In general, who and where did it take that elections are needed in this country? If you look historically, then this stupidity in Russia is engaged very recently. Yes, in the old days there was some bawling at the veche, but who said that it was the case? And if the shouts at the veche are such a good thing, why, in the end, were the Vikings summoned to the board?

And under the Romanovs they did not indulge in such nonsense. No, in 1905 this Duma was stirred up, so did it end well? For the Romanovs, I mean. And for the Russian Empire? I would not say.

In the Soviet Union, many remember what the "elections" were. No, it's so beautiful, "vote for the candidates of the bloc of communists and non-party people!" One candidate for one constituency, okay.

Then this "democracy" began. That is, in fact, the competition was organized by all the same former communists and non-party people who want to live for five years at the expense of the people. The size of the feeder remained the same, and there were more people who wanted to drink from the heart, because there was less work.

And, by the way, who does not believe - look at the list of 450 "servants of the people" and figure out how many of them had a party card in their pockets at one time. The rest of the seats were finished off by all sorts of dancers, actors, athletes and other categories very close to the people and who understand all the problems of being an ordinary person.

And we are surprised that the State Duma invents one law more interesting than the other ... From the latter - to return the column "nationality" to the passport. Well, we have no more important task, right? I don't care about rising prices, inflation, unemployment and the massive outflow of people from small businesses, the main thing is to return the mark in the passport. She will immediately help to improve life.

But, actually, what to expect from such deputies? Those who have been in the Duma for five years only silently vote "for". It does not matter for what, it is important - how. "Per". No, it happens that a deputy will speak for two terms once. Like Tereshkova. Again, the question is how.

In general, elections in Russia are another attraction. Starting from the very first, when the deputies simply demonstrated their readiness to buy votes under the guise of "disinterested assistance to the population" (I participated in campaigns, so I know what I am talking about), to a simple purchase of votes closer to our time.

If there were fair elections in this country, then, perhaps, then, in the nineties. Then everything went on a knurled one.

And they got to where we have today. And today we no longer even have a circus, but a theater of the absurd.

Everyone understands that the EP must win in any way. There was no other way, the Duma, consisting of one party, was liked by everyone there. The eternal loafers and parasites (SR, LDPR, KPRF) can speak as much as they want, nothing depends on their words for five years, and therefore, in fact, it is not so important what they say there and what their opinion is. In mathematical terms, it can be neglected.

But in front of the whole world, it seems like the semblance of democracy has been observed. You can go on.

And then the sequel followed. Moreover, everything is very interestingly furnished, if we compare it with last year. Last year, they voted in the best traditions of the ancient centuries: on stumps, trash containers, window sills in shopping centers, and so on. There was a riot of democracy.

This year, of course, it would be necessary to surpass. United Russia has already held some mysterious Internet primaries and confidently announced 60% of the votes that the party will receive in September. It remains now to do everything so that no one doubts that everything is "honest", "open" and "transparent".

Therefore, they decided to remove the cameras of online broadcasts from polling stations. This is what Mrs. Pamfilova, the head of our most honest Central Election Commission, ordered.

According to Pamfilova, there is absolutely no need for an average person to watch the most honest and transparent elections on the planet. Unparalleled in the world, so to speak, in terms of honesty.

The fact that Putin just ten years ago, in 2011, ordered the installation of cameras at all polling stations so that no one in the world doubts that everything is in order in Russia with the elections, Pamfilova is not embarrassed by the word “absolutely”. Nothing bothers her at all, but what to take from a person who can't even count?

So, Putin ordered to put cameras and broadcast online all over the world. Let the whole world, if it needs it, look after how beautiful everything is with us.

The world, by the way, appreciated.

And now that's it, Mrs. Pamfilova is closing the shop. There is nothing, you know, to look at how everything is correct with us, you just have to believe. And the CEC will save money. But we will talk about money separately, everything is not entirely clear here, except that Pamfilova's arithmetic is very bad.

Do we judge and count?

Cameras have already been purchased and installed. The wires are stretched. The providers are connected. Where are the savings? Well, if only the precinct workers themselves did not plunder the cameras, because in theory, after the elections, the camera had to be removed, put in a box and kept until the next election. The costs of these actions are, of course, enormous.

Where are the savings? Paying for the Internet? Yes, great savings considering how much traffic in the country costs.

Here, obviously, the point is quite different.

What can cameras show that no one needs to see? Well, first of all, stuffing. Although, as practice has shown, Mrs. Pamfilova does not see the records in which the employees of the polling stations across the country stuff the bundles of “correct” ballots into the ballot boxes. Well, he doesn't see, that's all. And the prosecutor's office does not see. After all, there were hundreds (if not thousands) of appeals on this matter, and here it is interesting - no violations were found.

The insolence with which the stuffing was done under the cameras only says that the ballots were definitely not for Grudinin.

Is it necessary to give such materials into the hands of the opponents of the United Russia? Of course not. It is clear that the question is not how they will vote, but how they will count. And here I have a "second".
Secondly, cameras may not show anything. Empty lots. No, of course, a certain part of our population will probably go to the polling stations. But the fact that it will not be 60, 50 or even 40% is a fact. I predict that the electorate, muzzled by "self-care", will simply not vote in such numbers this year.

I made an express survey among my friends and relatives. About forty people in total, then it became not interesting. Zyuganov will receive 2 (Two) votes, Zhirinovsky 3 (Three). Everything, the rest is simply not interested.

Perhaps the figures for the country as a whole will be different, but it is a fact: the elections will be painted. Therefore, it is necessary to remove the very possibility of making sure that a sufficient number of people will not come to the sites.

