“Independent Kosovo”: global pathological crime

In the “Republic of Kosovo”, Western centers of power are working out a technique for creating a new kind of quasi-state formation, which can be classified as “anomalous criminal activity on an international scale”. It is about redrawing the map of South-Eastern Europe, when the formula “back to slavery and barbarism” is distributed to European countries that are not part of the “first echelon”. This is a model of authoritarian external governance with its inherent ruin of the natural environment, withdrawal of resources, creation of a non-viable economy (disastrous economy) and "stillborn" government bodies against the background of extreme pauperization of the population. However, this is not the limit. To retain control over vast spaces, it is necessary not only to cut off the nation-states from the original path of development, but also to create a destructive potential, above all, of a criminal nature. The process of accelerated criminalization of the Eastern European region (including the Balkans) has already been initiated. Criminal forces have acquired such a powerful scale that, as noted by the famous French criminologist Jean-Francois Geyro, there is an almost perfect laboratory for creating deviant states as part of the new European criminal case (1).

In the criminal-corruption loop that swept the Balkans, the role of the mafia stronghold is played by the "Republic of Kosovo", which, under the protection of US military bases, unhindered develops the most dangerous branches of criminal activity. First of all, we are talking about the transit of drugs.

The main flow of drugs to Western Europe comes from Afghanistan and Asian countries through Turkey and the Balkan corridors. The Balkans play a key role: through them, 80% drug trafficking. The Balkan drug corridors are divided into the northern heroin (Afghanistan - Turkey - Hungary - Romania) and southern cocaine (Turkey - Greece - Macedonia - Albania - Italy) streams. Turkey has become the most powerful "reference point" of the drug mafia. Even the small part of the cargo that falls into the hands of the police is impressive: it was only in the second half of 2011 that more drugs were confiscated in Turkey than in the EU’s 27 countries taken together. Transit and supply of the Balkan region and Western Europe are carried out by the overwhelming majority of Albanian criminal groups associated with the Italian, Montenegrin, Turkish and Kurdish drug cartels (the latter in Iraq, Iran and Central Asia have a powerful network of drug supply channels from Afghanistan), as well as Caucasian criminal formations (2).

"Pristina Republic" performs two criminogenic functions. On the one hand, it itself is a source of organized crime, as evidenced by the presence of a paramilitary sabotage and terrorist formation called the Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA, UCHK - short for Albanian), only cosmetically disguised as a so-called. Kosovo security forces and the Kosovo police. On the other hand, it is a zone of “crime transmission” to Europe and other parts of the world.

The first criminogenic function of the “Kosovo project” consists in the complete control of the quasi-state of the “Republic of Kosovo” by former KLA militants. They occupy strategic positions, fully control the "state apparatus" and social and political life; civilians are exposed to institutionalized political, psychological and physical violence.

The terror of its own population is carried out, as Western sources indicate, by the hands of the Kosovo intelligence service K-SHIK, which has taken on punitive functions in dealing with political opponents of the ruling clique. Approval for such actions continues to come from the "owner of the Kosovo project." This thesis is confirmed by the former head of K-SHIK, Kadri Veseli, the key political partner of the “Kosovo Prime Minister” H.Tachi: “... we had the support of many partners - 25 intelligence services ... as for the United States, they helped us very much”. K-SHIK units unleashed a campaign of political terror after the completion of the 1999 bombing of Yugoslavia by NATO forces and the entry of international forces into Kosovo. Then thousands of Serbs, as well as Albanians, disloyal to the "victorious" KLA, were killed. The US High Representative to Kosovo (who prefers to remain anonymous) claims that K-SHIK is sponsored by the CIA and what this Kosovo secret service turned into was "a method of maintaining control over crime and politics in Kosovo." Veseli had direct contacts with the American and British intelligence services, says Florin Krasniqi, a former UCHK fighter, then a member of the Kosovo “parliament”, “everything that the Americans or the British wanted, he served them on a platter ... Kadri Veseli was funded, supported, received supplies from their services. " The United States and NATO countries continue to support K-SHIK. And Hashim Tachi still has the support of Washington ... In conditions of dysfunction of the governing bodies of the “Republic of Kosovo”, criminal structures are not shadow, but the only power. At the same time, criminal groups do not grow together, but initially are part of the clan and "state" system. Their methods are extremely aggressive, this is “criminal crime”. Moreover, international crime: criminal cartels control entire regions, and their “industry” is winning over all the vast spaces in Europe and the United States, turning into a nightmare for the police forces of these countries. The Albanian mafia is in fifth place in the world in the ranking of organized criminal structures, but it is distinguished by the “huge growth potential” arising from the soil, which becomes an insurmountable barrier for the police operational implementation: language, customs, blood ties. Family ties allow the Albanian mafia to create an inseparable criminal chain: representatives of the Albanian clans give out their daughters for “colleagues” from Afghanistan and Turkey, providing a link in the drug business a producer - a warehouse - a consumer of goods. This is how a criminal family business flourishes.

