OJSC "Tupolev"
Fly "Tu" and open up the world to people.
And here sent the millionth passenger ...
There is no limit!
All from the screw!
And the new liner
It accelerates the clouds.
And if suddenly the hour comes
And the evil power will again be against us
And light the sun
The country is ready to give a winged answer! "-
Lines from the official anthem of JSC Tupolev
It has already become a good tradition for me to visit factories related to aircraft construction every summer. This time, I quietly walked around the enterprise named after one of the largest aviation designers of the XX century. - Andrey Nikolaevich Tupolev.
01. It was not easy to get to the workshop. And it was only through up. The photograph is a service walker under the roof dome.
02. Reaching the very end of the workshop and descending silently, the first thing we saw in the lantern light was an aircraft engine
03. The internal part of the shop is divided by partitions into three parts, since there was no one in this, one could indulge with flashlights. And the sound of dripping water from the ceiling, after the rain, reliably masked our steps.
04. "The amphibian snowmobile AC-2 is an off-road vehicle designed to carry passengers and cargo over snow, ice or water. This unique vehicle can be used both for solving special tasks on people and cargo transportation in off-road conditions, and for active recreation. The usual "car" controls, an effective depreciation system, along with the best-in-class maneuverability and comfort, will allow you to enjoy riding on snowmobiles. When driving on a flat snowy surface The AC-2 awn speeds up to 90 km / h, in calm water up to 50 km / h. " - from the official site of OJSC "Tupolev"
05. The creation of snowmobiles was laid very long ago by A.N. Tupolev. Already in 1924, the all-metal snowmobiles ANT-IV were built.
06. The photo is most likely a mockup, not a final version.

07. Stand control panel on flap calibration. On a piece of paper it is written: "not include".
08. Aircraft engine company "Rolls - Royce".
09. On the night of 24 on 25 December 2010, a fragment of the cockpit and part of the TU-204 fuselage was brought from Zhukovsky to create an emergency rescue training simulator for the flight and cabin personnel of the Tu-204CM aircraft.
Apparently the photograph is just this fragment.
10. Everyone probably understands that to deny myself the temptation to get into the cabin - I could not.
11. Alas, the cabin is still apparently not finished.
12. Behind the fuselage was such a thing.
13. Visually it looks like a pressure chamber, but I'm not so sure.
14. Inside
15. Flap control mechanism.
16. Stand for calibration flap.
17.
18. We turn to the test bench for the landing gear.
19. The wide-angle lens greatly helped out when shooting.
20. The biggest chassis in the stand. It is made of wood.
21.
22. When you walk in the dark in a large workshop, you can not notice a lot of interesting things. And we almost missed the cockpit. A little upset about the cockpit I had found, I joyfully climbed into the freshly found one, hoping to sit at the wheel.
23. At first glance, I did not notice the trick, but then touching the buttons again, I was disappointed. This cabin is a well-made model of wood.
[Real Cabin]
24. Devices - pasted pictures, buttons and levers all entirely of wood. The only exception was the chair.
25. Even the laptop and the one made from blood relatives of Pinocchio.
26. Next to the layout was an unknown for me equipment and a closet with drawings.
27. Taking into account the fact that by the middle of 2011, OJSC Tupolev had to create a whole complex of training facilities to prepare pilots for operation of the TU-204CM, there was a chance to find a normal cockpit. And the third time was lucky.
28. Here she is.
29. Of course, this is a training simulator, but obviously no longer a wooden layout. Interestingly, the simulation program runs from this computer, what's in the picture?
30. Another cabin.
31. The photo shows a fixed display for the simulator.
32.
33. Model of aviation turbojet dual-circuit
engine Such engines put on the TU-334.
34.
35.
36. This ended the first day of the research workshop. But since we examined only one third, we decided after a while to go back and see the rest.
37. On the second day, we realized that we would have little time and we had to be extremely careful, since the rest of the workshop was no longer divided by a solid partition and the guard was on duty there. Downstairs we came across a rocking chair made by the staff.
38. The impression was that this part was already inactive. Everywhere is broken equipment.
39.
40. The most interesting was Electro-beam installation ELU-24-8 made. NIAT
41. The installation is dimensional, has three tiers and no longer works.
42.
43.
44. The principle of operation of this installation is based on heating the blanks in a vacuum with a highly concentrated electron beam. The change in the density of the electron beam and its sweep in space allow welding, welding, soldering, heat treatment and surface modification.
45. In addition to this installation, there was nothing interesting in the workshop, and we moved to the exit.
46. I can immediately warn you that I can easily make a mistake in the names and assumptions about this or that device.