Here everything is simple and transparent. There will be no broadcast, they said that every second resident of Russia came - prove that it is not so.

No, in general, Vladimir Vladimirovich was unrealistically confident in himself when he gave such an order to start online broadcasts. And, as practice has shown, the confidence was reasonable. Apparently, "other times have come." And no one needs transparency. This does not mean the electorate, of course.

Well, it means that the decision to paint an "honest and confident" victory for the EP was made at the very top.

But why should this be presented under the guise of another concern for the electorate? About cost savings? Pamfilova does not know how to count, because last year, without savings and with online broadcasting, the elections cost the budget 10,3 billion rubles. This year, Pamfilova announced the costs of 16,6 billion. And if we take everything that is allocated for the Duma circus, then together with the payment of budgets to candidates, anti-coronavirus dances and everything else, the figure (Rossiyskaya Gazeta published) costs will amount to 21 billion and 408 million rubles. Of these, for the elections themselves, yes, 16,6 billion.

And where is the savings? Or if there was a broadcast, the elections would have risen in price by 10 billion, not 6?

I agree that the expression of will, which does not exist, is a little expensive.

And here a number of questions arise. Is the circus worth so much to simulate elections that have no choice? Duma elections, in which no party can win, except for United Russia? Presidential elections that are held on an uncontested basis?

Sorry, but this is a very expensive show out of our pocket. I will translate now.

The 2021 State Duma elections that are not elections are more than 70 tanks T-90MS. Or 10 new Su-35s. This is if expressed in understandable things.

That is, 10 new planes will not even be assembled because it is necessary to pretend that 450 people will have the right to materialize their worst thoughts as bills and receive huge sums of money for this. Half a million rubles a month.

No, there is something to fight for, right? Half a million a month, not counting lobbying bonuses, and you don't have to go to work every day - well, that's a fairy tale!

But why should this fairy tale cost so much if everything has already been decided?

Let me give you an example with governors. They are sometimes elected, then appointed, then again elected. If you take the example of my region, then for the entire time of Russian statehood, the appointed disgraced Minister of Agriculture Gordeev has become the only normal governor. Yes, he went against President Medvedev about joining the WTO and was removed. And Prime Minister Putin put him to govern in Voronezh.

It turned out quite by the way. It was not the local governor with connections in Moscow that greatly influenced the life of the city for the better. Everyone recognized this. And then Gordeev was taken to Moscow as deputy prime minister, and a local was elected in his place. Well, everything goes like a blueprint, as in Moscow.

Attention, the question: what is the difference between an elected and an appointed governor (mayor), if this does not affect efficiency in any way, and the appointed one costs much less?

If the Kremlin has decided to draw the United Russia elections, why spend so much money on decorating this circus? Isn't it easier to play for seats in the Duma with the help of a lottery drum or a random number generator? This will not affect the effectiveness of the Duma either, the same gentlemen have been sitting there for years.

So the point is throwing away billions? Almost a full tank regiment, almost a squadron of fighters - and all for what? For a bunch of people to simply live deliciously for five years, imitating serving the people? It is illogical and costly.

Appoint, choose behind the scenes, hold fights without rules between candidates (just a joke, but I would have looked), but whatever. And no problems, no need to throw in packs of "correct" ballots, no need to force people to make a deal with their conscience, no need to hide polling stations from the whole world, to which no one came.

The same is with the presidential elections. What is the point of arranging this circus around uncontested elections without choice as such? Let's admit that in 146 million Russia there simply cannot be found another person who can compete with Putin. Well, there is none. And why then waste money on all this? Show that allegedly "the people support"? Why all this, on the free Internet you can read enough about the opinion of the people about elections, "crooked squiggles" and other expensive nonsense.

By the way, how historical example: well, the Romanovs were sitting for 300 years, they somehow ruled Russia and did not arrange all these shows. More precisely, as one emperor arranged, gave slack, so the finish came to everything. I'm not exactly a monarchist, but if so, then why all this? Show the world that everything is beautiful and democratic here?

Yes, the world seems to be already in the know. And he formed his opinion. And the attitude too. Especially after the last presidential elections.

Maybe you really shouldn't?

They took the list of applicants, struck out from it the evergreens Zhirinovsky, Zyuganov, Mironov, Yavlinsky. Those who could vote for like Navalny and Grudinin were not allowed in advance. We looked at Suraikin and Titov (Sobchak will definitely not go anymore, I'm sure) and concluded that Putin has no competitors. Well, no - why break a comedy and spend money?

Automatically prolonged for the next term. And no one is offended, and no one is humiliated. And everything is clear to the country, there is no alternative. But there is a tank regiment for the money saved. Or a squadron of new fighters.

And these democracies ... But what difference does it make what they say there? Or what will they think? Will the sanctions decrease from this? No. Will they be canceled? Also no. Was it washed away on nah look there? Also no.

Actually, we have been pushed there for a long time, in the Middle Ages, when there was a tsar-father and a boyar Duma. There is a Duma with the boyars, some will sit there for life. Tsar ... well, if the cost of changing the president into a tsar is a tank division, then why not?

All the same, it will not be more honest and more correct, this is understandable. And it became clear precisely after the 2018 elections, when the video cameras regularly recorded the stuffing, the results were canceled, but the Investigative Committee did not initiate a single case and not a single perpetrator was punished. Everything is clear and understandable.

And since everything is clear and understandable, then give the country better, instead of an indistinct circus called "democratic elections", for the money actually saved, intelligible tanks, planes and ships. And as in the old days, the tank column "CEC - Army of Russia". Or the corvette "People's Choice of Russia".

