, the state is trying to understand what it is dealing with, whether other states have gained access to these technologies ... in general, pushing the whole thing piece by piece and in time is clearly not the path that the United States would have chosen, if they really had extraterrestrial debris. More like a US information company, where the recent UAP videos fit in, just to stir up various myths about "extraterrestrial technologies" somehow related to the US ... in fact, we should also think about such " stuffing "... to reveal a supposedly super-secret project of the USSR on an alleged" contact "or stir up a" contact "now somewhere in Siberia ... with a full set of adventures, a military alert around the district, fighters, workAir defense, special forces, blocking the area ... and then like a meteorite fell, nothing like that ..

Roswell is an episode of the Cold War, created to scare the USSR ...
“Make no mistake, Roswell happened. I have seen classified files that show that the government knew about it, but decided not to tell the public. "

Edgar Mitchell, Ph.D., Apollo 14 astronaut:

"I am fully convinced that the object that crashed near Roswell was composed of materials not common on Earth."
.... Has the astronaut seen the "secret files"? The astronaut, of course, must receive full instructions before flying into space, after all, after all, the "green" was soaked after all and then the bodies were abused ... therefore if a NASA Astronaut suddenly feels an extraterrestrial bayonet in his well ... he should know why he such a pleasure and knowing how to react

Once again I am convinced that "homo" he "sapiens" is rather arbitrary.
Predictably, most commentators compete with scoffing, not even trying to comprehend what they read. Indeed, why, they already "cognized the universe", they are smarter than anyone and nothing. And it's hard to think and draw new conclusions out of habit.
    Sad but predictable.
This is probably why humanity will not have a bright future.
Because the world is ruled by a handful of villains, and the rest have delegated their right to think to them. And no one cares that they are in fact slaves, and the nuts are tightened permanently.
Humanity is like that toad in a saucepan - it does not notice that the water is boiling.

We had it too. Only from the very beginning they honestly said that it was a plasmoid.
On January 29, 1986, in the area of the village of Dalnogorsk, Primorsky Territory, at about eight o'clock in the evening, local residents noticed a red ball flying in a northwest direction. The flight took place silently and parallel to the surface of the earth. Above the height of 611 this object made an unexpected "peck" and, according to the testimony of eyewitnesses, crashed into a rock ledge.
When it was possible to determine the speed of the object (about 15 meters per second) by local landmarks, this value came as a surprise to researchers. The fact is that such a low speed is not typical for either meteorites or fireballs ...
At the site of the collision of the ball with the rock, a glow appeared, comparable in brightness only with a flash during a short circuit on a high-voltage power line or electric welding. Moreover, the flash was not on the surface, but at a distance of 0,5 - 1 meter from it. At the same time, eyewitnesses of the phenomenon noted that the body rose and fell several times during combustion. Representatives of the research group who arrived soon at height 611 found traces of high-temperature impact on the soil, vegetation affected by unknown radiation and "samples": balls of lead, iron alloys and a "mesh". Six spots of magnetization of flint rocks were found at the crash site. But silicon is not a magnetic material.
Although, there were also those who dragged along alien technologies.
Of particular interest was the "mesh" - a complex carbonaceous material of unknown nature. Quartz filaments 17 microns thick were found in this sample. There is a gold wire inside such a thread. V. Vysotsky, Doctor of Chemistry from Vladivostok, who took part in her research, said: "Without a doubt, this is a sign of high technology, and not of natural or terrestrial origin."

    Well, why?

I’m wondering about one thing, if a UFO crashed to the ground, then why did the "extraterrestrial Emergencies Ministry" not arrive on Earth and "clean up" the trash after itself?
Well, the deceased, in theory, had to be taken and buried in an "alien" way.
It is obvious - the indifferent attitude towards its citizens and property.
Otherwise, we can assume that these were interplanetary "urkogans" who carefully covered their tracks, but something went wrong ...
