The FSB has prevented the attack, which is being prepared by a supporter of the right-wing Ukrainian organization Right Sector, banned in Russia. The detained by the FSB officers planned to arrange an explosion near one of the buildings of the administration of Murmansk. According to the report, a Russian citizen of 1983 year of birth was detained, his surname is not given, which is a supporter of the Right Sector organization of Ukrainian nationalists banned in Russia. The detention took place on December 10 at the time of removal of a large-capacity improvised explosive device from the cache.
A criminal case has been instituted against the detainee under Art. 205 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation "Terrorist Act", the necessary investigative and operational measures are being taken to identify accomplices, as well as other persons involved in the activities of an extremist organization in Russia.