But Pamfilova will have to be fired, since she cannot count.

to conduct fights without rules between candidates (just kidding, but I would look)
Volfych is no longer a cake, otherwise he would have supported the idea, do not go to grandma
But there is a tank regiment for the money saved. Or a squadron of new fighters
Oh, doubts plague me. They'll drink it, give it a drink, drink this saved money
But seriously, even grandfather Lenin said that the bourgeoisie will not give power to the people through any elections. But to cancel the elections or to score on them (which, in a sense, is equivalent) is still wrong, IMHO. Anyway, but the people's "fi" still gets through to the authorities. Therefore, it is necessary to go (as for me, then against the EP, of course). And if they draw the desired result ... Well, here, in the Far East, my acquaintances clearly mature the opinion that in this case "something will happen." No, well, really - one day people will get tired of such a circus with horses. And then the calm, albeit many thousands, rallies a la Khabarovsk last year, the matter may not be limited. All the more so as these, the upper ones, throw some awesome "joy" to the people every week, over and over again increasing the level of people's love for themselves. So it won't take long to bend the stick.

My first job at a design institute was to calculate the need for stacker cranes in the workshop of an electromechanical plant in Podolsk. I found out that this planned demand was overestimated every 20-100 times. However, no one agreed to reduce their number in the project. They were very beautifully shaded with pencils on the layout and delighted the ministerial worker who accepted the project with their appearance. And an attempt to change the planned economy or declare that the general line of the State Planning Commission was wrong and an indication of the incompetence of the leading engineer and the head of the department could lead to accusations of anti-Sovietism. In principle, elections are designed to weed out unsuitable characters from power. The loss of voters' confidence in the pro-Putin parliament only suggests that Putin's entourage is incapable of ridding their ranks of idlers and fools. And the voters intend to simply pour fresh blood into the power structures. Otherwise, mediocrity will think of buying yachts and villas on the Cote d'Azur instead of tanks, as it was in the 1990s.

          1. Elections are organized for "Western partners" to be legitimate in their eyes. To conclude international agreements, in order to be a legal seller of goods and services.
          2. If you criticize United Russia SO, then EDRO, after September 19, when it will receive a constitutional majority, and it will receive, will go berserk even more and it will tighten the screws in such a way that it will not seem to the few Russian people.
          3. The election process is methodical and requires a positive consensus from stakeholder groups - who organize political parties. So, everyone is eager to yell from their corner, but to come to a party meeting of a legal party with a positive agenda - there is no one, only sofa critics.

I can’t shake the feeling that they don’t give a damn about criticism for a long time. Until people take to the streets, the authorities don't give a damn about all this kitchen talk.

What does the illusion have to do with it? After the presidential elections in 2018, for example, or last year's "zeroing" of the Constitution, neither I, nor the West, nor anyone else saw disaffected and protesters. According to their logic, a deceived or robbed person, by virtue of the presence of will and intellect, goes out into the street and makes you boil. It is not customary for us, the maximum is to stand on your knees at the master's house.
I can’t shake the feeling that they don’t give a damn about criticism for a long time. Until people take to the streets, the authorities don't give a damn about all this kitchen talk.

That's right, YEDRO consists of those few people who do not give a damn about themselves and their lives, who actively defend their rights and hold power with iron hands. What should be their attitude towards the weak-willed majority? Respect or what?
And what's the point if the same Mrs. Pamfilova can delete this party from the lists with one careless gesture? Just so that it does not loom in the eyes.

I am more than sure that in their assessments they still make allowances for our local mentality. The rest is public work. When necessary - they see violations of human rights, freedoms and other things, when not necessary - everything is fine even with the most "tyrannical" regimes.

And that doesn't matter. It is only important whether this party has a chance to bite off votes from the most correct one or not. From this point of view, a positive agenda is even more dangerous; for those who are inadequate, to whom only to seize, and so no one especially will vote.

When did white people care about the affairs of the natives? The formalities are met, let the local cannibals continue to devour the people.

Ha, don't you think that in France, England, Germany and the United States, democracy or their swindlers are more honest than ours, then I will reveal a secret, everything is the same everywhere, democracy is just a value raised to the absolute or a fairy tale for the readership.

You are absolutely right. But, oh, that's but! NOBODY and NEVER will pass through the registration barrier with a positive (not reflecting the interests of the ruling class) program. There was such a party (maybe there is now) of the Air Defense - the Great Fatherland Party. Now it seems that only movement remains. So, a long-term "game by the rules", that is, according to the law: the registration of candidates, the election campaign and other approvals from officials, ALWAYS turned out to be a refusal, on completely legal grounds. And the party's program, not in the interests of the hiding class, but V.V. Putin, has always been supported. The leader of the party, NV Starikov, even met with him, after which the party stopped "playing in elections." It's simple - CAPITALISM! And everything negative that is attached to it. The right people will ALWAYS win the elections. Pamfilov's rights, well, this semblance of honesty. And so everything is fair, they agreed between the two. I think that the decision was agreed at the very top. Therefore, I do not understand the author's "sincere" surprise and indignation at this lawlessness. This is inherent in the SYSTEM. It's just that, at the present time, the system has decided - stop acting like a fool. That's all.

            1. Monarchies of the Middle East without any elections are extremely legitimate in the eyes of our "Western partners". But for example Belarus, despite the elections, is extremely illegitimate. And all because the matter is not at all about the elections.
            2. This is a double-edged task; sooner or later it breaks the thread.
            3. In order not to write such idealistic thoughts, it is enough to read the classics of Marxism (and not only them), they perfectly explained why no positive agenda will pass through legal parties. Although in my opinion this should be clear.

