Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu signed an order on the introduction of a monthly allowance for certain categories of servicemen. It will be introduced on July 1 and will average 23 rubles a month. According to the head of the military department, the allowance is being introduced for about 45 thousand military personnel of the flight personnel, seafarers, the Main Directorate of the General Staff and the Strategic Missile Forces.

Shoigu said that the bonus is set from the salary for military positions. For officers it will be 100%, for warrant officers and sergeants - 110%; for soldiers - 120%.
The increase will affect more than 45 thousand servicemen. On average, its size will be 23 thousand rubles per month. I demand from the commanders and chiefs to ensure the timely establishment and payment of the allowance in accordance with the order