The income received goes, among other things, to financing the UCHK (“black funds” of drug clans are not subject to any control), which is under the protection of patrons of the “Kosovo project” from the USA. The Americans of Kosovo need the existence of military bases there, which provide control over South-Eastern Europe with access to the oil regions of the Middle East. The following military facilities used by NATO and NATO bases themselves function in the Balkans: Hungary (Tashar airbase), Romania (Deveselu airbase, Constanta port, Kogalinachev airfield), Bulgaria (Novo Selo, Aytos sea base "Near Burgas, Bezmer airfield near Yambol, Graf Ignatiev air base), Bosnia and Herzegovina (near Banja Luka, Mostar and Sarajevo, as well as a small base near Doboj), Croatia (Shepurine, Slunj, Djakovo, Pula), Macedonia (Petrovets, base near Kumanovo, Krivolak), Greece (bases in Crete and near Larissa) and Heff, Kosovo ( "Bondsteel" two bases "Montif" near Gnjilane, the base near Vitina, artillery center near Kacanik, a base near the village of Podujevo area Balovats) (4). Without the support of NATO and other Western centers of power, the UCHK as a punitive formation that unites, as Geyro points out, the heads of mafia clans and intended only to crack down on civilians, could never get power (5).

Disguised UCH begins to activate and reiterates itself as a force capable of blowing up the region again. So, in April 2012, in Macedonia, there was a brutal murder by Albanians of five Macedonians. After that, as reported by the Macedonian special services, the appearance of a large Albanian paramilitary structure was fixed on the border with Kosovo, on the uniform of which stood the UCH logo. Armed groups of Albanians in the UCH uniform were also observed in the region of the Macedonian cities of Skopje and Tetovo. The Bulgarian edition of Novinite notes that the destabilization of Macedonia “in half an hour” can cause an international conflict in Albania, Serbia, Kosovo, Bulgaria, Greece, Romania and Turkey (6).

Especially it is necessary to say about the growing drug trade, which is led by the Albanian mafia, with international terrorist activities, with radical Islamist groups. During the Kosovo conflict, al-Qaida units were deployed in Kosva and Metohija, and the former head of the Albanian secret police, Bashkim Gazieda, was one of the leaders of this organization in the Balkan region. And one of the commanders of the UCHK was Mohammed Zawahiri, brother of the current leader of al-Qaida, Ayman al Zawahiri (7). Now Kosovo has become an international center for training Syrian militants. The Syrian “opposition” appealed to the KLA for aid in April 2012, promising in return the recognition of Kosovo’s independence by the “new Damascus”. The commanders of the terrorist UCHK and Islamic extremists from BiH provided “assistance” in the training of Syrian paramilitary groups. Dzhevad Galishevich, a member of the South-Eastern Europe Expert Group on the Fight against Terrorism, notes that the training centers are located in the former UCHK camps that exist in Macedonia. Abdusamed Bushatlich, a former militant of the “Al-Mojaheddin” detachment, one of the leaders of the Wahhabi movement in BiH, was spotted there. In Macedonia, indicates D. Galishevych; missionary and ideological work is being carried out, in Kosovo - military. All terrorist training is carried out under the patronage of KFOR (NATO). The UCH camps were reactivated in the Drenica region (the villages of Likovac, Yablanitsa and Glodjana), and new bases for the deployment of the Mujahideen from Islamic countries were created. One - also in the territory of Drenica, the other - in Metohija (Smonitsa village near Djakovica). Zoran Stytiovic, operative of the Serbian state security in Kosovo and Metohija in the 90-s, indicates that the training takes place in two directions: sabotage and terrorist activities and intelligence. Instructors are not only Albanians, the export model of the Syrian revolution is being prepared with the help of instructors from the CIA, Albanian UCHK terrorists and extremists from Bosnia and Herzegovina (8). 20 July 2012. The battle of the Syrian army for the second largest city of Aleppo began, during which 400 "rebels" were eliminated. When they were identified, it was established that in addition to mercenaries from other countries, Kosovo Albanians fought on the side of terrorists ...