As for tightening the screws, I recall an example at the end of the Soviet regime. The enterprise, which spread the USSR for the manufacture of unnecessary stackers in an amount more than 100 times higher than the needs of the industry, had an experimental production in Noginsk. There, the workers, on their own outside working hours, made a playground for the children at their own expense. But at some point they needed scarce materials and they sent them to the regional party committee for the help of the senior initiative group. There, word for word, and instead of helping the participants of the subbotnik, the district committee employees of the initiator in organizing the communist subbotnik were sent to a psychiatric hospital for compulsory treatment. The government is now even losing control over the medical structures of the Ministry of Defense. A health worker on duty, instead of immediately referring his child to treatment for covid, has been collecting folk remedies for the common cold and experimenting with his son for a week. When a doctor in a military hospital has a 30 day treatment for covid, a smear on covid is sent to the patient not by the employees of a specialized brigade, but by an outside nurse who, when taking a smear, practically does not touch the mucous membranes with a test probe. But she knows when the patient started the bill and that by order of the ministry, patients with covid should be discharged exactly one month later. Therefore, now in Russia 700 people die from covid per day, which is commensurate with the number of deaths from covid in Vietnam for the entire six-month epidemic. And how long will medicine withstand such management? In retirement, my acquaintances from the National Guard, for example, fled to live in Turkey and there they remember their service and their youth as not an easy time. And when even Mishustin, with his instructions, cannot organize the successful treatment of the relatives of his friends, then there will be no one to tighten the screws.

Tank Regiment named after "Saved Money"

Oh, this Roman. He's always all about money, but about money. Sometimes the suspicion even creeps in that in fact, under the guise of Roman Skomorokhov, Alexei Leonidovich Kudrin is masterfully hiding - so much they both have in common concern for the balance between income and expense. In the meantime, is it worth it to be so sad about the nuances of monetary policy? As the current head of the Khabarovsk Territory recently correctly made a reservation (just according to Freud): there is no money from the people for a long time - there is budget money. Do you feel the difference? And she is like that gopher. Neither the people nor the army will live better because the country will not hold elections and save a measly 16 billion. According to the Central Bank, as of July 16.07.2021, 591, the country has more than 745 billion US dollars in cubes (https://cbr.ru/hd_base/mrrf/mrrf_m/) for this money, no kidding, you can carry out a second industrialization, but the products in stores, prices have risen and continue to rise, because this money does not work, but lies as a deposit. Yes, with these funds, they carry out certain financial transactions, the exhaust from which only a handful of pro-government speculators feel, while their own population continues to be impoverished. Not the entire population is a fact: the rich are getting richer, the poor are getting poorer. So if there is a need for savings? Or is Roman trite that the citizens of Medvedev, Golikova and Nabiulina never run out of material for golden parachutes?

Meanwhile, elections perform several important social functions: firstly, they are one of the most powerful social lifts, and secondly, today elections, regardless of whether they work or not, are the only legal mechanism for rotating and purging the political elite ( It's not 37th year in our country, right?), thirdly, in the context of the usurpation of the mass media by the political elite, elections are the only effective channel of communication between the government and society, much more effective than the direct lines of the president. And all this Roman proposes to abolish? A reasonable question arises: who does Roman really work for, whom does he really care about and care about?

By God there are a few more such articles, I will spit on my confidentiality and publish my work on neo-feudalism, so that everyone understands what such savings lead to.

Such savings will lead to exactly one tank regiment. But if you do not save on THESE elections and change the government, plant those who steal from time to time, then this will lead to the possibility of the formation of several tank armies, a new oceanic fleet, a worthy pension in 55-60 years, an advanced economy, cheap gasoline, our flag at the Olympics, good medicine, restoration of the union, etc., etc.

Everything is done differently there. Balloons are thrown in ballot boxes, where there are no observers, for those who are registered and do not live in the village. In the village, where 30% of houses are empty, 95% of the population votes.))))) When the votes are counted, this can be seen in relation to the stationary ballot box, where the observer has always been.

        Similarly.
But, with all due respect to Roman for his activity, there are many letters in the article, but there is no answer what to do, what to do.
One famous politician, a great lover of Armenian brandy, Dvin, spoke better and much more briefly about the shortcomings of crap and elections.
Say, Mura is all, but nothing better, they say, did not come up with ... request
Probably, everything is so, probably, it is not easy what to improve, but, "we must strive for this."
In particular, of course, I may be wrong, but the basic principle of democracy can be the postulate that a voter, at least a little, should personally know the qualities of his deputy.
And this entails an indirect voting system, the abolition of the Vikings from the side, etc.
        1. +5

The strength (benefit) of real elections is that even the very possibility (not necessarily a change, but simply the possibility of a change) of power (deputy, mayor, governor, president) already gives the people a serious influence on the work of power. Here sits someone permanent and turns back what he wants. And if he knows that in a couple of years there is a chance that another will come to his place and (without even thinking about the people, but purely for his own excuse to the voters) will loudly ask “oh, what has it done here before me? they left it. Here are the scoundrels, now I can’t shake up these two terms. But don’t they deserve a fair trial? " and immediately the way of thinking and acting changes.
And when thousands of elected people all over the country pass through such a sieve, then of them, over time, experienced and responsible people appear (at least from those who had the brains and patience not to openly substitute themselves).

