Who ordered Kazan and Kerch?
Enough time has passed since the tragedy in Kazan to look at it somewhat more calmly. It is perfectly clear that this is not the first tragedy, and far from the last. Not individual representatives are sick, the whole society is sick. And, accordingly, it is necessary to look at it from a slightly different angle.
It is understandable that all sorts of repressions and toughenings will now begin. It is also clear that they will not bring absolutely any benefit, because they will hit first of all, as always, on law-abiding citizens. Who will need to get around all this - what are the problems in a country where everything can be solved vertebrally and with drifts?
And, by the way, tightening in terms of the turnover of firearms weapons do not guarantee anything at all. The body, which has problems with the head, prohibitions will not stop. Examples? No problem.
January 2018. Suburb of Ulan Ude, Sosnovy Bor village. Three teenagers (ninth graders) carried to school and hid pre-made Molotov cocktails and an ax behind a battery. A week later, they came to school to study. Without arousing suspicion in anyone. And then it began. The main "hero" Anton threw Molotov cocktails into the classroom, and chopped running children with an ax. Five schoolchildren and a teacher were seriously injured.
2018 year. Perm city, school number 127. Two men in black burst into room 4 "B" of class. The teacher was stabbed in the neck, then the children were cut with knives.
March 2016. The city of Nakhodka. The 19-year-old thug came to the school where the 15-year-old lady of the heart studied and killed her with a knife.
November 2017. Moscow. Due to the threat of expulsion, an 18-year-old college student killed his teacher with a knife.
April 2018. Bashkiria. The student attacked the teacher and classmate with a knife, set the school on fire, then tried to commit suicide.
As you can see, those who do not have a firearm can quite effectively replace it. And what to do? Limit the circulation of axes, kitchen knives, hammers, pry bars? Licenses, sale by passport? In general, in terms of nonsense, it has always been great in the country.
Equally silly are the statements that weapons can only be allowed by "specially trained" people. Those who have a short memory should be refreshed with annual cases of executions in the army. Or a specially trained police major Yevsyukov.
This is not the point at all. And the fact that our society is deeply sick. How an organism is sick with cancer, through which metastases spread.
And you can broadcast patriotic speeches on television as much as you like (especially before May 9), talk on special TV channels (such as "Spas" or "Union") about love for one's neighbor. Who takes seriously the speeches coming from the leaders of the state today? Or where have you seen a teenager watching a religious TV channel? Or "Russia 24"?
Meanwhile, the reasons for Kerch and Kazan, Perm, Nakhodka and other cities not listed here should be sought.
If we are talking about a disease, we must fight not with the symptoms, but with the causes.
And what are the reasons for the fact that in our country, we can now say with confidence, systematic, massive and demonstrative killings are being committed? Moreover, we have not really had this for some 20 years. Despite the rampant banditry and lawlessness in the country.
Blaming the media or the authorities immediately and indiscriminately is not worth it. More precisely, it is impossible, because there is no single reason and cannot be. I'll give you a hint: once upon a time there was a neighboring country, and there people live in it. And "suddenly", for no reason, no reason, absolutely for no obvious reason, all at one moment became Russophobes. And they hated their Russian neighbors.
Roughly the same thing happened in our country. Everyone was all right with their heads, and suddenly, like a clouding. There were such gentle and sensitive children, and suddenly some with an ax, some with a knife, some with a gun, let's go ...
As who led.
Who took the lead? And society led. Moreover, society is a complex. Here is the information environment in which teenagers live, and the family, and the school, and everything else. It's like a drop of water from the sky: one thing won't do anything terrible, but rain is not always a pleasant thing.
1. Family.
Now, many will disagree with me, but what is happening in many families is the cornerstone of a total nightmare in their heads. I mean domestic violence. Yes, of course, every first commentator will now say that he never, never in his life, and so on.
What does this mean? Well, that in a couple of hundred individual families, everything is in order. But nothing more. Specially, when thinking about this material, I asked three psychologists I knew. According to their statistics, every third client (okay, mostly clients) faced this very violence.
Translating: a scuffle in a family is quite common today. And the author himself, being in the "free search", so often came across divorced according to the "drank and beat" option that in general he stopped being surprised. This is normal.
No, of course, this is fierce game, but it is a fact. Scandals with showdowns and the use of force have become something quite commonplace. According to Rosstat data for 2019, the reason for the divorce in 17,2% was the assault in the family. That is, in almost every fifth family, children could observe how parents sort things out through massacre. Or how the "head of the family", having drunk, begins to "teach life" to everyone.
