The latest corvette of the 20380 project “Hero of the Russian Federation Aldar Tsydenzhapov” was removed from the transport dock “Zeya” and moved to the outbuilding pier for the final stage of technical work. This was reported by the press service of the Eastern Military District.

The second serial corvette of the 20380 project was launched at the Amur Shipyard

According to the report, the corvette was successfully launched from the transport dock, where it was from September 12 and transferred to the outbuilding pier, where work will be completed on the completion of the ship and its preparation for mooring trials. In particular, an integrated tower-mast structure with all relying systems will be mounted on the ship, the final installation of the shaft line, main and auxiliary diesels with subsequent launches of the mechanisms will continue.

According to the plans of shipbuilders, in June next year, the corvette will be transferred to the delivery base in the Primorsky Territory for final completion, completion of mooring lines and the beginning of sea trials of the ship. The commissioning of the ship in the Russian Navy is scheduled for 2020, it will replenish the Pacific fleet Russia.

The multipurpose patrol ship (corvette) of the 20380 project “Hero of the Russian Federation Aldar Tsydenzhapov” is the third in the series and the second serial corvette being built at the Amur Shipyard. It was laid on July 22 of 2015 of the year, the building construction was completed on September 12 of 2019 of the year, the ship was taken out of the workshop and put into the transport and launch dock.

Earlier, the Amur Shipyard transferred to the Pacific Fleet the head corvette of the Perfect series (20 of July 2017 of the year) and the first production corvette of Loud (25 of December 2018 of the year). The fourth in the series and the third production corvette “Rezky” was laid on the Amur Shipyard on 1 on July 2016 of the year.

20380 project corvettes are classified as multipurpose combat surface ships of the 2 rank of the near sea zone. According to the classification of NATO belong to the frigates. Designed by KB Almaz. To date, the Russian Navy has six ships of this series: 4 - as part of the Baltic Fleet, two more - as part of the Pacific Fleet.

I am glad that the construction of ships for the Navy does not stand still.
For 2019, the Russian Navy has 6 ships of the project - “Steregushchiy”, “Soobrazitelny”, “Boyky” and “Resistant” - as part of the Baltic Fleet, “Perfect” and “Loud” - as part of the Pacific Fleet, 1 in trials and 6 more corvettes are being built.

The ignoramuses in the leadership and the leapfrog in the frames are not doing well. We look:
General Director from 2010 to 2012 - Anatoly Nikolaevich Gurov.
From March 15.03.2012, 17.02.2015 to February XNUMX, XNUMX - General Director Andrei Georgievich Basargin.

May 16.05.2016, XNUMX, Vladimir Viktorovich Kulakov took over as Director General.

          stop Compare:
The company's revenue for 9 months of 2008 amounted to 139 million rubles., Net loss - 1,5 billion rubles.
The plant’s revenue for 2013 was 3,807 billion rubles, and a net loss of 209 million rubles.
The plant’s revenue for 2014 is 8,184 billion rubles, net profit is 68 million rubles.
The plant’s revenue for 2015 was 8,638 billion rubles, and a net loss of 60 million rubles.
November 17, 2016 it was announced that the plant will specialize in the construction of corvettes of projects 20380 and 20386

Financing any production in Russia (other than trade) is similar to death. Credit policy of the Central Bank - a noose on the neck of any manufacturer ...
Or is it not visible by the results of production in general and the economic growth rate in the end? belay

Nonsense should not be carried. The Central Bank’s task is not to lend to the defense industry enterprises, but to provide a stable national currency exchange rate and supervision of banks.

What do you compare there in revenue and profit ?! Naturally, in 2008 it is smaller, since orders for these corvettes began to arrive later, while the AES needs modernization and taxes to build these corvettes, and it also pays taxes on revenue for both consumed resources and raw materials.

At any enterprise, when starting a new production, only costs are first, and profit will appear when the production process is adjusted and optimized.

How much was whining about VAZ, and now the plant produces new models - sales leaders and makes a profit, for 2018 about 6 billion rubles, and this is after paying all taxes, salary costs, raw materials, depreciation, etc.

From a foreign example of Tesla, for how many years Musk has been creating his electric cars, but they have not seen profits there, and losses are only growing. Do they have big loan rates too and the Fed is to blame for everything ?!

Or maybe you just need to work yourself, properly, to calculate everything correctly ?!

Corvettes of the project 20380 are built at the NEA and this is the main thing, and they will pick up speed in the production process.

Corvette Ave. 20380 is very good for protecting our near sea zone, and given our coast, we will need a lot of such corvettes.

And they are already coming into operation and will coalesce. And this cannot but rejoice.

I'm more interested in when the corvette 20386 "Mercury" will be built.
The tuning design made of composite materials and the hull involve reduced radar visibility and improved seaworthiness compared to its predecessors.

Displacement 3400 tons, length 109 meters, width 13 meters.

Cruising range 5000 nautical miles, speed 30 knots.

Armament (here everything is generally not unambiguous, since a modular design of the ship is assumed, which means that we will talk about potentially possible weapons and equipment, and it will be equipped in different ways, depending on the tasks assigned at a particular time in front of a specific ship, and can change over time): the main attack missile - UKSK 3C-14 "Caliber-NK" complex with "Caliber" and "Onyx" missiles, 1 x 8 PUVP; artillery - 1 x 100-mm installation A-190-01 developed and manufactured by the Burevestnik software; SAM "Redut" 2 UVP, 8 missiles each; anti-submarine - 2 installations of 4 torpedo tubes of the "Packet-NK" torpedo complex; air group - Ka-27 or Ka-29 in the hangar below deck; Electronic warfare and electronic warfare - KT-216-06.04-SM01 jamming complex (developed by JSC "Design Bureau of Mechanical Engineering", Tula).