In theory, of course it is. Real elections, replacement of the negligent with the good.
But ... this has happened more than once.
The problem is that an ordinary citizen, very often, is simply not able to figure it out. There are countless examples of this.
Instead of the "rotten party bosses" they chose funny people's deputies before the collapse of the union, they also chose "non-system" ones, according to the principle they are for the people, against bad authorities; in fact, they turned out to be thieves who used their populist slogans. And not just with us. In fact, Ze's clown turned out to be worse than Poroshenko, who turned out to be inappropriate. And the "windy and godless French women" achieved the departure of de Gaulle, who would probably do the most for France in the 20th century.
After all, the power should change for the better, and if the change is for the worse, then this change itself loses its meaning.
Many citizens are aware of their inability to understand and simply do not go to vote.
Therefore, universal, direct suffrage will always be a field of manipulation.
The higher the level of development of a particular people (electorate), that is, there is a developed civil society, the better the election result will be, but for now we have what we have.

It must be done as in the USSR. Constantly in Moscow, only committees and commissions worked in the Supreme Council, and ordinary deputies worked at their constituency at their workplaces and came to sessions once a year. For which they received travel and travel allowances. In the intervals between sessions, a reception was held on the spot. I am sure that after such a reform, the number of those wishing to be elected will greatly decrease. By the way, in the USSR, deputies received a salary at their main job + a bonus for being a deputy.

The voting process at the border guards under the USSR was no different from the standard voting of the rest of the military:
“Take a pink leaf, fold it in half, throw it into the trash can and run to the exit. The main thing is everything is fast, fast " smile
But civilians then went to their polling stations with pleasure. There the music played, and all sorts of different sweets could be bought. We conscripts envied them.

As for the speed of voting, in the cadet years, I agree.
It was announced in advance that the first voters would receive dismissal to the city and, as a result, a real crush during the voting. For whom they voted, no one knew, as a rule: a noble machine operator (milkmaid), a marshal (general), twice Hero of Social Labor and other respected people, if in local bodies, then the candidates for deputies were more modest. they chose, it was unknown, but nobody was interested in it, the main thing was to quickly throw the ballot into the ballot box so that they would be left behind.
So, it was ......... running to the elections, and not running to the exit, as you said. It was allowed from the elections, and this was in Soviet times, to go waddly, that is, even in those days there was a kind of democracy ...

By the way, in the USSR, deputies received a salary at their main job + a bonus for being a deputy.

God be with you. What is the premium for a deputy? In my life in the late 80s I had such an experience of being a district deputy. They did not go to any sessions either to Ashgabat, let alone Moscow. All work only in its own rural area. Except for hemorrhoids and hellish overvoltage in the service - nothing. When the next year they wanted to be re-elected, to the displeasure of the management of the PO, he barely got out smile
Soviet deputies had the status of public figures, so they could count on receiving salaries only at the main place of employment. The exception was made by the people's representatives, who were temporarily released from their main job, but in this case they did not receive a salary at their main job, only length of service was considered. And the deputy's salary was then in Turkmenistan, EMNIP, something in the region of 150-200 rubles. But I myself did not know such.

In fact, the strange achievement of democracy is these modern elections. If we compare it with the Novgorod veche, then I would say that the veche, in my opinion, is a smarter approach to state management. Most of the citizens of most countries are ordinary people who do not particularly delve into the intricacies of politics. How is it in the TV version of "Kings and Cabbage", what was promised to the voters? One presidential candidate from Anchuria promised a gramophone to each house, and the other a shower, the people were simply torn between the two candidates, or rather their promises.
The majority of the population is not sufficiently educated to resolve any issues in politics, economics, jurisprudence, but we give them an equal right to influence these decisions. It would be strange to see democracy in a country with 80% illiteracy, but with equal voting rights for all adult citizens, I'm talking about Russia at the beginning of the 20th century. And the Novgorod veche, with its electors from representatives of different classes and crafts, looks like a more rational body of government than modern ones, which are elected by everyone who has reached the voting age. I consider such a system to be vicious and beneficial only to those who promise "gramophones" or "shower". An honored professor and an ordinary degrading alcoholic or even just an inveterate criminal have the same right to choose.

And who hired? The screamer is just a loudspeaker, well, there were no microphones and amplifiers then. Well, an alcoholic would not have been allowed to the veche, there were representatives from different groups of the population, not the whole city gathered on Sofia Square, but only the most worthy in those terms. It is now an alcoholic who has equal suffrage with a professor, about which I wrote.

it is now an alcoholic who has equal suffrage with a professor,
you see, nothing has changed in the last few thousand years. The world is still divided into aristocrats, demos and plebs. But the aristocracy is now financial. Moreover, if an aristocrat goes to the polls. he will always be "chosen". Demos can vote, and if he wants to be elected, he must unite in parties. Plebs was also "equated" with the demos, in any case, anyone can vote. But that's all.
Unfortunately, many do not seem to have noticed that the Soviet Union is long gone. But many still talk about some kind of servants of the people. In essence, the elections are political masturbation, no one got anything, but everyone is satisfied.

In fact, the elections are political masturbation, no one got anything, but everyone is satisfied

And I mean, even the democracy of the Middle Ages differs little from the modern "elections". The most perfect system of public self-government is the system of referendums in Switzerland. Governance has historically developed there, but education has been available there since the Middle Ages, so, for example, the Swiss refused to pay everyone in a referendum ... it would not work for us, lovers of handouts. And there people, having weighed all the pros and cons, made the appropriate choice. There you can entrust the decision to the citizens.