It would seem inexplicable: while the intelligence services of Western countries "sound the alarm", reporting the blood-curdling details about the "work" of Albanian criminal groups from international to local levels, Western political circles and international organizations stubbornly ignore the criminal activities that threaten the security of their countries ...

In the scenarios of the notorious "Arab Spring" and in local ethno-confessional wars in the post-Yugoslav space in the 90-s of the XX century, the same training mechanism of the armed opposition created on the basis of criminal, terrorist groups was used. All the countries of the Arab world, against which Western centers of power in the last one and a half years have been preparing and unleashing neocolonial wars (Tunisia, Egypt, Yemen, Libya, and now Syria) possessed a flaw in the West’s viewpoint: they were stable states and managed their resources. In operations to intercept the management of these resources, NATO acted as a strike force, while radical (usually Islamist) movements played a supporting role. Thus, the United States, Qatar and the European Troika (Great Britain, France and Germany) financed and armed Libyan fundamentalist militants. Then the United States, the Troika and Turkey, with the support of the League of Arab princes and emirs, began to finance the Muslim Brothers who were previously under the ban in Syria. The new “private property regime of TNCs”, built on the ruins of states, implies the maximum weakening of the subjectivity of the national state as such and the creation on the territory of the seized territory conditions for the formation of an occupational regime.

In the Balkans, the seizure and separation of part of the territory was worked out during the NATO military aggression on the FRY in 1999, the proclamation and strengthening of the independence of the "Republic of Kosovo". Already at the stage of preparation, the “armed opposition” was formed exclusively as a sabotage and punitive force. The Republican Political Committee (Republican Policy Committee, USA) in a report entitled “The Kosovo Liberation Army: Support for Clinton’s Terrorist Groups and Drug Trafficking” (1999), describes the “fighting debut” of the Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA) in February 1996, expressed in attacks on Serbian refugee camps from Croatia and Bosnia. “The officers of the Kosovo Liberation Army,” according to this report, “had to go to the USA for training purposes in order to transform from rebel groups into a political force or political entity ...” (1)

The Serbian newspaper Kurir in July 2008 published information about the secret Brussels agreement of 13 in March 1999, adopted at a meeting of the NATO leadership. In addition to the final decision on the start of the FRY bombing, it was about “creating conditions for the formation of an independent state of Kosovo, which will function only in the presence of NATO forces:“ An independent state of Kosovo will then join in Albania with the withdrawal of territories from Serbia (southern Serbia to Alexintsa), western Macedonia, Malesia from Montenegro and the northern part of Greece, which will make up Great Albania. It will dominate the Balkans and all land and air corridors in the direction of Asia and Africa ”(2).

The Pristina regime, which debuted with punitive operations against the civilian population, created a military base for NATO: after the military conflict ended, the KLA instead of disarmament was turned into a Kosovo defense corps, transformed into Kosovo security forces in 2009, and at the end of 2011 - into the Kosovo Army. The activities of organized criminal groups (OCGs) have continued, despite the presence of numerous international organizations, missions, NGO sector, etc. etc.

In December, 2010, the Special Rapporteur of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, the Swiss prosecutor Dick Marty, made well known in the Balkans, but became for the rest of the world sensational data about the scope of organized crime in Kosovo and the network of trafficking in human organs, to which, above all, political leadership "Republic of Kosovo" - mainly the high command of the KLA. One of the KLA fighters, the Albanian Rexhep, says that “everything connected with illegal business is controlled by the state - Kosovo, Albania and the republics of the former Yugoslavia”, “no one can smuggle in drugs, women, cigarettes or anything else without blessing from above. No, of course, you can try, but then in a few days you will be found somewhere in a ditch already half eaten by worms and dogs, as happened with some ”(3).

In his report, Dick Marty stated: The KLA, headed by the current Prime Minister of the “Republic of Kosovo”, Hashim Tachi (a cutthroat killer known by the name “Snake”), abducted mainly Kosovo Serbs and Albanians suspected of “collaborationism” with the Serbs, ferrying them to northern Albania. There, the abducted people were killed, organs for transplantation, which were sold on the black market, were confiscated from them. These crimes were covered by the UN, NATO, the OSCE and the governments of the leading Western countries. As the protected witness of the ICTY K-144 in March 2008 showed, “the trade of the organs of the abducted Serbs went through Italy, carried out under the direct supervision of the KLA with the tacit approval of the Albanian authorities”; thus, says the witness, who himself was involved in the crimes, "more than 300 of the kidneys and 100 of other Serb organs that were killed and buried in mass graves were sold." K-144 claims that Hashim Thaci personally earned 4 million German marks (4) from selling organs of dead Serbs.