And this, I repeat, is a common occurrence. That is, already within the walls of his home (yes, here “my home is my fortress” somehow does not sound) the child receives the first “life lessons” based on violence. And this, in my opinion, is much more weighty than all computer "shooters" toys, against which the State Duma was so vehemently opposed at one time.
A teenager, if he is not oligophrenic at the stage of debility, understands perfectly well that this is GTA with drawn police officers and cars, but quite real life. And if anything, a fist in real life is not at all what it is in the game.
Of course, not everyone gets it. But a victim of domestic violence today may well begin to look for victims somewhere outside their home. What we see sometimes. Pure psychology.
If anyone is interested, the peak of the registered cases of domestic violence fell in 2016 and amounted to 65 and a half thousand cases. I would like to emphasize that they are registered. Then it began to decline, not because there were fewer beatings, but because Putin shifted domestic violence from the criminal to the administrative sphere. And now the police just kick off those who want to resort to the help of the law.
So I'm sure it's even worse, but statistically everything is just fine.
2. Information space.
No need to complain about the television grid. This is just plain stupid. Modern teenagers don't watch TV. More precisely, if they are watching, then they are already in some kind of wilderness, where the Internet is absent.
In general, modern Russian TV, with rare exceptions, is such a good guide for a novice maniac or murderer. The leader, unconditionally, is NTV, which drives with prices from murder, dismemberment, violence and other pleasures. "Sea Devils", "Cop Wars", "One Hour Before Dawn", "Streets ..." and so on.
Considering that the series of serials must be somehow diversified, the manual turns out to be colorful, rich and round-the-clock.
The former St. Petersburg intelligent "Channel 5" lags a little behind. All the same "Streets", "Investigator", "Trace", "Detectives". In general - NTV-2.
REN-TV, TV-3, "Domashny", "Friday", "Yu", "Zvezda", "Mir" - all of you will find in the program not just serials, but criminal ones. Even, it would seem, the Zvezda shopping center. There is something to show, isn't it? No, you have to follow everyone. The electorate wants murders - we have them!
I honestly just studied the TV program for May 18th. Check it out if you like. The TV series "You ordered the murder" was on all day at the Zvezda shopping center. He was gray, with a weak rating, but he walked. Actually, that's all.
Yes, when on all channels, except for 2x2 and "Disney" is motchilo and ubivalovo, it is very difficult not to get used to it. And children just get used to the aggressive environment. And they just begin to calmly perceive what is happening around.
Okay, TV shows. BUT news? This is no longer a stone in the garden, a concrete block. This is savoring the same murders (preferably serial, perverted and cruel), interviews with maniacs, terrorists, murderers, discussion of their "exploits" ... Here, yes, our reportage journalism has sunk so deeply that you can not expect a blow to the bottom.
It is clear that this is required by the audience. I will not go far for examples, on our pages you can read in a day how "this Ukraine of yours is tired", "how much you can about this Donbass" and stuff like that. Yes, no drive. Now, if tomorrow a total offensive of the Armed Forces of Ukraine began on the republics, then yes, it would be interesting to many. With pleasure, we would have watched the destruction, corpses, would have thrown angry tirades against the Ukrainian side from the sofas, and so on.
In general, as it should be for consumers of information services.
Meanwhile, it is the media that indulge the terrorists with their reports, "coverage" and other analytics. A terrorist attack is a public thing. Designed for the attention of the general public. All terrorist acts are demonstrative in nature and are designed for the widest possible coverage. Otherwise, there is simply no point in them.
Indeed, what is the purpose of the terrorist attack? Intimidate in the first place, convey the idea in the second. And if no one finds out about the terrorist attack and those who take responsibility, then the point is to fence in the garden?
So the modern terrorist and the modern journalist go hand in hand. And one feeds the other.
Please think about how much one minute of airtime costs. How much does the publication cost. And how much time and space the media sometimes spend on covering the tasks and plans of terrorists. Seemingly under the guise of "analytics", but in fact, just whipping up hysteria.
Yes, the media advertise for terrorists and murderers like this, it's no wonder how teens react to it.
