Two aviation the regiment of the Central Military District will be re-equipped with modernized front-line bombers Su-34M and long-range interceptors MiG-31BM. This was announced by the head of the military department Sergei Shoigu at a meeting of the board of the Russian Defense Ministry.
According to the minister, the rearmament will take place before the end of the year, with the receipt of new technology, the air regiments will increase the district's combat capabilities to destroy cruise missiles and fire damage to the enemy in the Central Asian strategic direction.
