Natural disasters of recent years push to serious reflections

"Climatic weapon: bluff or reality? ”was the title of Colonel-General Leonid Ivashov’s article published in September on the pages of MIC (No. 35). The author affirmatively answers this question, and we absolutely agree with him. At the same time, we consider it necessary to elaborate on the affected problem in more detail.

Currently, geophysical weapons are still considered by many experts as a hypothetical tool that can be used only in the distant future. However, the available technological and scientific groundwork allows even today to create separate samples of non-traditional and exotic weapons systems. Moreover, the analysis of natural disasters of the last decade convinces: they already exist. Apparently, non-public field experiments on the use and assessment of geophysical (climate) weapons capabilities are being conducted on planet Earth.

YEAR OF BIRTH - 1958

At the end of the 20th and the beginning of the 21st centuries, traditional views on wars and armed conflicts underwent fundamental changes. Nowadays, in the course of interstate confrontation, a wider range of forms and methods of putting pressure on a competitor will be used, and the areas where it is being fought are different. Such areas as political, economic, informational, and a number of others are increasingly coming to the fore.

The significance and specific gravity, the scale of the use of non-military means has increased significantly, their use has become more focused and coordinated. Now the main task is not to crush opponents in the shortest possible time. Victory over them is achieved by destabilizing the situation in potentially dangerous or clearly hostile countries and regions, for which the economic disruption, the impact on the information resource, and the provocation of natural disasters and catastrophes will do well.

That is why a considerable number of scientists note, not without reason, that one of the reasons for the increasing climatic anomalies is various practical tests of the properties of geophysical weapons that are being developed by the leading nations of the world, despite the existence of a special convention prohibiting impact on the habitat of mankind for military purposes.

Meanwhile, back in 70, Zbigniew Brzezinski, who at the time was serving as national security assistant to US President Jimmy Carter, predicted in his book At the Turn of Two Centuries: “Technology will give the leaders of great powers methods of conducting secret wars for which Special Forces ... Technologies of influence on the weather will be able to cause a prolonged drought or hurricanes ... "

And the report, commissioned by the US Air Force, states: “By making the US aerospace forces" weather masters "using appropriate technologies and concentrating research on their military applications - from supporting their own operations to disrupting enemy operations and from local effects on local weather conditions Before establishing global dominance in communications and counter space reconnaissance, methods of influencing weather create ample opportunities for defeating and forcing the enemy. Therefore, for the United States, weather control technologies are likely to become an integral part of national security policies, including both domestic and international aspects. And the government, proceeding from our interests, should pursue such a policy at all levels. ”

Recall: in the last century, the ingenious inventor and scientist Nikola Tesla, studying the physics of the Earth, suggested that there is a real possibility of using the natural magnetic field of our planet for wireless energy transmission over considerable distances, however, like any research conducted by mankind, the most significant research data had in terms of military use. Confident in the danger of using high-energy power, Tesla destroyed his experimental setup and destroyed part of the technical documentation.

1958 can be considered the birth year of geophysical weapons of the new generation, when the Americans carried out the first nuclear explosion at an altitude of 70 km - near the lower boundary of the ionosphere.

This top-secret experiment was conducted in a remote spot of the Pacific Ocean - on the Johnston Atoll. According to the original idea, the electromagnetic impulse of the explosion would have burned all the electronics within a radius of a couple of hundred kilometers, which would be a worthy start for breaking through the armada of B-52 aircraft with hydrogen bombs through Soviet air defense.

But something unusual happened: a cosmic nuclear explosion caused a steady ionospheric disturbance, which for a long time violated radio communications at a distance of many thousands of kilometers! And in the southern hemisphere, on the Samoa archipelago - on 3,5 thousands of kilometers from the site of the explosion - a bright aurora broke out in the daytime tropical sky.

Samoa and Johnston are the so-called magnetically conjugate regions connected by a single line of the geomagnetic field. Charged particles formed during a nuclear explosion rushed along the magnetic line into the opposite hemisphere and burned a hole in the ionosphere - the “astral shell” of the Earth.