Elections are needed! Another thing is that those who want to win the elections must first of all choose and determine in what way they propose to the people to lead Russia. Otherwise, at the May 9 parade, Putin speaks against the background of the disguised Lenin Mausoleum, and at the naval parade, Putin speaks against the background of the monument to Peter the Great. But nothing accidental happens to such people, then it is necessary to explain to the people that I am a hostage or even an accomplice of liberal-democrats, but I myself dream of Russia in the status of an Empire, with it as the ruling Emperor! Perhaps Putin is trying to strengthen the country's forces so that his successor after Putin could boldly tell the World that I will lead Russia along the path of the Empire. After all, Russia used to be so strong that, without the knowledge of the Russian Tsar, not a single cannon in Europe fired, and Europe itself waited for the Russian Tsar to fish. But the main question arises - who are today's Peter the First, Menshikovs and Leforts, who are capable of the country and power to put on the Imperial model of state and power? Who could be Mironov, Zyuganov or Grudinin? Or Zhirinovsky and Volodin? God forbid! I was immensely surprised last week to see Zyuganov's interview with Tina Kandelaki on RTVi, which is a television nest of Russian haters, controlled by Venediktov Echo of Moscow. I will say that I have not heard such a balabol even among political officers in the Brezhnev era. And the Communist Party, if it wants to lead the people after itself, now needs not the Brezhnev political commissars, but the political instructors of the Second World War and the commissars of the times of the Civil War. Just compare the commissars of the Civil War and political instructors of the Second World War with the political commissars of the Khrushchev-Brezhnev times, and you will understand who is now not even close to be allowed to power. Well, Kandelaki izgalyatsya over Zyuganov as best she could, and he contentedly portrayed himself as the Emperor! But what kind of Emperor is he, if he came to speak in the nest of Russophobes and in the lair of Russia's enemies, with the hope that he can lure someone out of this den to vote for him and for his today's party of today's communists. However, the same balabols are in the leadership of the United Russia, with the exception of Shoigu and his associates ... By the way, when we talk about the further Imperial path of Russia, no one is talking specifically about the Romanov Empire. The Stalinist USSR was also an Empire. Red Empire. But Lenin's Mausoleum closes at the parade and the portraits of Stalin are hidden, but against the background of the monument to Emperor Peter the Great, he appears at the parade ... So on which Imperial path will Putin's successor lead Russia ...?

Under the USSR, the enemies of the communists squealed "we want freedom of speech and democracy." After their capture of the USSR, they proved that they fiercely hate dissidents and democracy. Their current informational background regarding their September elections is to poison the Communist Party of the Russian Federation and Grudinin, and they seem to have no other political parties claiming seats in the State Duma, including United Russia. But they do not understand that this only increases the importance of the Communist Party, admit that it is a real alternative to the party in power.

If I am not mistaken, the composition of the 4th, as well as the 2nd and 3rd thought included the RSDLP without the letter "b" in brackets, i.e. there were both the Martovites and the Leninists, that is, we are talking about a period when the dominant vector of the socialist movement has not yet been determined (i.e., one current has not yet completely absorbed the second). Again, pay attention to the RSDPR itself, there were more Bolsheviks, forgive the tautology than Mensheviks, but in the Duma it was the opposite - just the less numerous, but also not so radical-minded, Menshevik faction had more seats, which hints at the conceptual difference in the approaches of these two factions.

It literally means part of something, in this case the party of the RSDPR, not the RSDPR (b), although I do not exclude that the individuals you listed were both there and there. Yes, the factions had a certain degree of autonomy and had the opportunity to make independent decisions, but often the environment itself pushed them to act in a consolidated manner.
For a better understanding - I am not a supporter of the approach that assumes that the RSDPR (b) during these years was a kind of completely different and independent from the entire socialist movement of education. On the contrary, how strongly the two currents influenced each other demonstrates their close cohesion, which can be finally broken only during the Revolution.

At the moment, the lists of candidates for deputies have already been formed by the bourgeoisie, and among them there are no those who were nominated by the common people. We again have to choose from those whom they will offer us.

So what's the point of breaking spears on forums and hitting each other's faces in squares under the slogan: “For fair elections?” If we haven't hit a finger to nominate our deputy?

The answer is none. those who were pushed in by the bourgeoisie will work for the interests of the bourgeois, regardless of who we vote for, but the people would have nominated, from the labor collective, they would have worked for us. It would be possible to beat the muzzle for him, but so - there is no point at all.

Article in the topic, elections soon. I do not agree about the elections in the USSR, otherwise the author is right. Under the Soviet Union, elections to local councils were much more transparent than they are now. Candidates, many were from work collectives and hard workers knew well who to nominate, and what this or that person represents. If a person is a shit, then they could easily be given a ride, and some pressure did not help. After the events of October 93, a show called elections began to take place in the country. In my memory, the current government has always wanted to be legitimate and have a majority. From there "Just Cause" which the people immediately called, not right "Our Home Russia" which was altered into "Their Home Russia". Plus LDPR Zhirinovsky, who showed his essence when voting, only raising the question of Yeltsin's impeachment. You can't remember the rest of them. Some kind of businessman Prokhorov and his party, Yavlinsky with his "Apple", Rogozin roofing felts with "Motherland or Fatherland." Voted for the Communist Party, believing that Zyuganov led the party in a difficult moment in 91-93, thereby saving it. But after the failure of the election campaign of 96, when the power rolled right into his hands, he needed only decisiveness and willpower, to go to the end, neither one nor the other, he did not have. Power quickly pulled out of the storerooms, General Lebed and his party , with such a loud name "Honor and Homeland" which he did not have in 91. And that's it, Zyuganov baked, began to babble about the stolen voices, and other crap, it sickening to listen. I decided for myself, everything is good, only against everyone. New people are needed who have not tainted themselves in any dealings with the existing government. But what happened !? As soon as the authorities calculated how many votes were against all, they immediately removed this column from the ballot papers. Everything, do not vote, you will still get ........ You have to vote with your feet. When polling stations are empty, it is not possible to conduct elections in the right direction.

