The American company offered the Ukrainian Air Force F-16 fighters

92

Foreign media publish information that an American company has made an offer to Ukraine on the supply of fighters. As it turns out, we are talking about the Lockheed Martin company.

On the pages of the Defense Blog, it is reported that this American company has offered the Ukrainian Air Force to purchase a batch of 4th generation F-16 fighters from it. It is noted that the Ukrainian side was offered F-16 aircraft in the Block 70/72 modification.

From the report:

Ukraine is striving to modernize its air force. In this regard, the F-16 Block 70/72 aircraft have been proposed, which will allow it to carry out such an upgrade in the best possible way.

Western media say that American fighters will help Ukraine replace the fleet of "old Soviet Su-27 aircraft." At the same time, it is indicated that Kiev "does not want to cooperate with Moscow in terms of updating these aircraft, but has chosen a course of partnership with NATO and the transition to NATO standards." In this regard, as indicated, Ukraine "needs to pay attention to the air component."

Western experts:

Turkish Bayraktars have already been purchased for the Ukrainian Air Force. It makes sense to purchase aircraft made by a NATO country.

As an option, it is the American F-16s that are being discussed. However, there is no data yet on the price at which these fighters are offered to Ukraine. But it is known that Lockheed Martin declares its readiness to give Kiev a choice: to acquire new or used F-16s.

Some time ago, svidomye rode with joy that the Americans will provide them with F-35s. For free, of course! Even then I prophesied that the Americans would have different tactics. First, they impose also not cheap (with all the markups, training, infrastructure, etc.) F-16, and only then as a kind of
promotion, even more expensive 35th. Yes So let them jump on! lol

Used aircraft will be donated free of charge, on terms of pre-sale repair in the States at the expense of the Outskirts. Our Serbia also delivered. Only such a solution to the problem will not last long. But there is no money for new ones in the outskirts and is not expected. We'll have to come to terms.

My wife works with children with special needs (in a simple way, deaf or deaf and dumb). In general, the children are good, but there are certain nuances. For example, they believe that everyone around them (teachers, government, parents, etc.) owes them, because are disabled from childhood. And this belief is very difficult to overcome, given that they live and communicate in their inner world. So, representatives of the Ukrainian authorities very often resemble such children from the "country of the deaf".

Children with whom your spouse works - happiness and health. But the outskirts are a separate category of people. Outwardly, they are the same as we are, but by nature they have a complex of their own inferiority. Hence the constant desire to stand out from the general mass and the demands that everyone humiliates them and everyone should. Add to this a very low level of intelligence due to a narrow outlook and you get their characteristic features: greed, money-grubbing, envy, nodhalivage and thirst for theft. And those on the outskirts, according to my observations, are about 80 percent. I often visited there and was convinced that I was right. Plus to this, the bulk of citizens are people from villages and farms, with all the ensuing aspects in the way of thinking, habits, and so on ... So we get a portrait of a gramarian in Ukraine, And this is not cured.

During the Great Patriotic War, the citizens of the USSR voluntarily gave money and values to the Red Army. The people of Ukraine have nothing to give; they have nothing to take away from them either. So isn't it time to shake the money to those who robbed from the same people in 30 years of nezalezhnost? But it won't. The power of its own will not shake. Therefore, it is unlikely that the fighters will be purchased from the United States. But whether the United States will give these planes to Ukraine for nothing is a big question.

The tax is paid only by OFFICIALLY working and ONLY from the white salary - 1,5 percent of the OFFICIAL salary. And since OFFICIAL working minuscule and part of the money is received in envelopes, then for the military budget this is a drop in the ocean.

How is it nothing, nothing left? There is also the land, the glorious Ukrainian black soil. There is a lot of it, and genetically modified crops require a large amount of land for crop rotation. There is wood, coal, iron and manganese ores, titanium, zirconium, germanium, mercury, gold, graphite, shale, peat, salt. Continue? You can also extract shale gas in a barbaric way without looking back at anyone else. And for all this wealth, you can "pay" a dozen others, for example, planes, to amuse the local inhabitants of these lands so necessary for the United States.

