Two militants were killed and one more was detained during the counter-terrorist operation in Ingushetia. This is reported by the NAC (National Anti-Terrorism Committee).
According to the report, during the operational-search activities on Thursday, information was received about the militants hiding in private houses in Nazran and the village of Sagopshi of the Malgobek region. In these areas, a special regime was introduced and a decision was made to conduct a counter-terrorist operation.
The territory adjacent to the houses with the entrenched militants was cordoned off, they were offered to lay down weapon and surrender to law enforcement. In response, the militants opened fire on the security forces, but during a short firefight, two of them were liquidated on the spot, another was detained. There are no casualties or casualties among the civilian population and security officials.
During the counter-terrorist operation in Nazran and the Malgobek region of Ingushetia, two bandits were neutralized, one was detained. Their identities have been established. According to reports, they intended to commit a number of terrorist crimes on the territory of the republic.
