How to incite a new religious war in the North Caucasus?

49
Recently, sadly enough, to admit, but the majority of Russians got used to the fact that the terrorist situation in the Caucasus and, especially, in Dagestan is extremely unfavorable. Information about terrorist acts, the destruction of individual militants in Ingushetia, Kabardino-Balkaria or Dagestan became almost commonplace. However, even against the backdrop of this terrorist hell, the recent terrorist attack in the republic of Dagestan literally shook the Muslim public. Last Tuesday, Sheikh Saeed Afandi, who was called one of the most respected spiritual leaders of the republic, with tens of thousands of followers, was killed in his house.

According to official information, Sheikh Saeed Afandi al-Chirkavi (Chirkei) was mortally wounded after a bomb exploded in the house by a suicide bomber who had entered the sheikh under the guise of a pilgrim. Her name was even reported: Alla Saprykina, who at one time adopted Islam and became Aminat Kurbanova. Allegedly, she committed such a high-profile crime as a terrorist act in the house of a respected spiritual leader in retaliation for the fact that the security forces had recently killed her husband - a representative of the Dagestan gang underground.

However, not everyone believed the official information in Dagestan. Already at the funeral of Said Afandi, where, according to some information, more than 70 thousands of people gathered, the first words were said that not only lonely terrorists, let's say so small spills, but representatives of much greater power had to do with the death of the spiritual leader. And the task of this force was not so much to remove Sheikh Said Afandi, but to use this murder in order to once again confront the representatives of various currents of Islam living on the multinational Dagestan land.

The fact is that Said Afandi has recently gained real fame in terms of finding ways of reconciliation for representatives of the so-called "pure Islam" - Salafis - with representatives of traditional Islam. It is known that thanks to the educational activities of the Sheikh, many representatives of Salafism, who in their radical manifestation closely approached Wahhabism with all the ensuing consequences, became more tolerant of representatives of other Islamic movements. This educational activity helped to substantially smooth out the religious confrontation in Dagestan, which 10-15 had literally tore the republic apart years ago.

If we take into account the fact that the religious base in the North Caucasus in general and in Dagestan in particular has an enormous social meaning and is often the main tool for regulating social relations, then it can be assumed that, indeed, Said Afandi’s activities could be like bone in throat It should not be forgotten that the authority of the sheikh was so high in the republic that thousands and thousands of residents of Dagestan called themselves direct followers of Said Afandi. This means that Muslims who remain without their spiritual leader, who adhere to the classical forms of Islam, can already weapon in order to take revenge on the killers. And for those who launched a suicide bomber into the house of the sheikh, that is exactly what is needed. It turns out that the attack could have been organized for the incitement of religious hatred on the land of an already long-suffering and restless North Caucasian republic.

If we talk about the evil intent of the suicide bomber Aminat Kurbanova, then he really could be, but only at the level of intent, excuse me, stoned to the new believer, who with the help of notorious methods were convinced that she must avenge the death of her husband and become a martyr . In other words, Kurbanov (Saprykin), if he was used, then went to his death, naturally, not on his own behalf, but at the instigation of those who pursued far more global goals of killing an authoritative Muslim spiritual leader.

True, with this terrorist Kurbanova there is one more discrepancy. If we analyze all the messages that came to light in the past six months by official law enforcement officials, it turns out that Kurbanov (Saprykin) explodes himself only in the last year, at least for the second time ... At the beginning of May 2012, there were reports Aminat Kurbanova as a recruiter drove the suicide bomber Muslimat Aliyeva to the Alaska-30 police post in the Dagestan capital, after which the car went off the air - an explosive device went off, causing Kur Banova and Aliyev died. The fact of the death of Kurbanova was recorded by law enforcement officials.
It turns out that either in that blasted car was not at all Kurbanova, or not at all Kurbanova committed a terrorist attack in the house of Sheikh Afandi. It’s not necessary to speak about the coincidence of the names of two different terrorists, because in both cases the Dagestan policemen published photos of the same person ...

If even about the name of the suicide bomber, questions arise, then it is possible to discuss the motives of Kurbanova for a long time. Once again, it should be noted that Kurbanov (Saprykin) (if sheikh was in the house) was used as a commonplace tool for solving large-scale tasks. And there could be only one major task here: once again to kindle a fire of destabilization in Dagestan also on a religious basis.

