The catastrophe covered another important area of the life of the country and society - the health care system. In the current period, medicine in Russia has simply been optimized to the point of a pen. That is, they carried out a total closure of hospitals, including infectious diseases departments. The number of beds and staff was drastically reduced. So much so that the epidemic suddenly needed field mobile hospitals.
Who destroys the guardians of life?
In essence, more or less normal healthcare has been destroyed. Like the traditional classical school (Russia is being turned into a country of fools).
The coronavirus simply made it public that it was almost complete. In fact, he brought down the remains of the medical system's stability. Any other virus, of course, could have done this. A powerful flu epidemic, for example. Or a war, when there was simply no one to treat the wounded. No matter what they say, the coronavirus only demonstrated the fait accompli of the complete defeat of domestic medicine.
And now no urgent or even extraordinary measures (with the allocation of large funds) can immediately change and correct the current situation. To destroy is not to build. It is clear that restoring a normal system (as in the USSR, for example) health care will take time, resources, personnel, a complex of training and education, the domestic medical industry, etc.
Among other things, it would be necessary to recreate the Russian pharmaceutical industry. For example, in 2018, drugs and medical equipment worth $ 11,5 billion were imported into Russia. Well, exports for the same period amounted to only $ 700 million (that is, it was 16 times less). At the same time, although many drugs are manufactured in Russia, they are still using Chinese and Indian raw materials. And here import substitution is clearly still far away.
A similar situation was previously observed in the army. Serdyukov optimized the Armed Forces in about the same way. Under the sauce that in peacetime, allegedly from an economic point of view, it is not profitable to maintain motorized rifle, tank и aviation divisions. And also the numerous (supposedly duplicating) military schools and academies turned out to be useless. Much more effective, as it turned out, was to simply reduce them or pseudo-enlargement. From universal educational centers to bases and brigades. Well, everything is just like in our education. Or as in medicine. Upscale / downsize just like a carbon copy ...
Then, when the planet suddenly smelled of fried food (and somehow it did not work out to catch up with the global elite), Moscow began to hastily try to suddenly restore what had been destroyed. However, breaking is not building for you. Things went, alas, not as quickly as we would like. The top officials felt that it turned out to be much more difficult to create than to dashingly optimize something (destroying the best or selling off tasty land plots and hospital mansions in city centers).
Re-optimization of infectious disease specialists
So, the situation with the coronavirus showed that healthcare in Russia has been destroyed. Like a system, like a well-coordinated clockwork with many screws and springs.
And what is curious. Of course, on the one hand, it would be somehow ridiculous to suspect a demarche organized from the outside against our Russian doctors, and even more so medical beds. If not for one "but". Let me remind you that for the entire long period on the eve of the ill-fated epidemic of the media, all our ears were buzzing about the fact that, they say, Western biolaboratories were imposing on Russia from all sides, and overseas scientists were conjuring there over hitherto unknown infections. Without going into conspiracy theories, let us only pay attention to the fact that only a lazy enemy will not try to help us in some way in our own depopulation from the inside. So to speak, weaken our immunity and resistance. Acting through the ambitions of our elites and making the notorious optimization of domestic health care simply fashionable and profitable.
And just here it turns out that for some reason the main thing under the ax of local and federal optimizers went exactly to our infectionistics or (as it is also called) infectology. By chance? Maybe. But, you see, it’s a very strange coincidence.
It was the fight against infectious diseases (as one of the most important strategic directions of defense medicine) that suffered from the ruinous reforms more than others. It suddenly turned out that the officials optimized the infectious area extremely zealously. Reduced bed capacity, infectious disease doctors, nursing staff and nurses. This has been done all of the last time, and especially after the May 2018 decrees on increasing average salaries in medicine. As Chernomyrdin said:
"We wanted the best, but it turned out as always."
That is, they formally wanted to improve the standard of living of doctors. But in fact, everything turned into a reduction in the medical staff. Moreover, the entire population of the country was blamed on those who remained in the profession.
Look closely at the numbers.
So, according to Rosstat, from the beginning of 2013 to the end of 2019, the number of junior medical workers was reduced up to 265 thousand people (2,6 times). And nursing staff - up to 1,314 million people (by 9,3%). Well, doctors were also cut to 704 thousand people (by 2%).
Now watch your hands. Infectious disease doctors were cut, most likely (either as unnecessary, or to order, or out of stupidity), much more actively than all others. They were demoted by as much as 10% (compared to 2011). And they brought the number of our leading fighters against viruses and other parasitic bacteria to a modest 6 specialists. To all of Mother Russia? All of us, of all ages? To all cities and towns?
Good chance. On the eve of the covid attack. Downright sabotage of some kind.
But that was not all.
Back for a century
The number of beds for infectious diseases has suddenly decreased by almost 2,4 times. In 1990, there were only 140 of them for all of us Russians. And exactly for the covid intervention, the officials reduced them by more than half. And at the time of the pandemic, only 59 thousand specialized hospital beds awaited us.
The question arises, why was it necessary to eliminate 2200 beds in Moscow alone for carriers of dangerous infections? Namely, so many of them have been eliminated in the capital, planned and intentionally, since 2011. By the way, at that time there weren't so many of them - only 4823.
Kromsali, of course, and the usual bed fund. According to the Ministry of Health, in 2013, 35 thousand sick leave beds... In 2014, another 50 thousand beds. In 2015, they slowed down a little, but not much - another 41 thousand beds were removed. Well, in 2016 they strained themselves and again eliminated 31 thousand hospital beds. Since this optimization has already started ...
