An unnamed Chinese bomber model captured in a wind tunnel

China is gradually advancing in the development of the latest bomber. On the Internet, animation materials are widely presented, on the basis of which the future appearance of the aircraft can be assumed. However, now there are images of the machine "in hardware".
Photos posted on the China Defense Blog show a small model of an unnamed bomber during testing. Apparently, H-20 appears in the images. Users have already called the aircraft a "clone of the B-21", meaning a strategic bomber being created in the United States. This option cannot be disregarded: it is possible that the Chinese have created a model of an American aircraft for an experimental analysis of its technical characteristics.
But do not forget that the Chinese defense industry is constantly seen in copying foreign models of military equipment. The developers could have gone the same way when creating their own H-20. In this case, testing a model of a bomber in a wind tunnel may indicate a gradual development of the project.
In Russia, similar work is underway within the PAK DA program. Apparently, American engineers have made the greatest progress: the first flight of the B-21 Raider is expected next year.