This is not money, but POTENTIAL money. To get income, you need to invest, invest and invest there, because the industry is destroyed. Forest. Look at the map of Ukraine from space. How many BALD places there was a forest? Mines. How many are left in the LPNR (and from there Ukraine will not receive anything) and how many WORKERS on the territory of Ukraine? Gold. Gold mining at existing deposits in the Dnepropetrovsk, Chernigov and Muzhilovsky deposits in Western Ukraine is unprofitable. Salt. The Artyomsol association cut 600 workers back in March. Mercury. Mercury ore - cinnabar - is mined and processed at the Gorlovka-Gorlovsky mercury plant. There, too, Ukraine zas. Titanium. Yes, Ukraine can mine titanium ore. But the ore is processed on the territory of Russia, in the Crimea. And Russia owns titanium processing technologies. Russia, on the other hand, supplies the entire world with titanium components for aircraft manufacturing companies in the world, including the United States and Great Britain. Agricultural land. World companies ALREADY act like Hitler - they cut off the black earth layer, load it into wagons and forward to Europe. Not with a stuffed animal, so with a carcass. Barbaric methods are used to extract amber, and nothing goes to the treasury. In addition, this is trade in RAW MATERIALS, and not in products of a large processing. Trade in raw materials, and then buy finished products from our own raw materials?

In order to invest, American companies must make sure that their investments will not go anywhere and will work for them, make a profit. They have money, if necessary, they will print more. There is one "but". There must be a full guarantee against revolutions, wars, with a full optimization of the size of the local population, which at the same time will be brought to a state of readiness for everything that is offered or given. True, there is also an occupation option, when stability is supported by the introduction of military contingents to ensure order. Well, according to the type of "new order", which was somehow introduced by the Germans during the occupation of Ukraine in 1941-1944. But in the next 10-15 years, the Americans are unlikely to go to such extreme measures. They are still afraid of a response from Russia. But is it possible to dream, to build business plans for the future?

Well, I’m almost the same. The United States will not go to the occupation, especially Europe. There is no guarantee against revolutions and civil wars. And there are no guarantees that the authorities will be able to curb their corruption. The population is boiling inside, but it doesn’t spill out YET. DNR and LNR-already cut off a chunk. As for me, I believe in the Ukrainian people who will not allow themselves to be exterminated. The instinct of self-preservation has to work someday. I visited Ukraine for a long time, back in Soviet times. ... And if the people "boil", as you say, then all is not lost yet. Now only rumors get through what is going on there.
I’m talking about the land, why did I touch on the question, because at yesterday's meeting the US President said bluntly that the rest of the "civilization" needed from Russia — land. Old man, why should he hide? And the United States is allegedly ready to provide some technologies for the "development of the Russian economy." What technologies that Russia would not know about, I do not know. The mention of Russian lands is not a figure of speech, because Ukraine has already paid for the fact that foreigners rule on its land, but the people from this have nothing and will not have anything, except for hard work for scanty money or some kind of military "toys" ...

What $ 470 average salary in Ukraine are you talking about? The average salary in Ukraine is $ 250-300, if good, then yes, $ 400-500, which is hardly enough only to pay for communal services and somehow for food, but many do not. And pensioners have a pension, if it is good, it is $ 120-150, and the average in Ukraine, somewhere around $ 100, and many have it for $ 50, им so they generally have a "fun" life, just happy!
They already have a gas price of 12,5 hryvnia. per cubic meter (this is about 33 rubles) from May 1, ▬ 10,5 hryvnyas, this is the price of gas itself and plus about 2 more hryvnias, a monthly fee + transportation (such a know-how, for pumping out additional money from the population) ...
Electricity will already be from 1 July to 4 UAH. per kilowatt (that's almost 11 rubles), not UAH 1,68. for now, for now; water, too, has risen in price due to the rise in price of el-va ▬ from 20 to 60 UAH. per cubic meter (from 55 to 160 rubles), depending on the city or town. Gasoline and diesel so far are about UAH 30. per liter (this is more than 80 rubles), but everyone is waiting for a rise in price and will be at least 35-40 hryvnyas (110 rubles !!!), or even more expensive, due to the shutdown of gasoline supplies from Belarus and the diversion of the flow of "Rosneft" to the Azeri, Aliyev company-laying "Sokar".
And ordinary people in Ukraine now really have nowhere to go, even those who go to Europe to earn money, they must be taxed according to the new, already "green" ukrozakons, and only the income tax is 18% of the accrued earnings, plus mandatory payments: 1,5 , 22% military tax, XNUMX% ERUs to the pension fund, etc.
So on the outskirts already a real ass has come to everyone, without exception, except for the maydaunny power elite!