It is worth noting that Sheikh Said Afandi, many called one of the main ideologues of preventing the recruitment of Dagestan youth into militants. Sheikh directly opposed the care of local young people, as they say, into the forest, which could have been one of the reasons for such a resonant crime. Thanks to his intelligence and authority, Said Afandi was able to find points for the consolidation of representatives of various religious movements of Islam in Dagestan, but it was this activity that clearly crossed the interests of those for whom Dagestan in a state of incessant war is presented as a kind and very profitable business. At the same time, such forces realize that today political slogans in Dagestan can attract far from everyone, but the escalation of violence on religious grounds is a real public bomb that can split the population of the republic into parts.

In this regard, we can say that today Dagestan is in an extremely difficult situation. People who were spiritually close to Sheikh Said Afandi, obviously, they themselves are eager to find and punish the real customers of the murder. But here any manifestation of revenge will entail new conflicts not only with radicals, but even with those Salafis who, thanks to the activities of the sheikh, decided to compromise with representatives of traditional Islam. On the other hand, attempts to contain emotions within themselves and their community may give rise to new crimes on the part of those who sponsor radical organizations and the forays of their representatives. By the way, these same people may even be located not on the territory of Russia. As you know, there are plenty of people willing to make a huge powder keg from the Caucasus in order to split off the North Caucasus territories from Russia.

It is necessary to recall that not so long ago an attempt was made on the mufti of Tatarstan, as well as on his deputy, Valiulu Yakupov, who (Yakupov) died from injuries.

Can these crimes against respected Islamic confessors in different regions of the country be called links of one chain? Full After all, it is obvious that terrorism, no matter what ideals of religious or national purity, it hides behind, actually has one goal - the desire of certain forces to reach power and financial leverage using methods based on bloodshed and ideological enmity.

In this regard, the attempts of the Dagestani security officials to “quickly find” the perpetrators of the murder of Sheikh Said Afandi, to reassure the people of Dagestan, are understandable. True, in this case, the haste of the law enforcement officers has already managed to play a cruel joke (on the occasion of Aminat Kurbanova’s two lives) and led to a complete distrust of the republic’s public affairs bodies.

There were even calls by the Dagestan president to form religious squads (by the way, somewhere we heard something similar recently) and on our own to try to resist lawlessness. It turns out that even Magomedsalam Magomedov, who a priori should rely on representatives of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the republic, speaks of some dubious formations, called upon to establish order on the basis of his charter. Strange words ... At this rate, our country is finally turning into a country of warriors (Orthodox, Muslim, etc.) who, in the opinion of certain individuals, will be better able to cope with the control over the situation in the country and the observance of religious and legal norms. Is this not the shortest way to social chaos, which is imposed by opponents of the unity of Russian peoples and faiths? .. Wasn’t this goal pursued by the customers of the murder of Sheikh Said Afandi? ..

      I didn’t quite understand you, it’s at least strange to say that some kind of popular opposition is acting in the Caucasus, all actions are aimed at destabilizing the situation, local authorities are being denigrated, one can agree that there are also local bandits, but this is not widespread, otherwise war would have long been open.
      In the Caucasus, there are a lot of interethnic contradictions, with all the seeming homogeneity, the Caucasus is like an Olivier salad (which isn’t here), if we play on these contradictions, we get what we have, I repeat, all the prices are fed from outside and it is known by whom.

        What to say about Aminat Kurbanova, indoctrination or chronic not before fuck.
        Terrorism is now a global threat to the entire international community. The main goal of terrorism is to spread fear and uncertainty, and not only among the immediate victims. By destroying people and material values, they hope to create an effect that can spread to future generations. Terrorists want the enemy to spend time and money on strengthening security; they are full of desire to force a hostile society to transfer resources from the sphere of production to forced unproductive measures. It should be noted that women terrorists play an important role in this.
        So, in the 1970s and 1980s, many of them were particularly active in Latin American and European terrorist organizations, and in some groups made up one third of its composition, as was the case with the Red Army Faction in Germany and the Second June ". However, the transition of women from predominantly auxiliary functions to a more active operational role, including as suicide bombers, occurred much later and is characteristic primarily of radical Islamic organizations.
        The first was a 17-year-old Lebanese girl who blew herself up near an Israeli convoy in 1985.

        In more than half of the about 20 groups that use suicide bombing tactics, women acted. Between 1985 and 2006, more than 220 women became suicide bombers, accounting for about 15 percent of the total number of such attacks. Moreover, the increase in the number of terrorists occurred due to both secular and religious organizations, although initially religious groups insisted on such use of women. In September 2005, a suicide bomber carried out an explosion in the city of Tal Afar in northwestern Iraq, which killed eight Iraqi army recruits and injured 30, and on November 9, 2005, Belgian Muriel Degoc, who converted to Islam and joined to one of his radical currents, blew herself up in a car in Iraq. In December of that year, two women blew themselves up in an auditorium of the Police Academy in Baghdad, killing 27 people. As a result of the terrorist attack committed by a woman in the second largest institution of higher education in Baghdad, Mustansiriya University in February 2007, 42 people died and 51 were injured.