The first head of the UN administration in Kosovo (UNMIK) was Bernard Kouchner. The organization “Doctors without Borders” headed by him for a long time during military conflicts in the territory of the former Yugoslavia was convicted of smuggling weapons at 43 checkpoints in Bosnia, 25 in Croatia and 14 in Kosovo (5). After the withdrawal of the Serbian army and police from Kosovo and Metohija, the Thaci gang freely abducted people and transported them, according to some information, to NATO bases, where they were taken over for transplant. From the NATO base in Kosovo, Bondsteel made daily departures from 6 to 14 aircraft, and there are reasonable suspicions that this was the way in which human organs were transported to Western European countries, primarily to Great Britain (6).

7 January 2011 G. 50 the leading surgeons of England demanded that the authorities legalize the sale of human organs. The rationale is simple: “The demand is huge, and if someone wants to sell his body in order to get out of the financial crisis in this way, why not let it be done? This is his choice, ”said the British surgeon, former deputy chairman of the Royal Society of Surgeons (7). Well, why not deliver, in addition to money-bringing drug trafficking, on the same flow and trafficking in human organs, because this also has its own “practical need”. In the world chain of black transplantation, as the Germanic Spiegel points out, the consumer countries are mainly the USA, Canada, Israel, Saudi Arabia, and the donor countries are China, India, the Philippines, Egypt and Moldova (8). The nodal point in this chain is the “Republic of Kosovo”, which fully deserved the nickname “Kingdom of Terror” in the Balkans.

The investigation of the crimes indicated by Dick Marty is currently in the hands of the European EULEX mission. The mission carries out two trials, and both are in Pristina. The first (prosecutor Clint Williamson) investigates events related to the activities of the Yellow House (Burel, north of Albania) in the period from 1998 to 1999, when victims (mostly Serbs) were abducted in Kosovo, transferred to Albania and removed from them organs. The second process (prosecutor Jonathan Ratel) - illegal transplantology in the clinic "Medicus". First, in November 2008, the Kosovo police and the UNMIK police began to investigate the case of Medikus, then the police and the prosecutor's office of EULEX took it into their hands. As a result, although the investigation has not yet been completed, the accused turned out to be ... nine people. The main ones (the indictment of 2011) are Professor of Medical Sciences of Pristina University Lutfi Dervisi, the founder of Medikus Illir Retzay, the Turkish surgeon Yusuf Somnez and the Israelite Moshe Harel. The difference between the trials is that the “case” against Medikus is openly considered, while crimes related to the Yellow House are secretly investigated “in connection with the security concerns of the special prosecutor and investigators on the ground”. However, they are united by one common trait: complete failure. Moreover, Williamson argues that the investigation of organ trafficking will be completed only after two or three years. It is significant that at the same time EULEX defiantly refuses to cooperate with the Serbian Prosecutor's Office (9) and bring the case to the international level. And even in case of successful completion of the process, the small clinic “Medicus” will be guilty of all sins, but not the highest military-political leadership of the “Kingdom of Horror” and those international forces that were accomplices and supporters of the most serious crimes.