3. The Internet.
I won't go into too much detail here. The Internet is the god of modern adolescents, and what is offered in it today in the same “tick-tock” is a subject for a separate discussion. The quintessence of dullness and horror. But it is very accessible and understandable. Therefore, if earlier, some 20 years ago, teenagers had to be torn away from the TV, today everyone lives in smartphones.
Yes, he seems to be "smart", that is, smart, but debilitates no worse than the good old TV. Because on the Internet, not only do they give the same news, they also discuss it on various streams.
On streams, where each participant can express their opinion and get a certain rating, both the presenter and the audience. This is important.
One-sided consumption of TV news has been replaced by interactive dialogue on the Internet. It's more interesting, it's more dangerous.
In fact, both the media and bloggers are simply promoting terrorist attacks and violence. They make heroes out of killers.
4. Values.
And there are no values. Who is on the front pages today? "Stars" of the stage, mired in scandals, gossip and rumors. Government officials, occasionally caught in bribes of millions. Judges are also a good example, living their own lives.
Healthy strong families? Not. On the contrary, the dirtier the divorce scandal, the greater the chances of getting on TV or the blogosphere. Honest people? Who is interested in them? This is generally a dying class on the side of the road of beautiful life.
Nobody is interested in this. How not interesting are people who make discoveries, do something useful for society or others? Enough for you ... Give blood, violence, scandals, rumors and so on.
Something that will revive the gray life of an ordinary man in the street. The consumer of information services.
5. The role of the state.
And the role of our state is simply magnificent. She's none. The state, that is, the apparatus of power, does not interfere with anyone.
Censorship? Well, we have a "democratic" society, because the only thing that should not be done is to criticize the authorities. The rest is all within the limits of the permissible. That is, you put a mark "banned in the Russian Federation" - and write opuses about terrorists as much as you like.
It seems that this attribution will protect all brains from information.
There is no ideology, which is spelled out in Art. 13 of the Constitution. There is no and will not be, therefore we are similar to the flowing stream in this regard. The only thing that can be heard indistinctly in this regard is in the President's speech on May 9. There may be something like that, about patriotism and so on.
Against the background of television appearances, it plays rather a minus than a plus. Against the background of what is happening in the country for the remaining 364 days a year, all these beautiful speeches cause rejection rather than make you listen.
In our time, ideology (which, by the way, our “potential” has) has been replaced by the cult of consumption and hedonism. Pleasure and entertainment.
One need not think, and so it is clear that if a society in general and a person in society in particular does not have ideals, then it is very easy for him to "give" them.
What, in fact, is happening.
Let's be honest: parents, educators, educators, teachers - everything was replaced by His Majesty Smartphone. The main provider of information for children. He fosters ideals, he sets examples. It guarantees results in the spirit of the times.
And the Russian information field has long been stripped of ideals. From real ideals. But complete freedom in terms of creating images, followed by adolescents. And the fruits of the creation of these images are reaping the victims of terrorist attacks in schools.
As practice shows, young people need to be educated. The whole society. From kindergarten to adulthood. And it is desirable to continue.
But in modern Russia this is impossible. School does not educate, but "provides educational services." Institute, college - the same. Parents are very conditional educators, since they now have different tasks. Our government carefully removed grandparents from the environment of influencing adolescents, sending them to work a little more in parallel with their parents.
Children are raised by the Internet.
Therefore, you can tighten the rules for the sale of weapons, table knives, axes, sickles and other garden tools as much as you like (and there are such options - the ninja would spit out), all this will be stupid.
Terror is not growing in weapons stores, it is being grown in heads.
While Russian children are being raised by Western society and homegrown directors who have been brought up by them, Kerch and Kazan will repeat from year to year.
Disconnect the Internet in Russia? Late. Ban selling smartphones to children? It's funny. Oh, yes, parents can be fined ...
Unfortunately, here we have to admit that our state lost this fight for the heads of children with a bang. Only prohibitive and punitive sanctions can do nothing. But this is clearly not understood at the top. This can be seen from the instructions that Putin gave to the chief National Guard.
It won't burn out, gentlemen, it won't burn out. It is necessary to fight not with the consequences, but with the reasons.
And the main reason is that our state, first of all, does not need such citizens. And therefore, in the first places in the ratings will be shown "successful businessmen" and their children, contemptuously spitting on those from the sidelines of life, rappers and pop divas, hung with state medals, and so on. Well, the only ones who can stand above them and outshine them. Terrorists and killers.
So, unfortunately, gentlemen, there will still be blood. But you ordered it yourself. Receive.
