Venezuela withdraws from the Inter-American Court of Human Rights

Venezuela withdraws from the Inter-American Court of Human RightsVenezuelan President Hugo Chavez announced that his country’s withdrawal from the Inter-American Court of Human Rights, reports The Washington Post. This move was a reaction to the verdict on the case of the organizer of the bombings at the diplomatic missions of Colombia and Spain in Caracas in 2003. The court ruled that the Venezuelan authorities were guilty of the inhuman treatment of the perpetrator of the terrorist attacks, Raúl Díaz Peña, and the violation of his rights to personal integrity.

As stated in the statement of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Venezuela, by a similar decision, the Inter-American Court of Human Rights openly admitted its involvement in "Washington's policy to protect terrorists who attack the peoples of our America."

“You shouldn’t wait any longer ... we are leaving the Inter-American Court of Human Rights to respect our dignity,” said Chavez during a ceremony marking the day of the national naval forces.

For committing a terrorist attack that killed four people, Diaz was sentenced to 9 years in prison. However, in 2010, he left the country after the court allowed him to leave prison for several hours a day for work. After that, Diaz sought asylum in the United States and filed charges against the Venezuelan authorities.

In 2011, Chavez proposed the creation of an international tribunal and a commission on human rights within the framework of the South American Union of Nations, which, in his opinion, would contribute to greater independence of the states in the indicated bloc.

And it would be high time for Russia to reconsider its participation in many international organizations, otherwise we pay money for the maintenance of all international human rights and judicial organizations, which do not hesitate to pass their verdicts in favor of the Chechens, liberals, etc., who have applied, and then on these "sentences" from the budget of the country is paid not small amounts do not understand who angry

The guys, before writing comments, would take an interest and find out that the United States is not part of the countries that organized this court. There are some Latin countries without Trinidat and Tabaco and Mexico (limited) laughing
The fact that Chavez is well done is no doubt. It’s just that he’s rhetoric, like our Zhirinovsky’s, provocative and shocking, I will never forget a show at the UN when he went to the podium after Bush led his nose and said that he smells of sulfur (like Bush is a devil from the underworld) good Amer then tired of scribbling tired there, in the modern world it’s hard to be ridiculed laughing

But it seems to me that it’s just logical and independent. Although there is a share of shocking in it. You’re right. The main thing is the end result of these statements. And it’s even on the face of the ocean (we have tobis).

For the terrorist attack and the killing of 4 people - 9 years in a soft-security prison (with permission to leave the prison to work) - wow they have orders !?

True, I watched a film about Venezuelan prisons - where the criminals have "self-government" - the prison is divided into zones of influence between gangs, the police do not interfere.

Now it turns out you can still go to the "dismissal".
Living in prison - working in the city.

"The court ruled that the Venezuelan authorities were guilty of inhuman treatment of the perpetrator of the attacks."

I would not want to offend such a "significant" body as the "Inter-American Court of Human Rights", but ... how not to call them IDIOTS. Already I went to "dismissals", but no - they still violated the rights of a shit ...

Create all sorts of comfortable conditions with Breiviks and the "world" will settle with you ... a madhouse.

And meanwhile, for the red-haired "Joker", in the states themselves - KIRDYK shines ...
Oh yes, he did a little more. Well, then they could not be allowed to leave ...

In short - we DO NOT NEED this "hockey" !!!
And Chavez - well done, respect.

Breivik, the guy is so Norwegian. A year ago, he shot about 100 people in Norway, well, he still blew up the bomb ... He is a terrorist (just don’t cling to the definition). He has conditions of detention, now, as in a holiday home (well, our holiday home, in the outback). And everyone cares about him.
        I think this is crazy.

I understand perfectly well that you know the history of Breivik and guess

And it is not by chance that I give an example with the recent execution, the red-haired Amer. In his homeland, a tower shines on him. That is, let the whole world be tolerant of terrorists, but does the USA have a normal attitude?
This is funny to me ...

And after all, Venezuela does not have WMDs and the Armed Forces and the Navy, as in Russia. And as firmly and surely, he doesn’t lick ass to amers about and without. Feel free to nationalize oil and other companies, their gasoline is the cheapest. And does not weave a democratic heresy from the rostrum. A strong leader. And the people love him, what kind of dictator is he? He is the leader of his nation and pursues an understandable domestic and foreign policy.