But the facts indicate that the traces lead to the very top of the Kosovo "state". For example, the Serbian Prosecutor’s Office for War Crimes has information that the KLA headquarters were stationed in the villages of Prifch and Tropoja. In sec. Tropoja was the headquarters of the KLA, and Mujahideen militants from other countries flocked here. A hospital in Tropoi was often visited by the Haradinai brothers - Naseem, Shkelzem, Dauth and Ramush. Tropoja, Kuks and Bayram Zuri were the bases of the “combat training” of the KLA, in Bayram Zuri, in addition, there was a medical center for the treatment and rehabilitation of the KLA fighters. In the hangars near abandoned barracks and landfills were stolen Serbs, Roma and "disloyal" Albanians. An illegal prison was created in the Deva mine (border area with Kosovo), containing tunnels that led to the other side of the border, in which prisoners were tortured, and among the “elect”, i.e. the healthiest and strongest, the organs were withdrawn. Next to the village of Tropoi is the village of Vuchi Dol (north of Albania), it was here in April 1998 that the KLA "leadership" arrived from Kosovo. It was placed ... in the family house of the Albanian Prime Minister Sali Berisha. Their reception was coordinated by Suleiman Berisha, brother of the Albanian prime minister’s uncle. He also communicated with the Kosovo ambassador in Tirana. Apart from the fact that trucks were transferred from Kosovo to Kosovo every day (to the villages of Yunik and Borovina near Decan), members of the Berisha family were also suspected to be included in a criminal group that abducted people and seized organs from them Europe: kidneys, liver, heart - at a price of up to 120 thousand euros ... One of the central militant training camps was in the very capital of Albania - Tirana, designed for the “flow” of 200 people, also including a hospital for the treatment of militants “injured on battlefields. Financial flows from abroad, mainly from Switzerland, destined for KLA, went through Dardania Bank, also in Tirana (10).

In early August, 2012 broke out a scandal associated with the data of the German Spiegel about the protection of illegal transplantology by the Kosovo authorities, the complicity of German citizens in the highly profitable business of Kosovo criminals, about the supply of human organs by Medicus for transplantation to donors in Berlin, Göttingen and Regensbie clinics. Transplantations were carried out by “selected” donors, in violation of the law, for big money, “past the turn” of recipients. In particular, a certain Russian émigré Vera sold her left kidney for 8 thousand euros, which Walter, a rich German industrialist, already bought for 81 thousand euros. The owner of Medikus is a German doctor Manfred Ber, who had an agreement with the Dervishi family, who invited him to open a clinic in Kosovo. However, representatives of EULEX refuse to comment on media data that the Medicus Clinic was only a link in the chain of “black transplantology” on a European and world scale (11). As an example of the international scope of “black Kosovo transplantologists”, let us cite the fact that Carla del Ponte, when writing her book “The Hunt: Me and War Criminals”, used data from one Middle Eastern intelligence service, citing the words of a certain sheikh, who received a Serbian heart: “I regret that my heart Serbian, but I'm alive, ”said the Sheikh (12). And so far, despite all the evidence of the crimes committed, the investigation is stalled on the spot. To a great extent, this helps ... The International Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia, in which an incredible event occurred for international justice (but not for the ICTY!). In January, the ICTY 2005 launched an investigation into the Yellow House case; however, it appears that the investigation led to such an impressive level of accomplices in the crime that in 2006, the entire evidence base of the case was destroyed by the tribunal. Responsibility is not incurred by anyone.

The leaders of the KLA (they are also the leaders of the “Republic of Kosovo”), realizing their complete impunity, are not going to stop their dirty work. Thus, Hashim Taci and Agim Ceku, in a conversation that took place after the assassination of Serbian Prime Minister Z. Dzhindzhich, discussed further areas of their activities: to introduce “our capital” to Serbia; start buying up land and enterprises, acting from abroad, through foreign investments and investment funds; “Our people,” said H.Tachi, “should open companies in London, and even better - in Russia (!!! - A.F.) ... and to participate in privatization in Serbia, you need to buy land, food production companies real estate in big cities ... so we can launder money from black funds "; “We can work together with the Croats, they buy in Vojvodina ... they bought hundreds of hectares of better land for little money” (13).

In the Euro-Atlantic version of the future of South-Eastern Europe, the criminal enclave "Republic of Kosovo" has a special role. Here, organized crime of the global level must nestle and already firmly nestled. Transporting drugs to Europe, kidnapping people for organ harvesting to supply black transplant to the markets, intimidating the population, ethnic cleansing of the territory - these are the functional properties of the Kosovo neoplasm, this cancer tumor, unhindered by the body of Europe, which still considers itself civilized ...

The KLA was a NATO tool for "hacking" Yugoslavia. Now Serbia is the strongest state in the region, whose potential can be significantly increased through cooperation with Russia. To counteract such a development of events, the forces of the KLA will not only be maintained, but also increased. In the hands of these forces - full political control over Kosovo (excluding the north of the region), the necessary armament and significant financial assets, as well as military and political support of the United States. Kosovo under the “Pristina government” remains a “zone of chaos” under the omnipotence of the organized criminal group, only slightly disguised as a “multi-ethnic democratic state”. Imitation of the investigation of crimes of Kosovo organized criminal groups leads to further expansion of organized crime, not only in the Balkans, but also far beyond them.