This your Mercury is generally outright rubbish, since its cost is almost equal to frigate 22350, which is much more powerful and necessary, and the weapons of Mercury are much weaker, there is no universality, since they cannot take all the blocks on board at once, they do not carry calibers as standard weapons, they can only be installed in place of a helicopter. Turbines should be installed on the Mercury corvette as a power plant, and there are not enough turbines for frigates ...

It comes to life little by little, it comes to life, but of course it is still far from the time when 57 nuclear-powered ships were built on it. After the transition to private hands (1992 year), everything rolled down. 2006 year - present (2019) - the corvettes of the 20380 project are serially built at the plant. At the beginning of 2018, two ships were put into operation and two are under construction.

Hmm ... actually, Project 22380 is twice as big as Project 1124 in displacement. Yes, and armed "Albatross" is more modest - neither you "Reduta", nor you a ship's helicopter.
Project 22380 is something between the IPC and project 1135, and closer to project 1135.

It turns out he was appointed a ship of the 1st rank?
If this is so, then it is likely to prevent the Baltic Fleet from being demoted to the flotilla.
For then all posts by one star will decline.
After all, they have not a single ship of the first rank in fact.

I didn’t even know that they had been downgraded to rank 2, and I don’t think that such ships were brought to rank 3. There was a time when BOD was mined up to the third rank, but not for long. It used to be on the ships of the sludge or in the long repairs put commanders with a lower rank.

And if they continued the series, then the terms would be shortened further, and the fleet would be saturated with vital ships. In general, I have an extremely negative attitude towards the termination of the laying of the project 20380. This is a rash and short-sighted decision.

The transition to a new project is always fraught with lengthening the production time, not only of the ship. The ship is a unique structure and thousands of different components, which means different manufacturers. Everything needs to be kept in mind. There used to be centralization and optimization, each enterprise had a task and a plan. And they were responsible for military orders. Now the state has little control, hence the timing.

Well, what are you whining ?!

Many ships NEA built from 1991 to 2015? Was there a lot of orders from the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation until 2015?

It is surprising that this NEA survived the 90s, retained at least some competence and was able to master the production of corvettes in general !!!

We must rejoice, not whine. And the speed of construction in the process will gain.

They will fill their hands at the NEA to build corvettes, recruit and train more people, purchase the necessary equipment, and then they will do frigates and cruisers for the Pacific Fleet.

NEA will provide people with work, and the country will be safe.

And the managers who kept this plant in the 90s should be awarded all.

In what place did you see me saying that the fleet was saturated ?!

I say that it is great that the NEA works and has retained competence in the construction of ships.

Now there are orders for corvettes, each of which will cost the federal budget 16,5 billion rubles, which means that the plant will have revenue, there will be revenue and salary.

And do not put the cart in front of the horse - first you need to produce high-quality goods, in sufficient quantities, and quickly, sell them, and only then share what you have earned.

Do you want what? NEA only launched the third corvette into the water. There will be more salaries when ships are built more and faster.

bourgeois? .... we have engineering below the baseboard!

In the USSR, the entire industrialization of the import of equipment in the 30s was carried out and nothing, nobody got worse. It would be worse if we sat and waited for the right machine to be invented and produced, and then corvettes, etc. 20380/20385, would still only be on paper. And it is cost-effective to produce machines when there is a large and constant demand for them, and not one-time.

Are there idle and unloaded capacities in the Baltic?

There is a sense in the NEA and it is huge both for the country and for the region - this is additional capacities for building ships for the Russian Navy and not far from the Pacific Fleet based locations (to drive for repairs not far), this is also diversification in terms of security (so that they won’t deprive us of one hit opportunities to build ships), these are jobs for residents of the Far East, these are taxes to the local budget.

Poland built the whole country for 11 years (the GDP was only three less than that of Russia), and eventually built a patrol ship. So, not everything is bad and now in terms of construction at the NEA, and then it will only get better and better.

Well, and in terms of time, to learn an engineer - 5 years, another 5 years to gain experience for him.

Maybe you can do it faster? Do not want to work in this direction?

this is diversification in terms of security (so that with one blow they do not deprive us of the opportunity to build ships),

you have an amazingly stupid argument - who is so and what can hit? bully And then what will the need to build ships make? I think there will be more urgent needs - for example, decontamination ... hi

this is jobs for residents of the Far East, this is taxes to the local budget.

instead of 7 for 13 yards - not expensive? Maybe just a difference to invest in the Far East? bully

And then in the Baltic CER, ave. 864 ships of the second rank, and the commander was reduced to the third rank ..

It’s even very interesting, because back in 1992, the "direction finder" was commanded by a captain of the first rank .. I didn’t even know that they had been downgraded to rank 2, and I don’t think that such ships were brought to rank 3. There was a time when BOD was mined up to the third rank, but not for long. It used to be on the ships of the sludge or in the long repairs put commanders with a lower rank.

You are confusing something - since 1992 I served on the "Pelengator", I do not remember a single cap of the 1st rank. When there was a brigade, the brigade commander was of the 1st rank, then when the division became the division at one time there was a fork: the division commander or 1st or 2nd rank. Now the cap. 2 ranks ....