        As a rule, after such events, the media analyze the alleged motives of the terrorists, but the shock is the predominant reaction caused by the actions of a woman who is usually considered a victim and not an executor of violent actions.

          IMHO!
          Because For more than one year (s), these abreks have been hammering each other, and are still trying to climb from the explosives to the territory of other republics, why the hell are they babbling with them? Tumble finances, ruin the security forces?
          Can it give them freedom, as Maskhadov’s authorities were once given?
          Just close the entrance and exit from the territory of Dagestan for a couple of years.
          And then talk with those who are left, and with whom the mind finally brightens (appears). I think this time is enough for them to gobble up themselves.

              I remember!
              And what was there really like that? Do not confuse the transfer of gangs from the Czech Republic to Dag., Because Basayev led there (in Dag.) His thugs to set fire to Dag.
              Actually Dag-n himself at that time was a veterinary clinic and a dining room for these sabaks.
              Since in the Czech Republic after the reign of Maskhadov, the people were tired of feeding and suffering from bandits, then a normal dialogue with the "sane" began. So the Basayevs' neighboring regions began to sway (Dag., Ing.). So don't confuse the two completely different situations.
              The mentality in Dagestan is very different from the mentality in neighboring regions. Try to count the nationalities living in the territory of Dag-na. There are much more than in neighboring regions.
              Take the historical moments of this territory before the revolutionary period, just read.
              A particular example of YOU. In 1999, I had a fighter by nationality - Tabusaranets. This is not from Africa! This is from Doug. By some miracle, they drove him into training, gave ml. Serge. Ah, I had a deputy comm. All two years of service of this comrade, he was taught to speak Russian. NOT WHAT to serve. And when he still learned to talk under a demobilization, he told how he got into the army. It was in the spring. He and his grandfather drove the flock to the lowlands from the mountains. And, there, nearby was a shop where his grandfather sent him for bread and matches. And unfortunately the commissar came to recruit. So this warrior got into the army.
              Why am I telling all this.
              Development and self-awareness in the Caucasus lags far behind what is desired; kinship and nationality still prevail. Not many people want to work and study there. It’s easier to sit in some sort of boss and engage in frank requisitions. At the same time, it is advisable to work less with all parts of the body.
              Order and stability there can only be instilled according to the method of Ermolov A.P.
              Because these nationalities only understand strength. Read about AP Ermolov in the VO archive, a lot has been written.
              If you look at the situation from the point of view of expediency. What is the point of pouring water (finance) into a leaky bucket until it is repaired?
              Play democracy? To the tune of the Anglo-Saxons? So the abscess is not treated with therapy, it must be operated on ... And, surgery is a painful thing, but effective.
              Many "pseudo-human rights activists" paid for by the West are sharpened to the method of constant therapy in the Caucasus, so that this abscess is there and drags Russia into internal squabbles. So as not to be distracted by external problems.
              The Saxons themselves do not like to talk about their non-democratic issues such as Ireland. But they like to point out strangers.
              At the same time, a clear example of Chechnya, they performed an operation on a sore spot, and then prescribed the right treatment (Kadyrov), the result is obvious.

                So I’m talking about this. After 96, Chechnya received a very interesting status, or rather, the decision on the status was generally postponed, and the situation was frozen. In practice, this meant that the bandits were given a lot of time to develop and strengthen. They evolved. And all this abscess burst into neighboring territories, in particular in Dag-n.
                Absolutely the same will be wherever it is pretended that nothing is happening and where the situation will be left to chance. And about the difference between Dag and Chechnya is not necessary. The fact is that all this is imported ... external: KSA, Qatar and so on and is under very serious pressure (naturally in the framework of the geopolitical war against Russia). Just so there, nothing will resolve. In our Caucasus, Wahhabism has never been developed. Therefore, if you quarantine a kind of Dag-n, it will not improve the climate in the republic itself, it will give time to world terrorism to destroy (ideologically and physically) all normal people in Dag-n, and then this fanatical satanic cattle will go further to neighboring regions .