That is, the reserve capacities necessary in case of infectious outbreaks, epidemics or hostilities were eliminated. At the same time, mind you, people did not get sick less. That is, as a result of these bureaucratic somersaults with beds in peacetime in the dock era, the load on specialized doctors more than doubled.
But what can we say about hospital beds. Optimizing liquidators did not waste time on trifles and mowed down entire hospitals. In 2000–2015. number of hospitals in Russia reduced twice (!) From 10,7 to 5,4 thousand. While maintaining such a rate of destruction of hospitals (about 350 per year) by 2021–2022. the number of all medical institutions in the country will reach a record level: we will have only 3 thousand hospitals in the whole of Russia. For understanding: this is the level of Russia a century ago - 1913!
Following hospitals, in 15 years the number of hospital beds has decreased by three times (on average by 27,5%, to 1,2 million). In rural areas, the reduction in hospital beds is even more noticeable - almost 40%.
The officials are not worried. After all, they know that those who have the means will be treated in paid institutions and abroad. And all the others will recover and survive as best they can, according to the residual principle.
Murderous depopulism
The scope of reforms that are killing domestic medicine and public health is impressive. From the Yeltsin era to the present day, the health care system (like the school) has been drastically optimized. And all because the normal system that existed in the USSR did not fit into the new market realities. The Covid intervention simply exposed the full extent of the devastation. The people saw what the elite had done. And he gasped.
But it will not be possible to restore medicine immediately (as it used to be, or even better) quickly. It is possible to build hangars (new temporary hospitals) and field infectious diseases departments rather promptly, but you cannot just find thousands and thousands of experienced doctors in a flash, as well as all the required trained medical personnel. You can't even write them out today from abroad: alas, there is the same problem.
But the people dream of restoring everything basic and cardinally: the system of special medical education, jobs, their own production. Specialized clinics and departments. To return medical facilities and doctors to small towns, villages and villages. But the flywheel stories launched. And high-quality medicine for the people somehow does not fit into the liberal program and the picture of the day for "optimizing all of Russia up to 3000 hospitals, period."
So it is not surprising that the current government, apart from imitation, in essence, is not going to restore anything. The normal health care system will probably never be returned to the people. On the contrary, it seems that no one at the top is even going to stop the murderous flywheel of bed liquidations.
It turns out that in the coming years there is still a significant reduction in spending on the social sector, including, by the way, and medicine. With the continuation of the transfer of the remaining crumbs from the medical system to a paid basis. That is why the authorities do not intend to propose anything, except for the policy of prohibitions, the continuation of the imitation of violent activity, mask, glove mode, informational psychosis, intimidation of citizens, which further undermines the nerves and health of people.
Accelerated country extinction
Where does this all lead to? In principle, the answer is already clear. To accelerate the rate of depopulation in Russia. To the extinction of Russians. A similar picture is in other countries of the world - the so-called "supermortality" is on the nose.
The global project to optimize medicine (read: depriving people of medical care) is being implemented not only in our country, but also in the developed countries of the West. There, too, the number of beds, infectious diseases wards, experienced personnel, "surplus" and "ineffective" capacities was reduced, that is, everything that did not fit into the cannibalistic market economy. Most countries in Asia, Africa and Latin America did not have a normal health care system at all.
The current situation with covid has shown that medicine optimized in the West and in Russia cannot cope, not only with a pandemic, but with such a level of optimization, even with an infectious outbreak. It is not for nothing that for covid patients it is necessary to re-profile multidisciplinary and specialized hospitals for infectious diseases clinics, including maternity hospitals, oncological centers and cardiac surgery departments. As a result, planned treatment and even surgery are canceled. There is a total lack of doctors, protective equipment, special equipment and medicines.
The existing doctors are terribly overwhelmed, their personal immunity has been undermined. Which leads to an increase in the deaths of medical personnel. Hence the staff turnover. Many are simply afraid and quit.
All other categories of patients with chronic diseases are under special blow. They simply cannot receive medical attention, since the coronavirus has switched all the remaining capacities and reserves to itself. The sad result is the supermortality of the population, and first of all, the elderly. So, research showthat among the dead from coronavirus 70-80% are elderly people, old people (60+). They usually already have serious health problems, chronic diseases. Another 18% are middle-aged citizens (45–59 years old).
Plus, erroneous or openly destructive actions of the authorities. The population of the developed part of the world community (deep Africa as a whole lived its own life) has been exhausted and exhausted for almost a year with various lockdowns and prohibitions. The authorities of various countries, with the filing of WHO, destroyed herd immunity. Destroyed the economies. The peoples have suffered the loss of millions of jobs, as well as poverty, in some places already malnutrition and hunger.
How Covid helps environmentalists
The attack on the immune system of citizens has made people more vulnerable to disease and death. Hence the more ambitious "second wave", which was provoked by mistakes during the first. For example, mask and glove mode, enhanced disinfection and the use of antibiotics, antiviral drugs for any sneeze - all this only undermined the collective immunity of the population. As a result, humanity receives supermortality and acceleration of the extinction of countries (and the white race in general).
In fact, we no longer see just mistakes at the level of international organizations (UN, WHO, IMF, WB), but a project program to eliminate the "surplus" population that does not fit into the "new world order", which is being built by liberals who are rapidly turning into fascists ...
That is why, first of all, the elderly part of the planet's population is subject to liquidation, which will not be able to accept the realities of the new "digital Buchenwald".
In the West, since the 1960s and 1970s, at the elite level, they have been talking about the need to stop the growth of the world's population and even reduce it.
Ostensibly in order to solve the problem of the impending lack of resources. And to prevent an ecological disaster.