There is no need to act as a lawyer for Zyuganov. At a crucial moment, you need to have determination, to bring the matter to the end. Zyuganov is not the leader who will lead the masses. If he had been in the 17th year, the thief would not have happened. You do not want to remember what happened in the country in the 96th year. The country was literally seething. Predatory privatization, rampant crime, all sorts of Chubaisy Berezovsky, and so on. He destroyed everything. The war in Chechnya weakened the Armed Forces, and the mediocre leadership of them with the betrayal of the army. Basayev's raid, and the complete helplessness of the authorities. At the same time, the majority remembered how they lived in the Union. There were still primary party organizations. Yeltsin is in a coma, the country is ruled by some suspicious person, the army and the Ministry of Internal Affairs are dissatisfied with the course of the war in Chechnya. All the prerequisites for the takeover of power by the Communist Party. It is necessary to withdraw the people, to demand on the ground that Yeltsin's victory be denied, to carry out all the actions that are being carried out now during the color revolutions. And everything would have worked out. But Zyuganov's indecision was ruined by everything. And who is to blame?

Moreover, it is desirable that this past be recent. The people can only choose from the "offered" options. But as the "proposed" options can be both candidates from the oligarchs you mentioned, and self-nominated from the people (please do not confuse the definitions "from the people" and "from the people"). And the choice is up to the people.
PS Personally, I am of the opinion that the electoral system can play a useful role exclusively at the grassroots level, at the level where everyone knows each and every one. And on the scale of "large numbers", the electoral system is only useful as an exception.

And the Lord God is interested in what stupidity humanity will reach in this pursuit. Let Satan work. And there it will be seen. Now they are rubbing into our ears that there are no identical people in nature. It is clear where they bend. No doubt about it. But in a civil sense, all people are the same. Why such talk? Yes, in order to infringe on the courts, in the life of ordinary people. We are weaving with an American trap on one foot, and a poorly managed economy on the other. It is understandable, because it was assumed that everyone in the Union was already working people. But as the experience of the 86th showed, they got excited. In fact, all Russian monarchs from the Romanov dynasty passed the Rite of Election (except for Fedor II, only Peter the Great with his law "On succession to the throne" stopped the practice). And it all began in general with Fyodor the Blessed, but here they argue, because it is not clear whether there was a Cathedral - or not. But the election was definitely, because the Terrible did not leave a will. This is if not to talk about Godunov, Shuisky, Mikhail Romanov. But the Councils, of course, are not the Duma. But why?

It's simple - potential. No matter how paradoxical it may sound now, when the party is in stagnation, the potential of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation is many times greater than the potential of the same Navalny. Zyuganov is not eternal. With a high degree of probability, after him, the party can be headed by if not Grudinin, then Rashkin, to negotiate with whom it will be much more difficult, since in contrast to Zyuganov, these are people with ambitions that go far beyond the simple desks of leaders. In addition, the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, despite all the discrepancies between the declared slogans and real practice, is still the bearer of the communist ideology. In many ways, castrated and emaciated, but still a powerful idea, which is the only real alternative to the current state of affairs. In authoritarian political systems, the presence of such an alternative is always a challenge, it is always an encroachment on power, and therefore any hint of variability is nipped in the bud. That is why the Kremlin ideologists have a strong desire to remove the KPRF from the honorable second place.

By the way, about the removal of Grudinin and Bondarenko. Even this moment is used by the party to get certain dividends, since Such a biased attitude on the part of the authorities shows that the party is still being positioned as a real threat to the current government. Another point is that the presence of the surname Grudinin on the list could have brought much more votes than the recent demarche of Elochka the Ogre-Eater, but nevertheless the party did not remain in the red. Against this background, Zyuganich's somewhat amorphous position on this issue becomes quite understandable and obvious - he has already achieved his goal in any case: he has shown that he has figures that could change the balance of power, but which he is ready to sacrifice in order to maintain the current status quo.

It is possible to climb even further into the depths of the centuries, for example, to call on the new "Rurik" ...

The so-called political processes in the Subject of the Russian Federation, at the regional level, are a reflection of the federal level. Local residents, knowing well the local deputy corps, representatives of the executive power, their "biographies" and "labor exploits", transfer their attitude to the federal center. Local intrigues, lobbying for business interests, distribution of seats in legislative assemblies or administrations (ministries) are well known to local residents, the attitude of citizens is very negative (to put it mildly).

Therefore, the cameras of online broadcasts from polling stations decided to remove
    - it is not, the cameras will remain. Maybe there will be fewer of them, but maybe there won't be.

    There will be no broadcast
    - this is also not so. Will be:
The broadcasts can also be seen in the observation centers at the public chambers of the regions. Read more on RBC:
    https://www.rbc.ru/politics/14/07/2021/60ef131e9a79475229e38fb5

    Well, and another quote:
"The video broadcast will be available in precinct election commissions, territorial election commissions, election commissions of constituent entities and, most importantly, it will be available in 86 observation centers, where any interested person, and he can observe everything that happens online, "said the deputy chairman of the CEC.
    - it remains to find out what kind of new sapiens called "interested person" is. I think that Mr. Skomorokhov will be able to meet the requirements for an "interested person". And the cameras, they say in the CEC, will work even at night, and everything that happens on the site will still be visible! This is where the technique has come to.

cameras may not show anything. Empty plots
    - and what? This is not a violation. The elections will be recognized as valid even if one person votes - and this is a huge, simply incredible victory of democratic principles. Just imagine: a single person comes to a single polling station in a huge country and votes! It doesn't matter whether it is FOR or AGAINST, the main thing is to vote. And the remaining 146 million and a half people recognize his choice! They won't have a choice anymore, can you imagine? They will bite their elbows ... It's just grandiose. However, the question remains: what if no one comes to vote? In my opinion, this subtlety is not taken into account in the election law. So the deputies still have to work.