                I agree about the Ermolov method. But as far as I know, he was not a supporter of "washing his hands", on the contrary, an adherent of active actions. But here an integrated approach is extremely important, if you take something from people (even in your opinion bad), you must give something in return.
                I agree that Kadyrov is a very good example of a correct policy towards Chechnya. They put you, you have the cards in your hands, you are responsible for the situation in the republic. But for the transition to this stage, it was necessary to carry out an "operation to remove a malignant tumor", i.e. to the same Kadyrov was clearly explained that if he did not change, then at the end of his path there would be nothing bright. He understood and drew conclusions. Well done.

            sancho,
            I agree with you. It is necessary to give the mountaineers the opportunity to restore order in themselves, and until then introduce significant restrictions on movement around the country for them. Let them cook in their own city. I absolutely don’t like the fact that I force my daughters to go in for martial arts, because soon they will go to study in large cities, where there are a lot of burnt Caucasian youth. I absolutely do not need that in a few years my son would have to fight in the Caucasus. In the end, Israel did not collapse when it was fenced off by a concrete wall from the Palestinians. Bet the cons.

So far, we have been making you a fucking secret, but after this incident, you crossed the borders openly. Allah already humiliates you today with your lips, but what will happen tomorrow if you continue in the same vein? Repent brothers, repent and leave these flirting with the religion of Allah. These injuries are so strong that they make the discredited “I” look for a new, “positive” identity, and regain self-esteem and self-worth through belonging to a terrorist group. Psychologist Joseph Margolin argues that "the behavior of a terrorist is largely a reaction to deep disappointment (frustration) due to the fact that his political goals remained unfulfilled and his economic and personal needs were unfulfilled." Another famous psychologist, Randy Borum, also believes that “the connection between frustration, a state where a person cannot achieve his goal or behave the way he wants, and aggression may be the“ main explanatory point ”, which allows to understand the reason why people resort to violence. " A number of experts go even further, arguing that most terrorists are in a state bordering on autism and therefore gravitate toward ideologies that simplify the world by dividing it into black and white, good and evil.

      It should be noted that terrorism experts, psychologists, and political analysts often engage in “psychological autopsy,” figuring out where the terrorist grew up, studied, and why she resorted to violence. It is usually assumed that this woman must have experienced depression, had suicidal tendencies or mental disorders, and most often it is believed that the man most likely forced her to do this. However, long-term studies show that psychopathology and personality disorders are not found among terrorists more often than among other people living in the same places.

      According to analysts, it cannot be said that men directly force most women to become terrorists, they are more likely to involve them in terrorism. An important feature that may be characteristic of the involvement of women in the ranks of terrorists is the existence of a relationship between a male lover and a female accomplice.

      It can be assumed that men persuade women to engage in violence, seducing them with “inappropriate sexual behavior”, and then demanding that they commit the great “act of martyrdom” as the only way to restore the good name of the family and “save face”. At the same time, it cannot be argued that women simply become victims or pawns in the hands of men without any of their own political motives. In fact, one of the sure signs of a woman’s future participation in a particular movement is her relationship with a former or current terrorist from that movement. So, on November 9, 2005 in Amman, an explosive device attached to the belt of Sajida Atrus al-Rishavi did not work at a wedding in the hotel. Several of her brothers died in Iraq, participating in battles against coalition forces, and for a successful operation, a magnificent wedding was arranged at the hotel.

      According to some psychologists, terrorists, as a rule, suffer from “injuries of narcissism”, that is, from serious moral damage that is inflicted over time on their “I” and on their image of themselves as individuals.

      At the same time, analysts highlight the root causes that make it possible to understand why in most cases terrorist attacks are committed. These reasons include:

      -lack of democracy, civil liberties and the rule of law;

      -the opportunity for terrorists to seek refuge in weak or bankrupt states;

      -too fast modernization;

      -extremist ideologies - both secular and religious;

      Political violence, civil wars, revolutions, dictatorships or occupation in the past;

      - illegitimate or corrupt governments;

      -repression by foreign occupiers or colonial powers;

      Discrimination based on ethnic, racial or religious affiliation;

      -social injustice;

      - the presence of charismatic ideological leaders.

      Nevertheless, according to experts, women terrorists, unlike men, are usually guided by considerations of a more "personal" nature. These reasons can be divided into four general categories: revenge, atonement, reverence, and sexual intercourse. In particular, they include:

      -loss of a loved one (usually the main man in their life - husband, father or brother);

      -the need to regain their human dignity and “atone” for their undue sexual behavior (real or perceived);

      - the inability of a woman to conceive a child or the opinion of other people that a woman should not be married;

      - the desire to improve the status of women in their society;

      - the desire to prove that they are just like men, devoted to a great cause;

      - the situation when women are sisters, daughters or wives of famous rebels.