The following nuclear tests — Argus (three explosions at an altitude of 480 km in the South Atlantic) and Starfish — included extensive satellite and geophysical measurements, which made it possible to understand much and even too much. It turned out that nuclear explosions not only create disturbing radio communications ionospheric anomalies that live for years, but also actively influence the climatic processes occurring on Earth. From this point on, the scientists of the leading world powers began to think about the reality of the realization of a plan to develop geophysical (climate) weapons, allowing to control the weather over the battlefield and over enemy territory.

WEATHER OF THE HAARP

Geophysical weapons should be called weapons whose object of action is the surrounding natural (geophysical) environment: hydrosphere, lithosphere, surface layers of the atmosphere, ozone layer, magnetosphere, ionosphere, near-earth space.

The idea of geophysical weapons is to become the owner of the mechanism of artificially causing and targeting certain areas of natural phenomena, which result in significant destruction and casualties. To such natural phenomena, in particular, include:

- destruction of the ozone layer over individual territories, fraught with their "burning out" and exposure to natural radiation of the Sun;

- the riot of the water element (floods, tsunamis, storms, mudflows);

- atmospheric catastrophes - tornadoes, typhoons, tornadoes, heavy rains, as well as the general climate in a certain area - droughts, frosts, erosion (weapons that could provoke them are often called climate weapons);

- earthquakes, tectonic faults, volcanic eruptions and secondary disasters caused by them, such as tsunamis (the corresponding weapons are usually called tectonic weapons).

Perhaps the most powerful modern geophysical (climatic) weapon created by human hands is HAARP, whose true purpose and power are carefully hidden from the public.

What is HAARP?

In the north of the USA, 400 km from Anchorage, a huge phased antenna array (PAR), a network of 60 2-meter antennas, which together make up the giant 180-24 microwave antenna, total, deployed at the Gakkona military base exceeding solar radiation in this frequency range by 2,8-10 orders of magnitude. This is the HAARP (High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program - the Northern Lights Auroral Active Research Program), a little-known part of the famous Strategic Defense Initiative (SOI). The base is surrounded by barbed wire, the perimeter is guarded by armed marines patrols, and the airspace above the research center is closed to all types of civilian and military aircraft. After the 5 events of September 6, air defense systems are located around HAARP.

Installation HAARP was built units of the Navy and the US Air Force. The official purpose of the complex is to study the nature of the ionosphere and the development of air defense and missile defense systems. However, numerous researchers believe that in fact it serves to influence the global and local mechanisms of nature in areas where the opponents of the United States are located. Scientific journals claim that there are opportunities with HAARP:

- cause artificial northern lights;

- hammering over horizon over-the-horizon early-warning radar stations for detecting launches of ballistic missiles and even eliminating enemy telecommunications systems on a specific section of the planet;

- destroy intercontinental missiles by overheating their electronic parts;

- manage the weather by ionizing the upper atmosphere;

- change the mental behavior of a person by transmitting electromagnetic radiation of a certain spectrum, stimulating borderline conditions in people;

- carry out X-rays of the subsoil, register the creation of underground tunnels or record the presence of natural cavities;

- disable spacecraft.

As it is supposed, nowadays specialists working at HAARP, due to the improvement of technologies, are able to influence atmospheric processes up to the initiation of natural disasters: heavy showers, earthquakes, floods and hurricanes.

HAARP emitters are a qualitatively new level of technology. Their power is hard to grasp. When they turn on, the equilibrium of the circumterrestrial environment is disturbed. The ionosphere is being warmed up. According to some reports, the Americans have already managed to get artificial long plasma formations. Something like giant ball lightning kilometers long. In the course of experiments conducted under the direct supervision of the command of the United States Air Force and Navy, effects of interaction of artificial plasma formations with the Earth’s magnetosphere were obtained. And this already allows us to talk about the possibility of creating integrated systems of geophysical weapons.

