According to him, this requirement crosses out the meaning of the separation of the Armed Forces and the NM of the republics of Donbass. If such a decision is made, the forces of the Ministry of State Security and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the people's republics will accordingly be introduced into the breeding areas.