Turkish Bayraktars have already been purchased for the Ukrainian Air Force. It makes sense to purchase aircraft made by a NATO country.

We say planes "made by NATO," but we sell US planes. Competent wiring, counting on the greed of "Svidomo", knowing that they will bite. And then, according to the knurled scheme of "wiring suckers", they stick the product. In the textbook "Economic Killer" it is spelled out point by point.
Here I can only wish good luck .... only to Lockheed Martin.

The F16 block 70/72 plane is not a bad plane, for example, for Bulgaria at $ 157 million apiece, there are no second-hand killed in the world. They will last, enough for one plane. Quite an emergency plane due to one engine.

Since the beginning of operation, 671 crashes of the F-16 Fighting Falcon were recorded, in which 208 pilots and 98 people were killed in the crash zones. "distinguished" the American Air Force, which lost 286 aircraft. The combat losses of the F-16 for the entire time of participation in local wars amounted to about 160 fighters.
in Bulgaria, the President suspended the execution of a $ 1,256 billion contract for the purchase of eight F-16 Block 70/72 due to the fact that guarantees and post-warranty service were not clearly spelled out in the text of the agreement. On the other hand, one should be aware of the fact that the United States went to meet Bulgaria in every possible way, reducing the initial contract price by $ 417 million. On a possible contract with Slovakia: 14 F-16V Block 70/72 Viper fighters for $ 2,91 billion, or $ 207 million for the delivery set.

Will not pull. If only in installments, but even optimists understand that Ukraine may not last long, and budget revenues will even decrease due to the loss of transit.

To argue that Ukrainians in relation to Russians live in poverty is controversial, I would say so, balancing not in favor of Ukraine.

The fact is that in this poor Poland, the national average is $ 1000 net (about $ 1250 gross), and the minimum is about $ 550 net.

Of course, the cost of living for a Pole is much higher than in Ukraine, but working overtime and eating mostly potatoes and onions can save a Ukrainian a lot.
Be that as it may, Poland is often just a stopover in front of Germany.

Back in 15, Kanadchina offered them, it seems, about 20 pieces. remove their used F / A-18C Hornet from service, write off and simply donate. So they (the ukromaydny authorities headed by the syvocholy Hetman Parashenko) then calculated how much it would cost them to maintain these aircraft, spare parts, repairs, create all the necessary infrastructure and retrain pilots, technicians, service personnel and others - and, of course, shed tears, as a result of refusing from this venture, due to the impossibility of paying for the entire banquet.
I doubt it will be any different this time!

And why exactly 70/72: Ukraine and the 30th block will be enough. And the 30th costs a penny, the capabilities are quite at the level even today, it can work both on the ground and in the air. Although, if they need a fighter, then the 15th block is the most it. AMRAAM is unlikely to be sold to Ukraine, at best AIM-9M, so ...
And so - 50/52 - the best price / quality ratio.

You seem to have forgotten that we are not talking about the free choice of a paying client. Here the US determines what exactly ukram "sell". I am writing it in quotation marks, because it is obvious that Ukraine has no money to buy it, and in light of the expected reduction in revenues from gas transit, it will not appear. The country is in debt for the most I can not, and if they are given the F-16, then within the framework of military assistance, like Israel. That is, Congress allocates money from the US budget, Lohokid receives it into his accounts, allocates several planes, and transfers it to Ukraine. And no one will ask Zelensky what "bloc" he needs. They will give what they see fit. Fighter or not - the question will be what exactly Lohokid needs to work out for internal use.
However, it is unlikely that Ukraine will receive assistance in the same way as Israel. Most likely it will be formalized as a public debt.

True, the Su-27 is an order of magnitude or two more effective and one and a half to two times cheaper than the F-16, but these are trifles.