In general, whether to vote or not is the right of everyone. In the so-called "democratic" Europe for failure to appear at the site, you can get a fine or even a term. And our man will have nothing. Peremoga, as our close relatives say.

I understand that I will cause a fair amount of skepticism with my post, but...

    1. Elections should be conducted according to the law, and not according to the concepts of “more fair” and “more correct.” And the law is what it is. If someone believes that his law, for some reason, “must be changed,” then this, too, must be done only according to the law...

    2. Only one thing is clear and understandable - the so-called recorded ones. "Stuffing" with HIDDEN CAMERAS is a violation of the law (if they are confirmed). As there is a gross violation of the law and the very installation of the so-called. "hidden cameras". Moreover, the second violation, DUE to its OBVIOUS, MASSIVE, ORGANIZED and COORDINATED nature, is a WAY more gross violation than the zeal of the “clerks-initiators” to take revenge, with their “stuffing”. For no one anywhere provided ANY EVIDENCE that they acted in accordance with some “directive guidelines” of the authorities, especially “Moscow”. Neither the Investigative Committee, nor the Central Election Commission...

    Question to the author...

Who should, in each specific case, be involved in the “showdown” and find out whether the “stuffing” is intentional, or is it a pre-organized, deliberate “set-up” by the “whistleblowers”?..

After all, the mentioned and illegally installed “hidden cameras”, in their legal essence, are an analogue of the “nominal letters” known to us from history.

Did one of those who installed these cameras come to the Investigative Committee or the All-Russian Central Executive Committee and write a statement?.. What does the LAW say about this?..

And so, the result is a story with a plot similar to the one, for example, which, after waiting for a moment, was specially arranged for a video camera to be “accidentally turned on” by a hysterical woman, who is supposedly a “disabled person” from Luga?..

In St. Petersburg, she rushed at riot police officers performing their official duties, who were escorting, at night, a character detained during the riots...

And after all, the riot police, then, with lightning speed, “kicked” her out of the way, acted in FULL ACCORDANCE with both the LAW and job descriptions.

She was "traumatized." Yes it is...

But it is strange that SHE WAS NOT HELD RESPONSIBLE for obstructing employees of the public security forces (this is a term from the NSS-2020) in ensuring their official duties in maintaining public order and security...

After all, in the event of a sudden attack (this was exactly what happened, literally from a distance of two to three meters), especially during mass riots, no policeman should “warn” anyone or anything. He must interrupt the attack and ensure the SAFE delivery of the detainee.

But then, the comments of the so-called. “public”, according to the described episode, were approximately the same in form and orientation, “general irrigation” as those of the author of this article. Like “I think” that “this is wrong”...

In any case, I understood only one thing. There were violations in the 2018 elections, but:

    - their scale and quantity had NO INFLUENCE on the all-Russian result;

    - evidence that these violations were precisely a direct consequence of the “directive guidelines” of the authorities, especially “Moscow”, and not a stupid (or criminal) “initiative” of local clerks, was NOT BROUGHT BY ANYONE ANYWHERE;

    - regarding the Investigative Committee “did not initiate a single case” and no one “was punished”, then the author has a reason to get acquainted with the content of the article “Criminal liability for violation of election laws” monitoring of law enforcement, written exactly on September 28.09. 2018

And I, personally, will be interested only in that political force in Russia which, AT A MINIMUM, claiming to be “opposition” to the current government and to power in Russia, will be able to PRESENT to the people and voters a CLEAR ALTERNATIVE TO THE CURRENT National Security Strategy of Russia.

    1. WHAT she is going to “change” there in chapters and sections. How, when and why?..

    2. Which chapters and sections does she consider “superfluous”. And why?..

    3. What chapters and sections she considers necessary to add. And why?..

Without such SPECIFICITY, all the chatter about “opposition” and “politics”, excuse me, is simply a form of election farce.

Aimed at inciting the emotions of the voter. Either from the “left”, or from the “right”, or from all sorts of agents of influence imitating the behavior of the “Russian opposition”...

“Power politics” is the IMPLEMENTATION OF LONG-TERM provisions of the NSS. But not, someone’s “words”, not “statements” and not “speeches”.

    Even the same one, Putin...

The strength (benefit) of real elections is that even the very possibility (not necessarily a change, but simply the possibility of a change) of power (deputy, mayor, governor, president) already gives a serious influence of the people on the work of the government. Here someone sits permanently and says whatever he wants.

Is this about pension reform and fears that he will be replaced after?

And today we no longer have a circus, but a theater of the absurd.
If you think that you saw a circus with a theater, then you are mistaken. The circus theater is coming elsewhere. And it’s called “organizing elections in parts of the LM LPR.” It’s difficult for me to judge whether there is malicious intent, purposeful work or 200% incompetence of the command, but I guess the elections in Donbass will fail. And you will have to draw so much there.

The insanity is getting stronger. They are trying to convince us that after raising the retirement age, adopted at the direction of the United Russia party, the PEOPLE WILL UNITEDLY GO AND VOTE FOR IT.
