Connection of times. Sergey Larenkov

18
The name of Sergei Larenkov - quite an ordinary resident of St. Petersburg - has recently become widely known after his unique photo-design project “The Invisible Leningrad”. It is a collection of several dozen collages. On each photograph, frames of the same place, but taken at different times: during the blockade of Leningrad - and at the beginning of the twenty-first century are combined with millimeter accuracy.

The effect of these shots is amazing. Looking at them, as if you feel alive, how restless under this looming sky; and it is not clear what another city is doing at this place! .. The crowds of mobs, cries, explosions, lines of shots, fighters running into the attack ... The people in these pictures mourn their dead loved ones, wait for new shelling, they hope that they will manage to survive , believe in an early victory ...

When combining photos, it turns out that people and situations of blockade pores and more are returning from the past.

Impressive! How much work has been expended! Such photos should be placed in history textbooks so that young people, even though through such a form, delve into how our ancestors lived and what they had to transfer.

Cool guy muddied, it’s a tremendous job: first find the pictures, then find out where they were made, then the point from where they were made, take a picture and then Photoshop. Well done man!

I wonder if other photographers did something similar. The idea itself is brilliant, not to mention execution

Sumptuously!!! This young one must see that 70 years ago, in places where they drink beer, they drove on sledges of the dead from hunger! You need to know the story!

shocked by the viewing, I agree it is necessary to have such photos in history textbooks, or in large format at such places to hang out so that they remember! Particularly shocked were the photos with the bodies of the dead and the modern rakrus! I'm just ...... no words!

The authorities of our country have done a lot, but this is already too much.
I generally accidentally found him http://xurl.es/poisk
Here is information about each of us, for example: relatives, friends, correspondence from social networks.
And most importantly, it is accessible to everyone, I was really scared at first - you never know what moron there will climb
Well, the truth is that you can remove yourself from the site.

Have you seen this? Putin's current government has made this database , where you can find detailed information about each resident on the territory of the former USSR. I registered, found and deleted my data, which I advise everyone to do. And whether Mali is anyone there looking for ...

There are many pictures of the besieged Leningrad, but something to combine! We must thoroughly know the city and the point of shooting !!! I bow to the man. Shine. Find ONE old picture of your city, take a new one and take a photo. This is for those who do not represent the amount of work.

Could, after all, photoshop some commercial nonsense, but a person respects that he respects the memory of ancestors (not so distant), eyewitnesses of that time are still alive. Thank you so much, first of all for choosing a topic, for the work done, We are waiting for the continuation.
And to officials from education - material for history textbooks, and textbooks a-la "know and love your land."
