As stated by the developers of the rifle from the company Ukrop, the semi-automatic sniper rifle UAR-10 is developed on the basis of the American rifle AR-10. Weapon Designed for NATO's 7,62X51 mm cartridge (.308 Winchester).

The UR-10 is equipped with a chrome barrel with a resource of up to 7000 shots. The declared range of targeted shooting is 1200 m, rate of fire - 21 shot per minute. The length of the rifle is from 103 to 124 cm (depending on the position of the telescopic stock), weight - about 5 kg. The rifle is supplied to the armed forces of Ukraine with an aim, silencer and bipod.

This sniper rifle is designed to replace Soviet-made SVDs in the Armed Forces. Currently, the UAR-10 rifles, as well as the American SAVAGE and BARRETT in large calibers (.338 LM and .50 BMG), are completely re-equipped with special operations forces and airborne assault troops of the Armed Forces.

Another turbidity, under the striatovsky sample, which is made from the next copy, the situation was different if they made their own development.

      It is so.
But in the absence of his own, to replace the SVD, it is quite suitable.

certainly a good rifle, because a copy of a good rifle, but the 308 Vin cartridge ... why is it better than the SVD cartridges? have SVD even before a heap of all sorts of delicious cartridges, MZ, BZT, BB and SP, and how many types of cartridges does this "role model" eat? and at what distances can she work with those types of bullets, besides her own "sniper cartridge" 308 Vin?)

Do you seriously think that for this caliber, which over the past few decades has been a workhorse for sniper and machine gun weapons of the NATO bloc, there is a small range of ammunition available?

no. but this rifle will not be able to shoot them exactly over 200 m. because different weight categories for bullets. therefore I wrote, at what distances can I work with them? I, unlike you, served in the NATO forces, and am familiar with all the samples of bullets of this caliber. So I was interested, but with what they can work and at what distances. usually for sniper rifles in NATO do not use the caliber 308 Vin, or either 30-06 springfield or 8,6mm paw. Therefore, your question is neither to the village nor to the city ..

In what years did you serve there? In the 50s chtol? 30 06 springfield is no longer used in army weapons.

served in 1995-97. and how this ammunition is used to this day. Along with 12,7 * 99 and 8,6 Lapua. And 308 is a single ammunition, it goes with assault rifles and machine guns. The cartridge is very good, but to make it sniper .., this is probably from poverty. Ukrainians are excusable. they are only just beginning to switch to NATO calibers, and most likely out of poverty, they began to sculpt it.

What are the 30-06 Springfield, buddy? Their last combat use was during the Vietnam War. Now it is a purely hunting and amateur cartridge. And what kind of nonsense are you talking about the 7,62 × 51 NATO cartridge (.308 Winchester), that NATO countries don't use it in their rifles? Look at the American M24 - this is the main bolt and not only sniper rifle in all the US Armed Forces. It is designed for a 7,62 mm caliber and a 7,62 × 51 mm cartridge. Also look at the Bundeswehr. The main sniper and Marksman self-loading rifle in the FRG Armed Forces is PSG-1 under the same 7,62 × 51 mm. Plus take a look at the British Accuracy International Arctic Warfare (AW) rifle. The standard stock version, which is still in serial production since 1996, is made for the same 7,62 × 51 mm cartridge. So don't tell me here about this patron. An excellent example, which has long been tested in production and industry. Machine-gun and rifle versions of this cartridge, and even for carbines and machine guns, have long been created. And yes, even the Israeli Galatz rifle. It uses exactly the same cartridge. So this is an excellent cartridge for a sniper rifle, since it was originally sealed in exactly this way, and was created in the United States even at the end of the 7,62th century, if I'm not mistaken. And this cartridge has a clear superiority over 54 × 7,62 mm from SVD in absolutely all respects. By the way, the 54 × XNUMX mm cartridge has nothing to do with Russia at all. Its roots also go to the West. It was created, if I am not mistaken, also in the USA, or perhaps even in Belgium.

The M21 and M25 made from the M-14 are a thing of the past long ago. Only the Mk.14 remained with the SEALs and the Delta. All others are quietly using the AR-15 based Marksman rifles.

Firstly, the US Army officially sends everything made "on the basis of the AR-15" to the ass, announcing a competition long ago to replace the shooter, and secondly, the Stoner system was sent even deeper in the ass by all manufacturers with a brain a little more chicken, and from Before the Germans, Canada has been putting a piston for a long time, and the result is being sold to penguins, which are birds, and the brain, respectively, of a chicken type.

To choose the most whimsical structure from those in service and try to form a weapon out of it, the performance of which depends on the performance of the unit, whether it is naivety or betrayal ..

... the UAR-10 semi-automatic sniper rifle is based on the American AR-10 rifle.

"Designed on the basis of" - it says loudly. They just got a license and insert their "Ukropskie" screws. The rest is probably a screwdriver assembly.

Why get a license? M-16 can be done by anyone, and without a license.

I wonder where they wrote off from? The rifle is called Z10 or UR-10. With a 20-inch barrel, the price for the civilian market is $ 2200 - $ 2700.

The spoon is good for dinner! Turbidity, not turbidity, but, if we are not talking about delirium, in the form of a reflection of the Russian attack, then, at the moment, dill has a clear superiority, in matters of sniping, over the DLNR units. And they constantly and with increasing dynamics suffer losses.

Because for every shot of the Ukropskiy "sniper", you need to respond with a volley, at least, from the "Gradov" division, plowing 5 hectares of land, so that in the future it will be discouraged ...

An interesting video for the article. A man presents a new rifle company Dill and in theory should speak purely on a mov, but does not know about it! Constantly hesitates, selects words and clearly has a Russian accent, that’s where the HELLA, even in such a company, they even indulge in Russian!

This rifle surpasses the ancient SVD in all respects, starting from the cartridge itself. A similar rifle is also used in the Bundeswehr, only of its local production and under the brand name HK417, and the army designation of this model of small arms is, if, of course, I am not mistaken, the index G28.