          Why is a shahid money? Young people who go into the forest, on the whole, realize how they will end up on this land — will they be killed in the same forest, in a locked house or shot in a car, respectively, what does money and drugs have to do with it? The reason must be sought in the total lack of prospects for young people in the socio-economic plan, total corruption, clannishness and absolutely uncontrolled circulation of weapons. And if we are constantly looking for some external enemies in our problems, then the question arises: are we the owners in our country and what are the bodies dedicated to protecting our constitutional system?

    However, most women, like men, are encouraged to resort to violence not only personal but also political motives. Psychologist Ariel Merari states: “Culture in general, and religion in particular, seem to have relatively little significance for the phenomenon of suicide bombers. Suicide committed by a terrorist, like any other suicide, is, in fact, an individual and not a group act: people who want to die for personal reasons do this. Terrorism simply offers an excuse to do this and a rationale for doing this by force; terrorism alone is not an internal incentive. ” For all terrorists - both men and women, the cause for which they die is based on a worldview that gives meaning to their inevitable death and often promises them “immortality” in one form or another. Recently, many have tended to believe that there is a natural, self-evident link between faith and the willingness to kill and to be killed. However, at the moment, there is no a priori connection between religion and terror. ” In the past, many terrorist groups — such as the Red Brigades in Italy, the Red Army Faction in Germany, and the Shining Path in Peru — belonged to socialist radicals who were completely unrelated to any religion. However, they included demands for the release of women in their political programs.

    A typical example is when at the end of 2006 in Islamabad a group of women, waving sticks, demanded the closure of video salons and music stores. They attacked a house where, in their opinion, people were immoral, and kidnapped the women living there. Some of these demonstrators who tried to judge others were barely 15 years old.

    So the ideology of fundamentalism works effectively. Today they make a house raid, fighting their "immoral" Muslim co-religionists, and tomorrow they decide to gird themselves with explosives and become suicide bombers in the fight against the "infidels." On the other hand, if we talk about involving women in the terrorist movement, we can assume that the leaders of these movements compare the costs and benefits when choosing tactics, goals and performers. In this regard, suicide bombers are a cheap weapon that can induce the men of the Muslim world to mobilize themselves out of shame, rather than letting women “do their work”. In addition, terrorists attract much more media attention, as women who are called to give life become killers.

    Thus, we can conclude that each terrorist movement is ambiguous in its own way and that even the smallest groups are characterized by role diversity, which causes “different forms of participation” for both men and women.

Maybe a cannery should be built in different Murmansk-Arkhangelsk first? (So that fish are not taken to Norway for processing)

    The Minister of Internal Affairs of any region does not submit to the Chapter, therefore, in the event of difficult situations and criticism, conflicts arise on his part. It turns out that power in the region is divided between security officials and officials. Accordingly, questions arise about the squads, because the local population trusts officials more and asks them. There is no clear responsibility system, therefore they are looking for the extreme and nothing more. Kadyrov turns out to put pressure on everyone with his authority, but this is a big exception.

    How to kindle, silently. The North Caucasus is not only Muslim republics, but also Christian ones, but there are no such problems there. The super financing of these republics both from the federal center and from the Arab countries of the opposite part leads to a strong opinion of the residents ... and to work for hell, we will be fed only because we are Muslims. I have never seen a hijab spawn, but lately more and more have come to my eyes and where in Siberia. The feeling that the authorities decided to smear uta muck all over the country with a thin layer. Like in the Caucasus, everything will be chiki-farts, but problems will not be solved, but only amplified by this approach.

    Well, maybe for these purposes and revive the Cossacks? someone who and they will be able to maintain order ... but it’s very difficult with financial politics ... many representatives of the male Caucasian peoples generally think that a man should be a warrior and work somewhere in the factory for them is shameful and unacceptable therefore you need to promote peaceful work and start with schools in the end to issue special textbooks with special training programs .... I once also thought that it would be easier to level the whole Caucasus with the earth ... only then the question is: why then will the Caucasus be needed in the Russian Federation - everything will be destroyed and burnt and plowed, and most importantly, it is necessary to establish normal control at the border both with foreign states and between the Caucasian republics and the adjacent territories + control over the circulation of weapons and ammunition, and even more so for explosives + control the circulation of substances applicable for the production of IEDs (that ammonium nitrate for example), toughen the punishment for them
    I don’t have legitimate storage, sale, purchase, manufacture and start, I think it is necessary with the law enforcement agencies located in the region ... there will be no more weapons and peace of mind can be handled peacefully and if everyone (exaggerated of course, but I think the point is clear) under with a pillow and a gun in the basement, then one spark will be enough, one small reason for this person to pick up a weapon and go to fight ...