According to the world-famous American scientist Rosalie Bertella, HAARP is only part of an integrated system of geophysical weapons that is potentially dangerous to the environment: “Behind this are five decades of intensive and increasingly destructive experiments in controlling the upper layers of the atmosphere. HAARP is an integral part of a long stories military space programs. Its military use, especially in combination with other technologies of a similar level, is alarming. And the radio transmission of tens and hundreds of megawatts to a space platform capable of directing this huge flow of energy, comparable to the atomic bomb, in the form of laser or other rays to any point on the Earth, is simply frightening. Such a project can be “sold” to the public in the form of another “space shield” from offensive weapons within the framework of the same PIO or for the most credulous - as a means to restore the ozone layer! ”

CATACLISMS OF THE LAST YEARS AND DAYS

Some scientists and military experts believe that HAARP as a weapon of geophysical (ionospheric) effects has been used for a long time. Moreover, all significant cataclysms in Europe and the world began, oddly enough, just after 1997, when the station was launched. The most memorable of them:

- 1997-1998 years, Hurricane El Niño raged over many cities, the total damage amounted to 20 billion dollars;

- 1999 year, an earthquake in Turkey with an 7,6 score of magnitude killed about 20 thousands of people;

- 2003 year, hurricane "Isabel", called the most powerful and most deadly, claimed several thousand lives;

- 2004 year, one of the strongest and most devastating earthquakes in modern history (its power was equal to 9 points) occurred on the eastern coast of the Indonesian island of Sumatra, followed by a tidal wave that killed about 300 thousand people;

- 2005 year, the earthquake in Pakistan with a magnitude of 7,6 points turned out to be the strongest for all the seismic observations in South Asia, killing more than 100 thousand people;

- 2008 year, an unexpected awakening Chaiten volcano in Chile, which had fallen asleep for hundreds of years;

- April 2010 of the year, a volcanic eruption in Iceland, which resulted in the air collapse in Europe.

The events of last summer in Central Russia give grounds for objective suspicions that over the course of two months a large-scale natural experiment has taken place over the territory of the Russian Federation in order to determine the capabilities of modern geophysical weapons. The air temperature in this period in Moscow could compete only with the Libyan desert, the Sahara, the Arabian desert.

At the same time, it is surprising that in Pakistan - a country with a fairly dry climate - a severe flood broke out, which affected about 3,2 million citizens of the Islamic Republic. Recently, the countries of Eastern Europe have been subject to constant floods (which immediately affects economic stability). One could say that global warming is occurring on the planet. However, judging by the climate maps, it looks more like roasting and it does not look global, but local.

The cause of the heat is a giant anticyclone hovering over Central Europe and “pumping” hot air from the Mediterranean and Central Asia. Such anticyclones on the territory of Russia have never been recorded (during 50 days all climate records set during the 130 years have been beating since the systematic tracking of the weather began). In the anomaly zone, according to the scientists, a part of the earth's atmosphere was simultaneously reduced by the values unseen in 43 of the year. The cataclysm took place in the thermosphere - a rarefied layer located at an altitude of 90-600 km. It protects the planet from ultraviolet radiation. There are no natural explanations for such a reduction, except for conducting an experiment on using the HAARP system for artificially creating and maintaining plasma formations over the central part of Russia for a long time.

It should also be noted that the regions in the south of the Russian Federation - Volgogradskaya and Rostovskaya - were severely affected by the drought. This may also be a consequence of the creation of artificial plasma formations, which, despite the attempt to hold them over a certain region, gradually crawled towards the equator - to the center of formation of the natural plasma fields of the Earth.

A number of legitimate questions arise: what caused the anticyclone, what economic and political reasons could accompany the anomalous heat?

Comparison of individual facts and tests carried out in the USA (laser and liquid-propellant missiles hit by a laser, launching highly secret spacecraft) again involuntarily suggests the possibility of conducting a large-scale natural experiment on the use of a new geophysical (climate) weapon.
