Military engineers of the South Military District are developing new stations for the extraction and purification of water "Hygiene"
Calculations of mining stations and water purification engineering and sapper units of the Southern Military District (South Military District) conduct special classes at the testing grounds and training complexes of the Southern Military District.
During the field work, the station calculations will learn to properly equip the field water supply equipment at various water sources and comply with the standards for the deployment and collapse of the recently added engineering units of the SKO-10 Hygienic Station.
When teaching device and equipment for field water supply at various water sources, classes are held during the day and at night, with particular attention being paid to choosing the right layout for the working platform elements and providing protection from exposure weapons mass destruction.
The modern station SKO-10 "Hygiene" is gradually replacing the earlier version of the stations for the extraction and purification of water VFS-10 in the army. The advantage of SKO-10 is to purify water not only from natural pollutants, but also from toxic and radioactive substances, bacterial agents and highly toxic substances.
СКО-10 "Hygiene" is capable of purifying water from mechanical particles, suspended solids, colloidal compounds, ferric iron, neutralizes anthropogenic substances and toxic substances of organic origin, including chemical warfare agents, deactivates radionuclides, including products of a nuclear explosion, disinfects from bacteria and viruses , including pathogenic and bacterial agents of mass destruction.
The cleaning capacity is 8-10 cube. m / h, desalination capacity - up to 5 cube. m / h
Training specialists and approbation of the water-technical supply of troops in the field will fully provide drinking water to the units of the district involved in the Kavkaz-2012 strategic command and staff exercise.
In total, about 500 military personnel were involved in the personnel training of the mining and cleaning stations of the engineering and sapper units of the Southern Military District, and about 50 units of special equipment were involved.
